Mr. Slicker is a man of great character and after reading his reviews and followed by a free consultation, I chose him to represent me in my divorce appeal, filed by the ex, and so very happy I did. When you read his upstanding merits of helping others and talking with him, you too will see he’s not just about the money. But doing good for others. His expertise and high character, I feel, is well known in the community and the court system which speaks volumes. My ex dragged my case on for many years filing nonstop extensions with rehearings and appeals. Anything he could do to avoid. I thought it would never come to close. Mr. Slicker was my second lawyer for the appeal process. There was no constant lawyer fees, it was a set retainer fee and very reasonable. I feel he’s very understanding of people’s situations. He’s not a big talker, but you’ll feel he gets you. He’s quick on taking action and filing. He gets it done. I won the appeal and he assisted in recovering the awarded money. I’m forever grateful to Mr. Slicker and his assistant. It’s a small practice which is awesome and they are the perfect team. You will not be disappointed.

Mr Slicker is one of the best in his field. He always makes it very clear as to what papers you will need to have in order for him to complete the job for you. I called his office many times, during our situation, needing him to answer one of my many questions, and he always called back quickly. Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

I'm just ruminating about my terrible divorce in 2009. I had a crappy new attorney who thought he could beat the "Meros/Judge Lenderman team" (who were clearly anti-father) that my wife was using. With this attorney/judge duo having already decided the outcome of the proceeding beforehand, I lost in the first 5 minutes. Couple years later, I hired Alan to help upright the ship the best he could. He did the best anyone could have. I'll tell you what... I wish I had used Alan from the get go that's for sure. Wort lawyer ever better off with a Public defender that got me 18monyhs hired deburg and left with 21 months never returns calls rude staff or security not helpful at all everyone in the office acts like they don’t no what’s going on and if you are incarcerated will never come see you to discuss your case. I'm not sure who left the 5 star reviews, but after retaining and employing william Bennet I believe they are family members and friends that were asked to leave them.
Bill is unproductive and unprofessional. You have to press and press him before he actually files anything. Lacks communication with his clients, and either is to preoccupied to take notes or doesn't care to.
I employed him for a family case and was very relieved to finish up the remainder of my retainer and employ another attorney

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Bennett. I was subpoenaed for two full consecutive days, yet not once was I called to testify. I spent both days waiting in a cold hallway, without any communication from the attorney, while dealing with my autoimmune diseases.
During this time, I had to miss two full days of work from my two jobs, which resulted in lost wages. Additionally, I incurred expenses for parking and childcare for my two young children, ages 5 and 7. As a single mother who hustles to make ends meet, this situation was not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Furthermore, the subpoena was not even served to me directly. Other individuals had to give me the papers, which raises questions about the legality of the service. However, I complied to avoid being held in contempt of court.
This experience highlighted a lack of consideration and respect for my time and circumstances. I urge others to seek legal representation from someone who values and respects the lives of others.

Brandon and his team are literally THE BEST. I worked with two cheap attorneys before I found Brandon and I got exactly what I paid for which was representation that didn’t care, didn’t put the time in and didn’t fight for me.
Brandon‘s previous experience as a police officer and private detective were very helpful in uncovering all of the hidden assets in my case.
Brandon always worked to try to get my ex and I to settle outside of court rather than rack up more fees and unnecessary cost. That really stood out to me.
Every hearing that I had with Brandon on my side, I felt safe, I felt like he was fighting for me, and I felt like he actually cared. His team was absolutely a pleasure to work with even through the gruesome things such as gathering financial affidavit, and a ridiculous amount of documents requested by opposing counsel.

