Amazing attention to detail and clear communication! I was represented by Sadie Marak in the case of my divorce which took over two years to process. Sadie demonstrated a thorough understanding of the law and made the right choices through a lot of twists and turns; knowing when to compromise and when to hold her ground. Sadie never gave me the impression that she had other priorities, although I'm sure she had many clients and cases. Elizabeth Molnar advised me to address my criminal case by initiating a PFA case. I spent $$$ for a paragraph and sat an entire day in court to submit it. They appeared with me on the scheduled hearing date, knowing it would be postponed, and charged me another $$$.
She told me I needed to hire a criminal lawyer 2 days before my case because they didn’t have one to send, that was another $$$$. But that firm showed up, exceeded the desired expectations THIS firm requested to win the PFA, and did it with one court visit that lasted 30 minutes.
The PFA hearing was postponed again, another full day in court, then wasn’t given clear billing expectations moving forward. She handed off the case to Meghan Zupanic. An emergency arises, there’s a PFA violation, Elizabeth was on vacation, Meghan took 2 days to respond, the lack of action resulted in a PFA being filed against me.
Told them I planned to change firms, Elizabeth offered me a lower flat fee, promised to address my concerns about lack of urgency or communication, I paid them another $$$$. They made no effort to communicate or keep me informed, likely because they weren’t doing anything to prepare or ensure the desired outcome for the cases.
I did the investigative research that Elizabeth suggested, said she would do, and then didn’t. I researched claims and accusations, pointed out lyes, and provided evidential proofs that could be used in my case. Meghan was so ill prepared for the case that the judge was genuinely frustrated. While my character was being ripped to shreds, the JUDGE asked why she wasn’t objecting. She had dates wrong, hadn’t reviewed crucial parts of the case. The conclusion? Another full day in court. My case for the PFA violation was dismissed and a Temp PFA was granted against me.
They have negated any validation I had of being a victim from the criminal trial. I relived all my trauma to provide them the resources to protect me from being fearful of them ever happening again. He got to walk away smiling, calling himself the victim, while I have to live with the perpetual fear of being arrested if he sees me somewhere.
While I hate to leave such a terrible review, its impact will pale in comparison to how their terrible service has impacted me. They refused to provide me any billing details. They couldn’t speak to a single reason or cause for their negligence other than blaming the JUDGE. They dwindled the possibility of a partial refund so I could seek new counsel, they suggested they would take action to try and remedy part of the outcome, but what they really did was just exhaust any legal window I had for recourse.
The negligence, the lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, blame shifting, failure to honor the terms of the retention contract that was signed, is all just absolutely appalling. As they’ve made zero effort to remedy any of this, and have in fact made it worse, I will be filing complaints with all the necessary legal entities. I implore anyone seeking genuine help to look elsewhere.

Ana Lisa Petrella is an extremely efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable attorney. She got me through the very important process of dealing with child support successfully. Will you be charged for phone calls and emails? Of course. But her rates are reasonable and her experience is extensive, so she will not waste your time, or hers for that matter. Mr. Bompiani advertises a seminar that he put together, and claims that if one is to cancel the membership within 5 days, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
That is very far from the truth. I signed up for this program, spend two days and reviewed all the material, I saw it was not worth the money paid, and at the end of the second day asked to cancel the membership. That was at the beginning of January. After many attempts of complaining for the refund not being issued, I'm yet to see my money back, and it is mid March now.
I find him quite dishonest in such practice.

I’m so thankful that a friend of mine gave me Holly’s name. She was absolutely wonderful. Holly was always the adult in the room. I wish I could say I was always the adult but I wasn’t. My ex certainly wasn’t. Surprisingly, the high priced attorney representing my ex was also rarely an adult in all of the proceedings. Holly was though. She kept me focused on the goal. Limited distractions. She always made sure I was prepared.
Holly’s worth was apparent when my case went before a judge. A day and a half of testimony between parties. Holly and I had gone over everything. The other side clearly had not. We were easily able to find holes in testimony on the other side because we had prepared for all obvious outcomes. She. Something came up unexpectedly we worked together to get the info in front of the judge so they saw our side. In the end the judgement came down that was about as favorable to me as possible. While the other side being a train wreck helped, Holly is what put my side over the top. Thanks Holly!

Holly was recommended to me by a friend and it was the best decision. She was very thorough, patient, professional, responsive, and made sure I understood all my options. Holly made me feel 100 percent comfortable when it came to the outcome of my child's future with my custody case.

