Relentless, resilient, unbridled, unwavering, steadfast, dogged, persistent, and tenacious are just some of the words I using when describing Enholm law firm. I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. Everything in life starts with communication. Enholm law firm has always answered the phone with in just a few rings and returns emails in a timely manner. If I didn’t know that Angela and her staff had other clients I would think that I was the only person they dealt with. I've had 3 lawyers since I got divorced 10 years ago and this is the first one who actually did what she said and said what she did. I'll admit, it was a rocky road at first. Kristen is relaxed and hard to rattle, and that was new to me. She helped calm me down when things got dramatic and asked me to be patient with ththe process, and I'm glad I did. Before trial she explained exactly what to expect and when we went to trial she was calm, organized and assertive. Our ruling was in my favor and almost exactly what she predicted it would be. hopefully we don't go back to court again but if we do I'll call her in a heartbeat.

Choosing a good family lawyer is the difference between being able to be with my children or not. I was lucky enough to find what I feel is the best family lawyer in Arizona.
Kristen truly cares about what is right and wrong and proves that in her work.
I am also very pleased with the fact that she does a lot of her own work and doesn't rely on a paralegal, so she's always up to date on the proceedings. She is just a very genuine person that happens to be great with her job as well..

When I hired Kristen I was a wreck, scared I was going to lose my kids. She listened to me throughout the process and was very reassuring. She was thorough and fair in representing me and always worked to fix things instead of creating more conflict with me and my ex. Thanks to her we settled without having to go to a trial and I was happy with the terms we agreed to. Since then my ex and I have had a few issues and Kristen has always been willing to take her time and talk to me about how to best resolve the situation. What can I say about CH except that he is the perfect hybrid of resilience and compassion. His innate ability to see obstacles in such a unique manner which enables him to figure out a solution no lawyer will see coming is what makes him THE MAN! He won't use a sledgehammer or a huge pogo stick to get through or over the wall.... he simply dissolves the weakest weight - bearing brick of the wall and watches her come tumbling down! Brilliant is the best way to describe Cody Hayes. I had an extensive, and very complicated child custody case that spanned over several years (I used many different well known attorneys and still did not accomplish my goal). Jack is a considerate and knowledgeable attorney with excellent integrity and character. He has done all the right things to build my confidence in him as an attorney. I did not hire Jack, only because a good friend referred me to a friend of hers who thought she would help me out. As the process has moved forward in my divorce, everything that Jack said when I met with him was spot on. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me know about the process. He didn't sugar coat anything and was right about how he thought things were going to play out. He is priced reasonably and would have saved me a lot of money. If only I could go back in time.

I hired Jack O'Connor to represent me for visitations of my daughter. Mr. O'Connor was very knowledgable and prepared for court. I had not seen my daughter over a year due to mother not allowing her to see me. I have been paying child support for four years and never missing one payment. I finally got fed up of it and hired a attorney. Mr O'Connor was able to get me every other weekend visitation and overnight stays. Mr. O'Connor also was able to prove to the judge that I was active in my daughters life previously despite what her mother attest to. Mr O'Connor proved to the court that mother was being very difficult and the judge awarded me compensated for attorney fees. First class from the opening greeting. Stan Marks and his paralegal Coleen Chavira are nothing short of everything you want and need in an attorney. Professional, thorough, communicative, easy to contact, and straight to the point - they don't waste your time or theirs. My sister was in a horrific car accident that took her husband of over 15 yrs away from her - the only man she ever dated. Her life changed instantly because a tourist couldn't wait to see the Grand Canyon. I hired them on a blind referral (a friend of a friend of a relative), and never looked back. While the family was working on my sisters physical well being, Stan was dealing with auto insurance, medical insurance, legal 'stuff' and all manner of outside 'noise', and did so with my sisters interest first. He doggedly tracked down monies and resources other attorneys would not even had looked for. Could not have been more pleased with how things were handled and the end result. The only pleasant part of an otherwise horrific experience.

