Recently I had issues with a brand new vehicle I purchased from a dealership in Reno, NV. The brakes on the vehicle failed four times in less than 30-days. Despite the Attorney General of NV classifying the vehicle as a lemon and interceding on my behalf, the dealership and manufacturer wouldn't take the vehicle back. That was until I hired John Funk. In my opinion, he's one of the best attorney's I've ever worked with. He's a no-nonsense, transparent, and clear communicator. From day one I felt he was going to resolve an almost four month dispute. My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved. Throughout the process, Monica (Senior Paralegal) was phenomenal - always answering our questions promptly and accurately, even making suggestions on how to pursue items I wasn't aware we should be looking for. My siblings and I always felt we had an advocate throughout the process and that we'd been lucky to find the firm. Do not recommend anyone use this lawyer. He does not seem to care about his clients. He should retire as he seems to have an early medical condition that impairs his ability to remember things that have been said. His office manners are very unorganized. I would not recommend. Learn from my mistake and pick a different attorney.

Cliff Young is very responsible and approachable attorney, my case is his priority regardless. First conversation i had with him, he is different than 4 my previous attorneys, when I drove to Nevada to see him, I felt it was ever better, he is family type individual. Lauren and her paralegal Emily provided excellent advice at a time I was at a loss for how to proceed. The annulment process is quite complicated and Lauren accurately assessed the situation and was spot on with what actually transpired. I went in apprehensive and unsure and Lauren’s professionalism came across loud and clear during the hearing. I live out of state and it involved some international communication. I received a DUI in a very small town in northern Nevada after allegedly running a stop sign. My wife and I were on vacation from Arizona and it was a very stressful series of events. The closest lawyers I was able to find was in Reno and there were not too many choices. After thoroughly reviewing each profile of the lawyers that were available I chose to hire Lee Hotchkins. Lee was known as being fierce in court and he had years of experience defending cases such as mine. The trial eventually occurred 9 months after the incident. During the 9 month period Lee made many motions to dismiss and the prosecution opposed each motion. The case file containing emails back and forth with the DA was substantial. No video evidence was ever turned over. Lee continued to push to the point where a different prosecutor assumed the case after the original prosecutor became frustrated. On the day of the trial the DA made a deal to drop the DUI to a reckless driving citation. The plea was very unexpected and surprised Lee almost as much as it surprised me and my wife. Lee Hotchkins is admirable, a man of his word who fights fiercely for the rights of his clients in a passionate and forceful manner. Lee will not beat around the bush and will astutely advise you in your own best interest. My wife and I gave Lee a very big hug after the trial. Without his council the ramifications would have been much more severe. If you are in the position that I found myself in, I would highly recommend that you call Lee Hotchkins and get him on your case immediately. Trust me, you can't afford not to. Thank you, Lee.

After an injury at work, I mistakenly thought the doctors that workmen’s comp sent me to would help me recover. Instead, I found that their loyalty was to the insurance company paying the tab.R. Trent McAuliffe helped me get the medical treatment I needed when workmen’s comp kept trying to close my case. It took a few years to go through the process, and I am grateful that I got the surgery I needed. I’m very satisfied with the results of Trent advocating for me. I wish I had consulted him when I first got injured, instead of several months later. Get a consultation with him as soon as possible, it’s in your best interest!

I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Andriea and Ashley. They walked me through the process, they were quick to respond, led the whole divorce process and kept me in the loop at all times. I honestly don’t even know why what ex’s attorney did because Andriea was so on top of it. My ex would ask me to ask Andriea something knowing it would get done. My divorce was final 3 months after my first conversation with her. By the end, I felt like she was almost family and I always felt like she had my back. Andriea Aden is a straight shooter, no nonsense, gets it done yesterday kind of energy. She is a powerhouse of assertive fervor in the court room and worth every penny!! You better retain her before your ex does! I am not joking, that happened to my kids’ dad. Mr Hornbeck and his Secretary are down to earth and approachable. I hired Mr Hornbeck to represent me for a moving violation. He was forthright about his fees, the time it would take, and how payment would be received and processed. When it came time to go to trial he exceeded my expectations, fighting hard for me. Don’t think this is a 5 star rating because he won my case. I would still have given him the same even if the judge ruled against me. I would highly recommend Mr Hornbeck, and should I ever need his services again I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him. If you hold a CDL and find yourself needing a lawyer who will fight hard for you, look no further.

She displays all those great qualities described in the other reviews and more. I know she was totally committed to me and my case in the way that she communicated regularly and personally with me. Still, she is a no-nonsense lawyer who will give you homework and communicate with the court to let you know the status of your case. She explains court postings from eflex. My Ex threatened to bankrupt me. Tehan used the law to protect me. It wasn't painless, but what was done, she did in a way to provide the best outcome for me and my financial stability. STAY AWAY!!! I'd give negative stars if I could. I am an attorney and I have been using this service for 3 months. In that time I have not gotten a single quality lead. I have gotten a lot of leads that I have to weed through that have nothing to do with my practice. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was informed that I was in a contract with them. I am positive that at the end of my contract term they will not honor their money back guarantee. Other reviews on here say they don't. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to agreeing to this scam.

She refused to acknowledge that I was asking about my case instead of something familiar with me, then sent me a link to pay $480 to explain what I tried to on the phone, to see if she would let me pay her thousands to give her opinion.
