Frann is a trustworthy and honorable person. She attempted to find a fair middle ground, working with the other Attorney, while always keeping my childrens' well being in consideration. She represented me as if she was personally involved, and I felt she gave me valuable and sound advice. Frann represented me on two different occasions, and in both cases, the end results were better than what I anticipated.
Frann also gave me constructive parenting advice that proved to be very helpful in my relationship with my children and their development. Obviously the fact that I needed to use Frann Setzer means I was in an undesirable situation, and when it’s your child’s wellbeing at stake it is a scary time. Ms. Setzer always kept me informed of what was going on, helped me with my endless list of questions and was always professional. She never gave me an unrealistic expectation of my situation. I could not have asked for better representation. I hope I don’t need to use her again, but if I do, I know I can trust her to get things done. I recommend her highly!

Attn. Fran Setzer was recommended to me by a previous employer and I'm truly grateful they did.
She was friendly from day one and broke my case down into different scenarios/possibilites. She gave me all the options and definitely advised me as to which were most practical.
She always followed up with me within 24 hours of a call or e-mail and if she was travelling/ OOO she would let me know beforehand.
Obviously divorces aren't pleasant but in the unlikely circumstance that it happened again I already know who I would call!!!! I was always a couple steps ahead and there were no surprises.

I would give 10 stars to Ms. Oxley if I could. I was on a nasty two and a half years divorce process. I was trying to take care of it on my own. I spoke to few lawyers before Ms. Oxley and I honestly lost all hope. My friend recommended Ms. Oxley. The way she explained the law and process was simple and straight to the point. Ms. Oxley took over my case not only because it was business but also because she saw how screwed I was and wanted to help. Ms. Oxley was firm, fair and did not sugar coat anything. If I was right she would back me up 100% but if I was wrong she would correct me in a heart beat. In a matter of 4 months my divorse was completed. After making a research on family lawyers, I found Mrs. Oxley, and was on the top of the list with 5 stars and great reviews. I did not disappoint making the top choice and higher stars selection. After the first visit, Mrs. Oxley review my profile and request, the same day she expressed that my concerns and request are valid and that we should proceed with together to achieve the rights as a father. I agreed, shortly after, Mrs. Oxley and Mrs. Yolanda to form a complete team to achieve all the goals set on the table. We started with mediation, opposition party denies all the rights at mediation, went to Los Angeles County court after mediation visits failed, and going with a strong character, well prepared lawyer it make a huge difference, It took just the first visit to start achieving all the custody rights and visitation rights. At the end Mrs. Oxley requested that the other party should pay for my attorneys fees and it was granted as well at the second visit. WoW!!, it just such of a great job knowing that life is so hard at times and here is Mrs. Oxley to return my smile and happiness.... It does not matter what time and what day of the week was, she was always working for us, I received calls from her at all times to ensure we were well prepared for our battles and it showed!! At all times that she was well prepared to counterfeit our opposition party.

The are basura I just recommended this service the case a year ago and it’s still waiting. Mi friend said I’m waiting and waiting and the said the lost the paper work I don’t know and it looks like this one is like a scam so him pay in full so they can make more faster service but still I don’t don’t get any results. They say the need more paperwork for him so don’t even send the applications to the usis . The have before other real lawyers have it before they take care quickly. The only thing they can not do more because that step 2 are frozen but with this services of Narciso just only take you money at time, maybe can be more faster I you hire real one .. still no answer no clue and I have a answer for different lawyers. They have in his network I never the only first time to talk to the original Narciso. It was the time I open the case I was by video conference since that time I don’t know nothing about it so check first before you use the service maybe help you but in this case is the first time it’s like frozen and no answers and I tried to cancel but you money never get back be aware no pay in full I don’t see any service done. I don’t have any communications in sometimes they said all the people have your case. It’s no longer working here in blah blah blah, but I’m happy anyways be aware May is scam

I had a very complex case in San Diego , which required a lot of research, I received a letter from Dept. of Child Support saying I owed $80k, (from owing $0 Support ) I knew I had to get a lawyer right away to fight . I was paired up with Mr. Miller because of his patience and excellent research ability. With his help we were able to bring down a simple misunderstanding to a fraction of what they were demanding. Not only was I impressed but the judge also commended Mr Miller for the research he presented.
I also want to mention, I live In Sacramento and did everything thru phone & email with no problems.

