When we found Mr.Moser we instinctively knew we had the right professional for the task. This man first tried to bring the parties together to resolve a stalemate. After those attempts, he then methodically took steps to insure a fair outcome. He was successful after many months. Attorney Rioles helped me through a life event that totally upended my world, namely, divorce.
Now such a thing is common in the human experience but when it happens to you a lot of confusion and loss of clarity in one's life can enter in. Without having a good support and counsel around, too many missteps could enter in to worsen an already bad situation.
Looking back now, I am glad that I reached out to Attorney Rioles, although; I should have done so sooner.
I initially opted for the short in-person consultation to see if she could help me make sense of it all. She was very thorough and clear as to what I could expect in the divorce process. She had no problem answering each question I had. At times I felt like maybe I shouldn't ask too many questions because it seemed later in the afternoon, however she was calm throughout and was genuinely wanting to help me through.
At the end of the consultation, I told her that I would need time to think about proceeding officially and filing the necessary paperwork in a few months. She confirmed that she would be ready when I was ready. No sales pressure whatsoever. (I want to say that her experience had allowed her to see the end from the beginning of my case, which gave her that confident assurance that I was lacking.) Well, days later, I was calling her back kicking myself that I didn't start the process during the initial consultation.
When a friend of mine looked at the lawyers retained for my case, he told me that I managed to get a serious lawyer.
Attorney Rioles had to deal with my incessant texts/emails throughout the process when each time I was thinking that the sky was falling. Many of her responses were answers that I realized later that she already had provided to me, but being in a mentality stressful situation, I was forgetting and misunderstanding them. She had no problem clarifying each and every time (And I had no problem apologizing each and every time).
I don't think I have apologized enough, though. I think she treated me better than what my behavior had earned.
The law office's online platform made it super easy and convenient for me to send over any necessary documents.
The court appearances were nerve-racking but Attorney Rioles made things go smoothly for me. She passed certain legal motions that I didn't even know could be done but were perfectly in line with what I was looking to get accomplished
(In court, it seemed like the couple of lawyers I heard conversing, felt that Attorney Rioles was not one they would want to challenge.)
I was fortunate to have had her in my corner through it all. I felt that she went above and beyond several times (and even now weeks after the close of the case helping me tie up some loose ends).
Before Attorney Rioles, I had never known a lawyer to be of a type to treat a person with a bit of sympathy and, well, like a person.

My divorce was a bit of an unpleasant surprise, but one thing that helped was having a very good attorney. Brenda took the time to know my case and argued aggressively in my best interests. Her office is efficient and she is very responsive. Honestly, without her help I’m not sure if my case would not have ended in an equitable result, but it did, and I’m very grateful to her for helping me so much.

I would highly recommend hiring this amazing team of lawyers and Frank Orabona especially. Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. He is a class act and deserves any accolades sent his way.