Smith wrote one incorrect demand letter and filed one incorrect complaint. He filed my work product and failed to produce my documents. My documents were extensive and would have forced a settlement discussion. He billed me approximately $12,000 - his paralgal time was $2000. He harrassed me for 9 months involving my new lawyer William Walker. So no work was done while Smith chased me for approximately 5,000. I fired Smith and then Walker. They colluded to get me to pay Smith. They may threaten to sue me for defamation. Their problem is they have NO CASE. I can documenet every word of this review with text and Emails and correspondence.
Smith chased me without any legal authority to do so (His fee agreement was contradictory, confusing to all that viewed it including his mediator friend. He is a liar and a bad lawyer. I am 72 and starting with Smith I lost every dime. I paid horrible lawyers over $150,000. Each was unable to negotiate a settlement. Each billed time that they could never justify.
I was a paralegal and legal manager, I settled thousands of lawsuits in mass tort, had authority and settled cases for major clients and yet these lawyers cost me my financial life; And a home I intended to leave to my family. Please pay attention. Incompetance is bad, but lies and harrasment seems common in Pinellas County. I will review 5 lawyers - Smith, WIlliam Walker, Carolyn Margolies and Jesse Skipper. Smith wrote one incorrect demand letter and filed one incorrect complaint. He filed my work product and failed to produce my documents. My documents were extensive and would have forced a settlement discussion. He billed me approximately $12,000 - his paralgal time was $2000. He harrassed me for 9 months involving my new lawyer William Walker. So no work was done while Smith chased me for approximately 5,000. I fired Smith and then Walker. They colluded to get me to pay Smith. They may threaten to sue me for defamation. Their problem is they have NO CASE. I can documenet every word of this review with text and Emails and correspondence.
Smith chased me without any legal authority to do so (His fee agreement was contradictory, confusing to all that viewed it including his mediator friend. He is a liar and a bad lawyer. I am 72 and starting with Smith I lost every dime. I paid horrible lawyers over $150,000. Each was unable to negotiate a settlement. Each billed time that they could never justify.
I was a paralegal and legal manager, I settled thousands of lawsuits in mass tort, had authority and settled cases for major clients and yet these lawyers cost me my financial life; And a home I intended to leave to my family. Please pay attention. Incompetance is bad, but lies and harrasment seems common in Pinellas County. I will review 5 lawyers - Smith, WIlliam Walker, Carolyn Margolies and Jesse Skipper. Susan was very comforting and supportive in an extremely, stressful situation. She is very detailed and thorough and makes sure she gathers the right information for your case. I needed a attorney for bankruptcy and was refered to Kristina by a friend. I called her and set up an appointment. Upon meeting her, I liked her instantly. Her fee was reasonably and I retained her as my attorney. She scheduled appointments for my convenience, kept me advised on what was happening, told me what I needed to do and when to do it. The whole experience made me feel like I was dealing with a friend instead of an attorney. If you want an attorney thats “got your back” then choose Kristina. You won't be sorry you did.

I talked with Kristina over the phone first. Then we met at a mutual spot, didnt have to go to her office like every other lawyer, even offered to buy me a bite to eat or a beverage to make things feel more at ease. (you dont get this kind of treatment from lawyers these days) Felt very comfortable talking with her about what to expect and what would need to be done to achieve my goal. She was very knowledgeable and confident when talking about the case at hand. She made me feel at ease with the process. Seeing how I had to spend money that was from selling my dream truck I was definitely looking for confidence and she has everything I was looking for.

I have a hearing in 1 week . They originally scheduled a consultation for me last week with Erin, but cancelled it due to the power outage . Today when I called at scheduled time they told me that I don’t have an appointment, then later they said that it’s with a different attorney ( which I wasn’t aware of ) . I said that no one told me that that it was scheduled with a different lawyer, but I still agreed to speak with them. Assistant placed me on hold and then she told me that I need to call my legal insurance to let them know that it won’t be a good fit . When I asked why - the receptionist told me it’s because of my tone of the voice and dissatisfaction during our conversation .

First i want to share my thanks to Mr Reissman and Lynn for all the work they had done for me during this hard time! They never made me feel guilty about anything but assured me that these things happen unfortunately. I know that this process can be stressful, but the Reissman law group did everything they could to keep this a pain-free and stress-free process. I contacted Mr. Reissman regarding my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and expressed various concerns about my case. Marshall promptly addressed these issues, providing solace in a naturally stressful situation. The communication with his office has been exceptional, arguably the finest I've experienced with any law firm. Although I realize I'm not their sole client and callbacks may require time, the staff and Mr. Reissman appear to be remarkably proactive in their communications with clients.
During my case, I was consistently informed about the proceedings and the necessary information I had to submit.
