I originally retained an attorney that came highly recommended from other attorneys in the area. After retaining this attorney, it proved to be the wrong decision due to unresponsiveness and disinterest in my case. I then found Matt Lun through avvo and it could not have been a better experience. Mr. Lun is intelligent and extremely well versed at navigating the divorce process. I felt he was cognizant on client billing and was never overzealous to do something just for the billable hours. A very professional and knowledgeable legal counselor, yet also easy to talk to on a personal level. He provided options on how to proceed during matters, offering the positives and negatives that could impact my decisions. Well worth considering for your family law matters.

I feel free. Don't get me wrong, the divorce process was hard, but Matthew was like a beacon navigating me through the process. I interviewed 6 attorneys before a friend referred me to Matthew and I am so glad I found him. His paralegal is great as well, and really knows her stuff. Perhaps the most important thing I can say is that they really seem to care. I could see that Matthew truly wanted me to get the outcome I deserved, and he made sure my divorce was done right.

I interviewed 4 lawyers before deciding to go with Matt. I am so happy I did. He listened to everything I wanted and if it was possible, he got it for me. He was also honest when he thought it wasn’t a great idea. He’s responsive and contacted me on weekends and even from his vacation! I give his name to anyone who is looking for a lawyer. And his rates are so very reasonable. My divorce was not overly complicated but he had to deal with two very angry people with a child involved. We hired Mr. Syed to do our living wills and he provided us with a very informative free legal consultation. Mia Cahill is an exceptional attorney who takes a collaborative approach with her clients to achieve the best outcomes possible. I was referred to Mia by a colleague to handle post judgment motions in the areas of child support, spousal support, parenting time transportation, parenting time holiday calendars, and college costs. She took the time to understand the intricacies of my case and laid out the different options available to me, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each. She is very well-connected in Mercer County and when it was determined that mediation would be an appropriate first step, she knew exactly who to recommend for my specific situation. While Mia will play hard ball when necessary, she is very much aligned to reducing conflict and finding solutions that limit the amount of arguing back and forth. She also advised me as to which situations I should handle on my own vs those where she needed to get involved directly. Helped me out a lot with my Divorce, hired him for more the 2 years and did good work the whole time, very knowledgeable about the kind of divorce I had gone though and enlightened me about a lot of the nuances that I had no clue about. But at the end of the day if you are trying to get a divorce, this would be my suggestion. The out come that came to be was more fruitful than i though and I can thank Keith for that. Kim Jinks provided me with excellent legal services over a 3 year period and counting. I went through an extremely high conflict divorce, which came with its fair share of emotional roller coasters making a straight-shooting lawyer absolutely necessary to keep me from falling off the deep end. This is the type of lawyer you see in the movies where you actually put your full trust in your lawyer, and it was absolutely worth it. I was in court at least eight times. Custody issues with multiple children, ex in-law drama, you name it. Kim made herself available to me for whatever I needed. I shopped around for lawyers (paying all of them a consultation fee) and it was very clear to me that I would have a good working relationship with the Jinks Law Firm. I watched my ex go through five lawyers while mine was highly intelligent, consistent, and persistent (my ex’s clearly were none of those things). She is 100% honest (brutally, sometimes) and I cannot imagine where my life would be right now had I not hired her at the start of my divorce. There are few life experiences more traumatic than divorce. In my experience with Jennifer, she was thoughtful, intelligent and compassionate. More importantly, I found her to be very knowledgeable. Her understanding of the case law was significant and Jennifer did an excellent job of explaining the issues and what my options were. Jennifer always considered all my questions thoughtfully, and provided excellent counsel. Jennifer was very detail oriented and the information we provided the court was well received. Used his service to represent me on court to reduce points, but eventually nothing happened and my insurance premium increased during my renewal because of the points. Tried contacting him asking about the point ,but no response after that. Waste of my money and time. After taking money upfront, they have no interest.

I hired her & her performance could not have been worse. Prior to hiring her she misrepresented her experience in the specific area of expertise pertaining to my case. It increasingly became apparent she was unqualified in that area of law. When the case came to Court she was completely unprepared, was visibly nervous & scared. She did not follow our plan as outlined prior to my hiring her. She deemed it unnecessary and abandoned the ‘expert witness’ and the ‘expert witness report’. She failed to communicate with me in a timely and appropriately often enough manner, would never use the telephone to contact me, or allow me to contact her by phone. The ‘only’ method of communication she used was email. She was ‘out of the office’ more than she was ‘in the office’. I was later to find out by pure coincidence that she had been in the late stages of pregnancy when I signed our contract, which wasn’t disclosed to me at the beginning which would have indicated to me that she would frequently be indisposed/unavailable in detriment to my case. This knowledge would have definitely resulted in my not hiring her.

When I was looking for a lawyer for a very tough divorce settlement, a friend recommended Ms. Seema Singh to me and said that go to her because she knows her job very well. I went to her and explained my situation and also mentioned that my husband had a very good lawyer. From the beginning, I saw that nothing fazed her. She was very compassionate towards me because I was the suffering party and went all out to get me a settlement that I needed. She researched to quote previous cases where my kind of situations had won cases and went on hard to make sure I got my dues. THAT IS THE KIND OF ATTORNEY YOU WANT ON YOUR SIDE WHO STANDS STRONG IN FIGHTING YOUR CASE. She got me more than I thought I would not just financially but otherwise too and constantly communicated with me the entire time. I feel that when we are fighting a case, we are nervous, unsure and we NEED our lawyer to have the experience, the vision and the mindset to help. Ms. Seema has all of it. I recommended Ms. Seema to another woman who was in an abusive relationship and needed an attorney....I met her recently and she said she was very "relieved" that Seema was handling her case because she does an EXTREMELY good job of representing her clients! I would recommend her 100%.

My parents hired her for an eviction case. It was a simple eviction but she wouldn’t make enough money off of that so she messed up a simple court hearing so now they have to go to trial. Her first words after every sitting is send me my money right away.

If you like to be penny pinched and ruin your relationships with others.. you are welcome to use her services. When asked to transfer the escrow amount back to my bank account after a home sale - please see her response below.. remember this is my money she was holding in escrow and she wants to charge me to give me back my own money - who in this day and age will talk like this? Isn't there anything called customer service and keeping clients happy? The home buyer (her client) called and apologized for the Lawyer's (Seema Singh) rude attitude. "You will have to pay for the wire transfer costs plus my time to go to the bank to send the wire. Let me know if you are willing to do so then I will deduct that amount from monies owed to you. I will also be required to go to the bank to sign the wire since they require me to go and sign it in person."