Elizabeth assisted me with an issue involving damage to my home. I live in an HOA and the roots from a tree they had planted and maintained grew under my foundation causing extensive damage. Elizabeth prepared a professional and thorough settlement request to the HOA's insurance company, which resulted in them paying for all of the damage caused by the tree! I never could have done this on my own. Elizabeth was patient with all of my questions and though this is not her typical area of law, she was very knowledgeable. Kathi is the best attorney ever! I knew halfway through my case that I would be writing Kathi an amazing review regardless of the outcome. She was so great to work with. I am a forty-three-year-old single father who has been fighting for more time with my ten-year-old daughter since her mother ran off with her in 2012. I have had three other attorneys over the past eight years. It was truly a blessing that I met with and hired Kathi. Kathi took the time to get familiar with my past and present court issues. I could tell that she was less concerned with time and money, and more concerned with taking her time to understand exactly what has happened in the past so she could defend and represent me aggressively and in an informed manner. She did such a good job of asking me deep background questions, that at one point I was nervous that she might have been padding the billable hours. When it came time to discuss how much of my retainer was left, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how fair she was in billing me. The process was still expensive, but I truly feel like the service I received outweighed the fee she charged. I’m not kidding when I tell you that I am buying her a gift card to a nice restaurant to send her in a thank you card. She was that good. I think the opposing counsel was really bummed out having to deal with Kathi. She is extremely knowledgeable, tough, but fair. She is a good negotiator. In the end, I was awarded far more than I thought possible based on the past eight years of getting ran over by the court system and my daughter’s mother. I now have 50/50 legal decision making and I spend equal time with my daughter on a 5-2-2-5 schedule. My ex fought us right up to the bitter end but ended up settling the case the night before our trial date. Supreme! It is unarguably true that this firm’s dedication, professionalism, and skill are without equal. As lawyers, as professionals, and as people they are of the highest kind, quality and order. There is no possible way I could fully express how wonderful Gary and Hanna of this firm are both at their profession and as human beings. I had heard so many horror stories about attorneys in the past that when I found myself in the position of having to find a family law attorney I was consumed with panic and concern about finding the best firm to take on my case. After researching multiple firms of the area I came across Gary Frank P.C. and I decided to call. I was surprised when Gary himself answered the phone, it wasn’t a receptionist or a machine, and in that moment I knew that this was the type of firm I needed to help me navigate through this difficult time. Gary listened attentively to me in what I could only describe as the most panic-stricken state I have ever been in, he never rushed me off the phone, nor did he turn me away despite my being without a stable form of income and his knowing that there was nothing that could guarantee that he and his firm would be compensated for their work aside from my promise to him. Gary was recommended to me by a relative. I was in a long term abusive marriage and had had enough and was ready to put an end to it. while being "ready" i was scared to death as i was someone with low self esteem and so afraid of how my Ex would respond. Cosmas Onyia recently represented us in a custody matter. Throughout the process, Cosmas was detailed in his explanation of what to expect. He guided us thru the process and was very timely with responses to any questions we had. He would either answer immediately or within 24 hours. Given that he was brought into the case late after poor representation by another council, Cosmas picked up the pieces in short notice and put forth a vigorous case on our behalf. Attorney Ellison assisted us with the case regarding employment law with two counties in Minnesota. After completing work for the counties they did not pay us for the work yet we were being taxed for it and subsequently end up falling behind. We obtain the services of attorney Ellison who took her case and assisted us ultimately leading to the judge granting us actual litigation. I would classify my divorce as really messy. But it didn't start that way. My ex wife and I entered into a decree together by agreeing to what anyone would deem as a good deal for both of us and then within a few months she wanted more, like a lot more. She wanted my pension, more alimony, more child support (which I already was deviating UP) and that is just to name a few. Basically she wanted to have a "take me to the cleaners party' So without knowing anything about him I hired Jonathan Brooks. I was worried because I had actually gone above and beyond to take care of my ex even though two of our daughters were living with me. And had I lost the case it would have really hampered my ability to live. What worried me the most is that I kept great records and I needed a lawyer who could understand exactly what I was saying --- No I didn't hide any money and here is my proof. No she agreed to not take the pension and here is the proof. No her claim of not knowing anything about the finances is wrong and here is why. Yes she had access to all the finances despite her sayings she didn't and here is the proof. Yes she is lying about this and this and this and here is the proof. There was a lot for my attorney to learn and I mean a lot. But he was thorough with his notes and that is what I needed. Someone who could make the judge understand what I knew. I had three priorities 1) keep the alimony the same 2) keep my pension 3) keep the financial arrangement the same. Due to Jonathan's hard work the judge denied my ex wife's motion for a new trial and I won my case. We went to mediation on a few minor issues and I was totally happy with the result of those. In a nutshell I thought I won in a landslide. My lawyer was just better than her lawyer. I would be willing to speak with any of you if you have a question and I am sure Jonathan knows who I am so if anyone asks for a reference from this post and goes through Jonathan i would be more than willing to give you more information but because of what I do for a living I am going to keep this post anonymous. But to close I was completely satisfied with the results I had using Jonathan Brooks and you would be wise to consider him for your divorce.

I hired John in 2009 for a messy divorce. There were many complex issues to handle including: custody, cps orders of neglect, domestic violence, and military pay. John knew exactly what to do. He was familiar with everything and was professional the entire time. I was able to receive joint custody of my kids without having to pay spousal maintenance or alimony. Adam is such a great lawyer that truly cares and supports his clients. He does a great job at explaining every step in the legal practice which like many is extremely helpful if one does not have any prior knowledge. To me a genius is someone who can take information that would be impossible to understand and make it accessible to anyone. Adam and the DM Cantor team were incredible in handling my DUI Case. It was my second time getting a DUI and the team was successfully able to get my case down to a first time offense. I ended up with a first time fine, home detention and ultimately a reduced penalty in the State of Arizona for a second-time offense.
The result of my case was a very favorable considering that a normal second time DUI requires a minimum of 6 days in jail and 24 of home detention and more significant fines and fees. I can't express my gratitude to Adam and the DM Cantor team enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Kyle for a consultation regarding a dispute I had with my neighbors regarding their tree uprooting our shared fence and the subsequent frivolous counterclaim they made to scare us out of proceeding with our case.
Kyle was very sympathetic and fantastic at listening to our situation and asked great questions to frame the case.

Charles had a special way of handling situations that to say the least, we're my oversight and poor judgement on my part and he would flat out tell me my position and what we could do or not. He doesn't waste your time or his trying to undo what has been done. I had not put my name on a house we bought 2004, put in her name only for personal reasons, then got married the next week in Maui. 2013 ex wife filed for divorce, I had never put my name on Deed of Trust. I thought for sure it was like Chicago and I was going to to get My fair share. Had alot of hard knocks, fun time remodeling.. The return when sold netted her a fortune, which in my case not so good. I learned a valuable lesson and my attorney teased me which he does to lighten the grief, shock. He means no ill will, just some words to ease the pain. He has helped me when I did not think you needed a lawyer, such as DUI blood test had me convicted before I got to court, not so fast he said, then proceeded to dismantle the states shotty blood analysis by doing our own independent blood lab. Had a little luck of the Irish behind the gavel also. Reckless driving be OK with your client. As a fellow lawyer that recommended him in 2012, Did I want the fancy clothed, big building, TV commercial guy or do you want the guy that fights the fight, gets the job done, and tells you the truth, bills a fair dollar, and also tells you your wasting your time and money.
