I see all these great reviews about Will Flores and I’m not sure how accurate these are.
I had a car accident case which Elliot was handling. Elliot from one day to the next left the firm which was very strange and then Will takes over my case. He calls me and is on the phone with me for about 45 minutes. He tells me how we’re going to move forward with my case and pretty much it was all lies. Melissa calls me the following week and tells me Will is dropping my case because the insurance company wasn’t going to pay. I was in complete shock because what Will told me was completely different than what Melissa was telling me. The weird thing is he knew the insurance company wasn’t going to pay because we talked about it and his plan was to send me for another mri and a chiropractor. Once we get the results we sue because he said even if the insurance company offers anything it’s going to be low.
This was a very simple car accident. If anyone saw my videos it’s obvious this wasn’t my fault. Will even agreed this wasn’t my fault and so did Elliot before he left.
Anyways, After this situation he is probably the biggest liar and most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND WILL FLORES TO ANYONE.
I’m not sure if he’s crazy or just a compulsive liar. Either way horrible guy to do this to anyone.

I hired Andrew after I was charged with something that I did not do. I was scared and confused by the entire ordeal and he immediately calmed me and explained how all this would play out. I was charged with a DUI and arrested and put in jail overnight, despite blowing .000 on the breathalyzer.I met with Andrew on a recommendation of a friend the next day and he immediately made me feel that things were going to be ok. He explained the likely timeline and what he thought would happen, and sure enough everything played out the way he thought. The DUI charges were dropped a few weeks later and Andrew helped me also get dismissed the drifting out of my lane charge that was also charged against me.
Having never been in trouble with the law in any way in my life, the entire experience was traumatizing, scary, and frankly surreal. Having Andrew on my side and the constant communication and knowledge he displayed during this ordeal was very reassuring and he'd be the first person I'd call if I'm ever in a situation like this again.

Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

Mr. Slicker is a man of great character and after reading his reviews and followed by a free consultation, I chose him to represent me in my divorce appeal, filed by the ex, and so very happy I did. When you read his upstanding merits of helping others and talking with him, you too will see he’s not just about the money. But doing good for others. His expertise and high character, I feel, is well known in the community and the court system which speaks volumes. My ex dragged my case on for many years filing nonstop extensions with rehearings and appeals. Anything he could do to avoid. I thought it would never come to close. Mr. Slicker was my second lawyer for the appeal process. There was no constant lawyer fees, it was a set retainer fee and very reasonable. I feel he’s very understanding of people’s situations. He’s not a big talker, but you’ll feel he gets you. He’s quick on taking action and filing. He gets it done. I won the appeal and he assisted in recovering the awarded money. I’m forever grateful to Mr. Slicker and his assistant. It’s a small practice which is awesome and they are the perfect team. You will not be disappointed.

Mr Slicker is one of the best in his field. He always makes it very clear as to what papers you will need to have in order for him to complete the job for you. I'm not sure who left the 5 star reviews, but after retaining and employing william Bennet I believe they are family members and friends that were asked to leave them.
Bill is unproductive and unprofessional. You have to press and press him before he actually files anything. Lacks communication with his clients, and either is to preoccupied to take notes or doesn't care to.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Bennett. I was subpoenaed for two full consecutive days, yet not once was I called to testify. I spent both days waiting in a cold hallway, without any communication from the attorney, while dealing with my autoimmune diseases.
During this time, I had to miss two full days of work from my two jobs, which resulted in lost wages. Additionally, I incurred expenses for parking and childcare for my two young children, ages 5 and 7. As a single mother who hustles to make ends meet, this situation was not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Furthermore, the subpoena was not even served to me directly. Other individuals had to give me the papers, which raises questions about the legality of the service. However, I complied to avoid being held in contempt of court.
This experience highlighted a lack of consideration and respect for my time and circumstances. I urge others to seek legal representation from someone who values and respects the lives of others.

Smith wrote one incorrect demand letter and filed one incorrect complaint. He filed my work product and failed to produce my documents. My documents were extensive and would have forced a settlement discussion. He billed me approximately $12,000 - his paralgal time was $2000. He harrassed me for 9 months involving my new lawyer William Walker. So no work was done while Smith chased me for approximately 5,000. I fired Smith and then Walker. They colluded to get me to pay Smith. They may threaten to sue me for defamation. Their problem is they have NO CASE. I can documenet every word of this review with text and Emails and correspondence.
Smith chased me without any legal authority to do so (His fee agreement was contradictory, confusing to all that viewed it including his mediator friend. He is a liar and a bad lawyer. I am 72 and starting with Smith I lost every dime. I paid horrible lawyers over $150,000. Each was unable to negotiate a settlement. Each billed time that they could never justify.
I was a paralegal and legal manager, I settled thousands of lawsuits in mass tort, had authority and settled cases for major clients and yet these lawyers cost me my financial life; And a home I intended to leave to my family. Please pay attention. Incompetance is bad, but lies and harrasment seems common in Pinellas County. I will review 5 lawyers - Smith, WIlliam Walker, Carolyn Margolies and Jesse Skipper. Please see my reviews. Its important.

I let go of my first attorney in my divorce case because I felt like a number and my needs weren’t being addressed when it came to my two boys.

I hired Aimee to help me with my uncontested divorce. I had originally hired another attorney who was not being responsive. I explained to Aimee my desire to quickly resolve the divorce so that I could move forward with my life. Megan Greene assisted me with my mother's estate after she passed away unexpectedly.
And amidst an already very somber situation, nothing was in order, nothing was prepared with regards to a will, and in order order to gather all of the necessary information, I found myself playing detective.
However, in all of the chaos, step by step, as more information was recovered, Megan managed to wrap up my mother's probate estate as quickly as she could (staying within the boundaries of the law) and rather neatly to add.
Communication was very important to me as well as I currently live abroad and Megan proved to be very quick, thorough, and patient with every response (as was her staff).
So, with no more loose ends, thanks to Megan, I can finally begin putting this dark chapter of my life to rest.

Wow--- completely blown away by Nate's skills as a mediator.
My case was extremely complex and went on for many years. We had already been to mediation several times before and parent coordination. We had not been able to have any movement or agreements on our case. Mediation was required to attend before we could go to trial so I didn't think we would reach any kind of agreement. I was so wrong. Nate is extremely skilled at what he does and was able to help us get a full settlement after being in a divorce and custody battle for YEARS.