I was referred to attorney Medoff in September, 2022. Upon contacting him regarding my situation he took the time to discuss my options and explained exactly what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and provided me with excellent legal advice. We agreed upon a price which was very reasonable and I was able to easily make payment via my Visa Card. Attorney Medoff then proceeded to make all the necessary moves to get my situation resolved, he kept me updated regarding the progress he was making and within two months it was resolved successfully. I would strongly recommend attorney Medoff to my friends and family.

Jan was my first ever actual attorney. Our landlord was trying to screw us over because all three of my children ended up with elevated lead levels because of the peeling paint and they're constantly sick because of the amount of black mold in the home. My children's pediatrician ended up calling the department of health and within 3 hours he was retaliating. This man was trying to sue us for $12,000 basically so that we would have to pay to repair the mold and whatnot. We didn't know what we were going to do. A very good friend of ours recommended his attorney to us and I could not be more grateful. We called him, sent him our stuff, he reviewed everything, and came 150% prepared to the hearing. We ended up walking away not owing a penny and not even having to pay rent for this month because it's inhabitable. If it wasn't for him we would be paying the full $12,000 because we don't know the law like he does. His personality is a bit strong, but I feel that's needed in a good lawyer.

Awful experience after being a client for many years, and I could not recommend them to anyone. I was charged over $1000 to end services for some simple trademark renewals. The attorney of record changes had already been made, meaning there was practically nothing left to do. If your business needs patent or trademark services, I would avoid Metz and find more personal services elsewhere.

I had an in person consult with this attorney last month that did not go well, she was quite rude and insensitive to me. The results of her consultation (I later learned from another legal representative) were misquided and inaccurate. She threw some legalese language at me that was not applicable in my case. So it was a waste of $500 of my time and money.

Father wins custody!!! My husband and I went through a very long and difficult 7 month custody battle trying to obtain primary custody of my step-son. Elizabeth Molnar advised me to address my criminal case by initiating a PFA case. I spent $$$ for a paragraph and sat an entire day in court to submit it. They appeared with me on the scheduled hearing date, knowing it would be postponed, and charged me another $$$.
She told me I needed to hire a criminal lawyer 2 days before my case because they didn’t have one to send, that was another $$$$. But that firm showed up, exceeded the desired expectations THIS firm requested to win the PFA, and did it with one court visit that lasted 30 minutes.
The PFA hearing was postponed again, another full day in court, then wasn’t given clear billing expectations moving forward. She handed off the case to Meghan Zupanic. An emergency arises, there’s a PFA violation, Elizabeth was on vacation, Meghan took 2 days to respond, the lack of action resulted in a PFA being filed against me.
Told them I planned to change firms, Elizabeth offered me a lower flat fee, promised to address my concerns about lack of urgency or communication, I paid them another $$$$. They made no effort to communicate or keep me informed, likely because they weren’t doing anything to prepare or ensure the desired outcome for the cases.
I did the investigative research that Elizabeth suggested, said she would do, and then didn’t. I researched claims and accusations, pointed out lyes, and provided evidential proofs that could be used in my case. Meghan was so ill prepared for the case that the judge was genuinely frustrated. While my character was being ripped to shreds, the JUDGE asked why she wasn’t objecting. She had dates wrong, hadn’t reviewed crucial parts of the case. The conclusion? Another full day in court. My case for the PFA violation was dismissed and a Temp PFA was granted against me.
They have negated any validation I had of being a victim from the criminal trial. I relived all my trauma to provide them the resources to protect me from being fearful of them ever happening again. He got to walk away smiling, calling himself the victim, while I have to live with the perpetual fear of being arrested if he sees me somewhere.
While I hate to leave such a terrible review, its impact will pale in comparison to how their terrible service has impacted me. They refused to provide me any billing details. They couldn’t speak to a single reason or cause for their negligence other than blaming the JUDGE. They dwindled the possibility of a partial refund so I could seek new counsel, they suggested they would take action to try and remedy part of the outcome, but what they really did was just exhaust any legal window I had for recourse.
The negligence, the lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, blame shifting, failure to honor the terms of the retention contract that was signed, is all just absolutely appalling. As they’ve made zero effort to remedy any of this, and have in fact made it worse, I will be filing complaints with all the necessary legal entities. I implore anyone seeking genuine help to look elsewhere.
