Monica is absolutely amazing. I walked into her office scared and crying and i walked out of court happy, confident, and not scared anymore. She is compassionate doesn't want to just take money and do nothing. She is worth every single penny and more. She will not step down when thretened or talked bad to. She makes sure to take care of her clients best interest. Divorce can be hard but with Monica on your side it doesnt have to be. This attorney has not showed up has not communicated with the client or the family and he's been paid in full for cases that he hasn't entered as his attorney of record and has not done anything he did say. He has been a very bad example of how the attorney clie t relationship should be I do not recommend him I think he has too many irons in the fire. I think he should choose lawyer, judge, or representing oklahomans bc he is not doing anyone a great service. Less is more. Except for court dates he should show up cuz he's been paid in full. Don't hire don't hire don't hire Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice would be better.

At the beginning I did my research on Roe Simmons, before hiring him as my attorney and he seemed like he was very top notch. When I came to him as a client I was so nervous and scared I had no idea what I was up against. He was doing good job and got me to where I could see my daughter supervised up until I didn’t feel like he was treating me as client anymore, he didn’t really give me a chance to speak my side of things, he listened to everyone else over me, and he didn’t really keep me updated at all. Also made me feel like it was all my fault which it’s not true. I wouldn’t recommend him. He is rude, not communicative, and doesn’t give the chance to explain your side of things. I don’t feel like I was treated fairly and I wasn’t being heard as well.

Aaron Compton was fantastic to work with. When I had an unjustified lawsuit brought against me, he stepped in as my council and handled it masterfully. He did his research to familiarize himself with the plaintiff's past litigious behaviors and knew exactly what to expect. On the day of court, Aaron came with a plan A, B, or C based on what direction the plaintiff chose to push the issue, and he was fully prepared for each scenario. Luckily, only plan A was needed, and the plaintiff skulked away, dismissed the suit, and will likely re-think the way they do business going forward. I have the utmost gratitude for Mr. Compton for representing me with his legal expertise, knowledge of human behavior, his tenacity, and overall genuine desire to see my legal rights and property protected. I was represented by Lorenzo Banks in 2023 for my divorce. It was going fine and I was actually excited. Then I was notified that he will no longer represent me and Ryan Gillett took over my case. It was a disaster, he was not prepared, he told me certain things wouldn’t matter but it definitely did, he had no defense for me and while sitting next to him all he could talk about is picking up his kids. Also they charged me for sending me my final divorce decree. I spent close to 10k just to turn around find a different attorney who pointed out all the things they did wrong and should’ve done. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I hired Lorenzo Banks as my attorney for my divorce. I just come out of homelessness with three children after my husband locked us out of our home. There was abuse and violence in my particular court case. Lorenzo took my money, and did nothing for me. He didn’t even respond to the petition forward to divorce that was given to me. He never filed any emotions or anything on my case. It was all the other party. He strong my K so long spending that money while leaving me running in place. He sent me two invoices out of my whole retainer one for $100, and another one for $900, and then came around and said that I only had $49 left. Lorenzo is an ethical, he curses like a sailor, and it’s not respectful to who he’s talking to. If you are a woman stay clear of using his services because he is all for the other side and men.. The only time he did show up for a court case of mine, which was on July 7, 2023, he showed up late and very unprepared. In addition to that he talked to my soon to be ex-husband and his attorney the three of them as if they were all buddies. I’ve come to find out that he’s had a conflict of interest with my soon to be ex-husband‘s family and my ex-husband. He also was concerned about being like to by the other side. Do not use him, in addition, he has unethical practices as he exchanges sexual favors for attorney fees. This is from a woman who was another client of his. Steer clear of this law office. He left me in the middle of my case, with nothing done in a position to possibly lose it all. He never filed in emotions on my VPO violations , or any petitions or motions concerning my soon to be ex-husband’s lack of following the temporary order on visitation. He did nothing for my case, but string me along. He left me stranded with three children going through domestic violence.

Emilie is the best. She amazed me with how knowledgeable she is. She has more experience then all the lawyers I ever had put together! I had multiple cases and she got 2 dropped completely and one from a felony to a misdemeanor. There's no one else who coulda done all that. And all the time she kept me posted. I could even reach her at 10pm on a Saturday night. She works 24/7 and busts her butt for you. She's smart and damn good. Born to be a lawyer. Any negative reviews must be from someone who didn't pay her or something. She even helped my mom with a legal issue for free! I recommend her to anyone anytime.

Every now and then you find yourself in a situation that is totally outside your wheelhouse and you need to take a leap of faith and hire a professional. Sherri Carver was my leap of faith. Sherri has been the ultimate professional. Never judgmental regarding how I got into this position and understanding from the onset that I would never be able to just write a check to the government to pay off this mountain of debt!
She made it clear from the onset to each taxing authority that we would need to seek a payment plan for successful resolution to this case. From the moment she took my case the debt collection calls ceased. The stress levels went down almost immediately.
She allowed us to pay her in increments based on which portion of the resolution process she would be working on next.

I received a letter from the OTC several weeks ago wanting to update my contact information. Knowing they weren’t wanting to add me to their Christmas card list, I spent way too much time trying to think what on earth have I overlooked and contemplating a course of action.