Wow! Amazing that So many people had such great experiences with this law firm. For our family it was very difficult to get a hold of someone, let alone a lawyer. We did not receive what we thought we would for our circumstances and the law firm made out much better than our family in the end. It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate for our family. Greg was better than I could have imagined. My case came up just a few days before I was supposed to leave the country and he handled it perfectly. He talked with the judges and prosecutors to move my court dates earlier so I was able to travel, explain my situation and worked out a solution that allowed me to continue my plans as if nothing happened. Even while out of country he has been in contact with me for resolutions on all matters. Everything in my power will make sure I never need a lawyer again, but if so, or if someone I know needs a recommendation, I will not hesitate to give them Greg’s contact. I hired Gregory Hoffman to represent me in a civil case against an ex-partner of mine in December of 2020.
I will start off by saying that every case is different, and therefore, every outcome is different. Below is an account of my unique case and experience with Gregory Hoffman.
My case was kind of a two-parter and because of this, Mr. Hoffman and I had to appear in court a couple of times. Both times, Mr. Hoffman was incredible enough to travel over an hour from Rhode Island to Massachusetts where my case was being heard, and both times he wasn’t just punctual; he was early. I’ve heard horror stories of people waiting for their lawyers to show up for hours, and I’ve even heard some where the lawyer doesn’t show at all. Rest assured, Gregory Hoffman will show and he will be there on time, if not early.
Mr. Hoffman, himself, was quite professional. In court he was well dressed, articulate, calm, confident, and when it came to knowing the “rules of the game”, as they pertained to Massachusetts law, he was very well versed. He made sure that in the weeks leading up to the court date he and I were both thoroughly equipped with all the documentation we needed to aid us in emerging victorious.
What really speaks to the professionalism of any lawyer, though, is what hopes and dreams they try and sell you about your case. Please be aware that any good lawyer, will not attempt to sell you a single one. A good lawyer will not give you any false hope, nor make any promises nor guarantees as to the outcome of your case, and Gregory Hoffman was up front about this with me right from the start. He also didn’t compare my case with any other, either. He treated my case as its own unique entity and that’s exactly what I was looking for in representation.
Mr. Hoffman was also very compassionate and understanding when it came to me and the details of my case. Again, I’ve heard horror stories where lawyers will not walk through things with their clients because they don’t care, don’t have the time, or both. Once again, rest assured that Gregory Hoffman has a heart and actually cares about his clients. He was always readily available to answer any and all questions I had, he explained things clearly so that I understood, and he even made time after the second hearing to talk to me and give his opinion on my then situation, which I appreciated and valued very much.
The Court’s decision after the second hearing did, indeed, result in victory for us. Again, this review is not to guarantee a win should you hire Gregory Hoffman, but my opinion based on my personal experience is; if you do hire Mr. Hoffman, your chances of coming out on top and satisfied with your outcome are pretty high. ;)

Angelina provided excellent counsel during my divorce proceedings. She discussed and reviewed all of my options in great detail, which was especially important to me regarding placement of my children. I especially apprecaited that she presented all options, with the pros and cons and likelyhood of success, without leading in me in one direction or another. I appreciated having the information to make the decision instead of having it made for me. It left me with the confidence that I chose the best available path forward.
In writing the agreement, she anticipated a number of areas that needed to be covered in the agreement that later proved to be critical.
In addition, her billing was very fair and accurate. Although I was the plaintiff and she did most of the work (initial complaint, wrote entire agreement and entered the order) her bill was smaller than my ex-wife's attorney's bill, which represented only a fraction of the effort of Angelina's work.
Lastly, going through a divorce, especially with small children involved, can be very emotional. She dealt well with my occasional emotion state by acknowledging my concerns and then calmly discussing the path forward.

Kristin Pettey is an amazing attorney. While only 10% of her business falls within the family law side, I myself was going through a complex divorce to include an unreasonable ex-spouse as they were on their third attorney when our case closed. Family law is very difficult in general to deal with and I found when dealing with attorney's in the family law realm that a lot of them are not trustworthy, or at least I myself felt they did not have my interests at heart. I had family law issues in multiple states, which made it complex; Kristin took on my Rhode Island case. Working with Kristin compared to other family law attorney's that I have in the past was a night and day difference. Kristin was a zealous advocate, an extremely competent attorney, and overall a pleasure to work with. She told it to me straight and I trusted the advice that she gave me. Overall I felt happy with the outcome of the case because of her actions. Keep in mind that if you are going through family law litigation, you must accept and understand that your outcome is limited by what the state accepts as fair. Kristin will do what she can to defend your rights and what is fair. If you heed her advice, even if you do not like it, you can expect your case with her to go as smoothly as possible. My ex attempted many different strategies to get the most she possibly could out of our case, buty Kristin was able to turn these to our advantage and she set me up for success. Over the year+ that I worked with her as we were approaching a final court date I felt very confident that it would go positively for me because of her advice and hard work. In the end, my ex came around and we were able to obtain a consent decree. Mine is not normal; it has a lot of nuances in it because of the gamesmanship that my ex attempted to play. I feel very comfortable moving forward in our consent decree and that my current and future interests are looked after. I also look forward to coming to Kristin in the future as things change, and the decree needs to be modified.
In sum, I highly recommend Kristin, you can’t go wrong. I would expect her quality of advocacy to be just as high in her other areas of practice, no matter if it is family law, medical malpractice, or litigation.
