When you've never even met the lawyer and live on the other side of the United States, but feel highly compelled to leave him an EXCELLENT rating, then you know you're doing so for the BEST lawyer Phoenix, AZ has to offer. There's a show on Netflix called The Lincoln Lawyer (also a movie from 2011), but there is also a real-life "Lincoln Lawyer" in Phoenix named Gil Hacohen. Mr. Hacohen was hired by my son on what seemed a losing battle child paternity/custody case wherein my son was going up against a gilded, grisly family. "Lawyers for Less" sounded like a long shot for my son, but affordable enough to try. There's a quote that states, "It's not how much money you have that's relevant, but whether you feel rich." Mr. Hacohen, aka Lincoln Lawyer, has been working for my son as if my son has paid him millions!! He got my son his baby boy back, through all the lies and deceit on the other side. There's only been one hearing and Mr. Hacohen made it happen in 30 minutes. My son has his son back! If/when this goes to trial, which I pray it does, I will return to leave my follow-up EXCELLENT review. To you, Mr. Lincoln Lawyer, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You've no idea the impact you've made thus far. Do NOT hesitate to contact and retain Mr. Hacohen!!!

The prosecutor on the case made a point of saying that he had never seen work that was more thorough or done in such a timely manner. Think that pretty much says it all.

Fabian Zazueta and Garrett Respondek were very helpful every step of the way in our matter. They were able to pick our matter up when an unaffiliated lawyer was not working out and unable to see this matter through to closure.
They helped us keep perspective and offered well reasoned advice while being empathetic to our plight.
They are very responsive to calls and emails, often we would send an email and they would call to make sure they gave us all the relevant information.

I am sure everyone says this but i had a very unique situation that required Cindy and her team to do research that was out of the oridnary for our custody case. They went above and beyond my expectations. Cindy and her team were able to help the judge to see things I have been trying to get others to see for years. In the end, my son is better off since we won our case and he is happier and healthier then ever which in the end.. is all we wanted. I went into the court process thinking since I am a Dad I would never get what I wanted but that couldn't be further from the truth. Cindy saw the reality of our situation and fought hard for what was the best interest of my son. We have used other lawyers in the past that were too afraid to battle custody against my son's Mother however, Cindy put all that aside and fought for the best interest of the child, she will continue to be our first and only choice in the event we need family law in the future.

I had an issue with a possible charge. I was recommend to Jefferson Simmons by a civil lawyer since it turned out to be a criminal case. I wasn’t sure where to go and he noticed that. Even though it wasn’t something they would be able to help, he still pointed me in the right direction and guided me on my next steps. Going out of their way to help someone regardless if they can help speaks a lot on who they are. If for some reason I need help in the future I wouldn’t hesitate!

Tracy was very highly referred to me, after 1st Attorney I retained quit the firm & My case. I was then handed off to a partner who demanded payment in 48hrs, or they would drop me.! Not willing to honor my payment plan with the Attorney I had been working with. I was very stressed & scared, as I am Legally Disabled, on a fixed income & live off the Alamony my X was withholding. My X had moved out of state & stopped doing the things he had agreed to do in our Divorce Decree. I have a hard time thinking sometimes, espically during stressful periods. Tracy & Joelle were very patient with me, which I appreciated greatly, as I get impatient with Myself. I was not always disabled. Trying to find clarity through severe overwhelm is not easy & on some days impossible. They were understanding, professional & kind. Tracy found ways to help me when I saw none. A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case.
I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to.
The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions.
I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect
I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view.
She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

I've litigated various kinds of matters for 25 years, but I wasn't about to even try and handle my own family law matter, especially one that was as complex and difficult as ours (moving children out of state). That said, I know a good lawyer when I see one. Not only was David incredibly responsive, but he was also thorough, easy to work with, prepared and -- most important -- had the kind of mature judgment that was needed to carefully thread the needle in our case to get the desired result. He left nothing on the table, but he also knew what issues were important and what truly needed to be communicated to the court. While I hope I never need his assistance again, should you have an important family law matter and if he is able to accept your case, you should thank your lucky stars because he and his entire team are truly the best I've ever come across. To say Florence restored my faith in lawyers is an understatement. My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. From our first meeting, I had great confidence in Robyn and her abilities. Instead of being intimidated to take on my case after two other attorneys, Robyn was excited to take on the challenge. My ex is prior military, former local and federal level law enforcement, and worked for Coconino County as a probation officer. Throughout our entire marriage, he abused me, our children, and other victims. Robyn did not gloss over the details of this abuse; she read all of the information and evidence and all of the correspondence between my previous attorneys and my ex’s counsel. She dove into my case without hesitation. Unlike my first two attorneys (who often appeared as if they were working for the other side and had no concern for my children's best interest), when Robyn submitted documents to the court; she fully and accurately represented my concerns and sentiments. I felt as if she knew my heart, knew my children, and actually cared about our safety and well-being. My case had stalled and been delayed; no progress was made until I hired Robyn.
