We retained Kristen to assist with my sister's divorce. She was informative as to the options open to us. She prepared and submitted court documents in a timely manner. Any questions that arose during the process were addressed. Her fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend retaining Kristen for your legal needs.

Then I read another that said don’t be deceived by her mild manner as she is a very competent attorney. I would say both are EXTREMELY true. She guided my daughter through a very difficult case. I cannot recommend Andrea Banks for Family law. I reached out to her for support to escape a narcissist and was inadequately represented and allowed my Now ex-husband was able to get away with not having to pay child support or anything. Additionally I'm not a huge fan of the parenting plan however I was not in the best condition to advocate for myself given the details surrounding My situation. I expected a better outcome but am grateful to be divorced.

If you're looking for the best business and contracts law firm in AZ, look no further! Fabian was literally a god send. I met with several lawyers before meeting Fabian. Once I met with Fabian, I knew hands down his law firm was the team I needed in my corner. Fabian and his associates are extremely thorough and immediately start strategizing once they learn about your case. It's the first time I ever faced a lawsuit (and hopefully the last) and it can honestly be intimating at times. However, they were great at explaining and guiding me through every step of the process. I learned so much from these guys and they quickly got my case settled before the discovery stage. They handed my case the way I hoped it'd be handled. I've seen several other post about money well spent and that's exactly how I feel as well.
I will literally be recommending all my friends and family to Zazueta Law if they are ever in need. I've actually already referred one friend. After meeting with Fabian, they have decided to retain his services as well.

I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident in Tucson Arizona in which I wasn’t at falt and received moderate injuries. He seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced in motorcycle injuries and the settlement they fought for me showed this through. I am sure everyone says this but i had a very unique situation that required Cindy and her team to do research that was out of the oridnary for our custody case. They went above and beyond my expectations. Cindy and her team were able to help the judge to see things I have been trying to get others to see for years. In the end, my son is better off since we won our case and he is happier and healthier then ever which in the end.. is all we wanted. I went into the court process thinking since I am a Dad I would never get what I wanted but that couldn't be further from the truth. Cindy saw the reality of our situation and fought hard for what was the best interest of my son. We have used other lawyers in the past that were too afraid to battle custody against my son's Mother however, Cindy put all that aside and fought for the best interest of the child, she will continue to be our first and only choice in the event we need family law in the future.

My brother-in-law was facing egregious criminal charges, and Kristen Curry was recommended by my sister’s trusted family court attorney for representation. Kristen’s extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system, specific judges, evidence rules, litigation, and precedent was immediately evident, but as she began working on the case, she demonstrated equally impressive “soft skills”. Her strong intuition and understanding of the personality types of the involved parties cannot be overstated. She navigated the legal system’s many obstacles with agility, expertise, and class.
The absolute best thing about Kristen was her deep knowledge of the case. She was as familiar with the facts, events, timelines, witness interviews, testimonies, and motives as my sister and brother-in-law were. When the prosecutor attempted to paint an event inaccurately, mislead jurors to draw a false conclusion, or report dates incorrectly, Kristen was prepared. For starters, while Kristen was questioning witnesses, she would handwrite a timeline in front of jurors so they could visualize the order of events. She would ask thoughtful, well-constructed questions to demonstrate the holes and inconsistencies in witness testimony and uncover outright dishonesty. In addition, she was able to expose the motive for the charges, despite the underhanded concealment motions the prosecutor filed the day before trial began. Kristen was also able to prove how poor the detective’s investigation was.
While the prosecutor had to rely on dirty tactics, hiding facts, and a perky personality to appeal to the judge and jury, Kristen relied on professionalism, experience, and her ability to find creative solutions, present the truth, and shine light on important background/history that seemed unrelated to the case, but was in fact tightly connected to it. At no point did Kristen get riled up by the prosecution's strategies; she remained calm and confidently overcame them.
Let’s talk about litigation costs. I’d go as far as to say Kristen’s rates are extremely low considering her excellence. She’s proactive and responsive, and has a wildly capable paralegal (Isabel). She gives honest advice even when it’s not what her client wants to hear, and will represent her client based on their wishes. She has a passion for her job that isn’t found in most lawyers, and there isn’t an egotistical bone in her body. It is obvious that Kristen does not do this for the pay; she does it because she loves it.
I cannot speak to Kristen’s performance if her client is guilty, but I can say with 100% confidence that she was exceptional at revealing the truth and my brother-in-law’s innocence. She is an excellent litigator, and the trial ended in the rightful, yet remarkably rare acquittal (seriously, look into how rare that is) on all six charges. If you need an accomplished, competent, ethical defense attorney, Kristen is your girl.

When you've never even met the lawyer and live on the other side of the United States, but feel highly compelled to leave him an EXCELLENT rating, then you know you're doing so for the BEST lawyer Phoenix, AZ has to offer. There's a show on Netflix called The Lincoln Lawyer (also a movie from 2011), but there is also a real-life "Lincoln Lawyer" in Phoenix named Gil Hacohen. Mr. Hacohen was hired by my son on what seemed a losing battle child paternity/custody case wherein my son was going up against a gilded, grisly family. "Lawyers for Less" sounded like a long shot for my son, but affordable enough to try. There's a quote that states, "It's not how much money you have that's relevant, but whether you feel rich." Mr. Hacohen, aka Lincoln Lawyer, has been working for my son as if my son has paid him millions!! He got my son his baby boy back, through all the lies and deceit on the other side. There's only been one hearing and Mr. Hacohen made it happen in 30 minutes. My son has his son back! If/when this goes to trial, which I pray it does, I will return to leave my follow-up EXCELLENT review. To you, Mr. Lincoln Lawyer, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You've no idea the impact you've made thus far. Do NOT hesitate to contact and retain Mr. Hacohen!!!

I hired John in 2009 for a messy divorce. There were many complex issues to handle including: custody, cps orders of neglect, domestic violence, and military pay. John knew exactly what to do. He was familiar with everything and was professional the entire time. I was able to receive joint custody of my kids without having to pay spousal maintenance or alimony. John's legal assistants are great as well. They are good with communication and professional. If you have the money, John should be your choice for a divorce attorney.