I found that Ms. Scott was knowledgeable when it came to the custody case. Ms. Scott was always professional and genuinely cared about my dayghter and and myself. She was always informing me of the status of my case and different possibilites of the outcome. If I had questions I could call anytime and if she was not available she would call back as soon as she was able. Ms. Scott showed up to court dressed very professional and understood my wishes for custody. She would talk to me about an agreement and if the agreement was bad or not to my liking then she would voice that and not agree. Ms. Scott never pressered me to do or agree to anything, instead she recommended that before I would discuss anything to contact her. I had talked to a few lawyers in the area and all of them seemed to busy to sitdown and discuss my case, others would purse an expensive case. Ms. Scott made me feel comfortable and eager for me to dicuss my case. Ms. Scott would also inform me if doing something was a bad idea and educate me on a different approach, that was effective and saved time and money. I will use Ms. Scott to represent me in the future and I would recommended her to anyone needing legal assistance for a fair price and comfortable no pressure representation.

I am a father and I could not have gotten my daughter back in my arms without the tremendous work done by Alexis Scott. I now have my five-year-old daughter back in my life AND with full custody after her mom abducted her and fled the state in 2009. I wasted precious time and money with the wrong lawyer for over a year. When I hired Alexis and Tony Solare they fixed the mistakes made by my previous lawyer and covered all the bases to ensure that I received full physical and legal custody of my daughter. It can go unmentioned how extremely difficult it is for a father to receive custody of his child, but she did it! They were great to work with and very flexible on money matters. I recommend them with 100% confidence; my only wish was that I went to them first, so I wouldn’t have wasted time and money with my previous lawyer.

Claudia was very lawyer to work with, from the beginning she explain how she works and how she charges. That made me feel very trustworthy with Mrs. Garcia. She always kept me informed of everything was going on and the most important thing is that she has passion for what she represent and she very knowledgeable as a lawyer. Any calls I made or email I wrote to her was always answer the same day or next day, she was always responsive. In the end of my divorce she took care of everything and everything went as was plan, she was always punctual for her appointments with me and always showed to court with me on time which was very important to me since I had attorneys that I had in the pass that did even showed up to court. Amy has provided legal advice, litigation services, and has represented us both in court and in settlement negotiations. After her own thorough investigation of the facts, she is willing to go head to head against legal juggernauts and even government agencies. If settlement is not an option because opposing counsel is bent on litigating, she will zealously litigate for her clients; as she did for us. With her assistance we prevailed on a Writ of Mandate and Administrative Mandamus case (both in the appellate court and on remand) and had a breach of contract (in a related case) dismissed with prejudice even after the judge did not render a favorable decision. Amy is not your typical attorney, she is empathetic, altruistic, honest, affordable, and sharp.

From my first meeting with Michele I felt that she had my best interest at heart. She is obviously a consummate professional with scrupulous attention to detail. She formulated a plan for us to move forward with and was honest with me as to what to expect. Through this whole process she earned my trust and respect. I wish I would have retained her originally.
Katina was wonderful. She kept me informed as to the progress of my case. She is not only a knowledgeable professional, but a kind and patient person. Her support helped me get through more than a few frustrating times.
The whole office worked as a team. There are two more attorneys and plenty of staff at this office. When Michele was not available there was another attorney there to handle issues. Elizabeth Brown was very warm and personable. I was glad this group was on my side.
Divorce can be a terrible stressful experience. It can be compounded by a lack of timely response. I did not feel the delays in this case had anything to do with this team. This group of professionals kept me on task with my requirements and filed the necessary documents with the court in an expedient manner. I always knew what was expected of me.

If you are looking for a family law attorney, look no further than Lesa Christenson and the team at ABC Family Law. I worked with her for about a year and a half in a very contentious custody battle. She is not only compassionate and deeply invested, but she also has the experience and sharp legal mind to get you good results. I would be happy to have her in my corner against any San Diego attorney in trial. She is well spoken, knowledgeable and a force to be reckoned with in court.
I found her at all times to put the needs of my child, and myself above her own interests - she tried to save me money wherever possible, and delegated lighter tasks to her associates to keep the fees lower. She does not blow smoke - she is a realist and will tell you her honest assessment- good, bad or ugly. I always felt well informed of my options and in control of the process.
I quickly found out that there are a couple different ways that attorneys operate in family law. Some use "shady" tricks or try to skirt the law. This is not the way Lesa and her team operates. You can be assured that they will represent you with integrity and do things the right way. I do believe that the sharp difference in approach by my attorney and that of opposing counsel was a helpful factor throughout the proceedings.

Nobody wants to hire a lawyer, but in finding myself in that position, I hired Alan Cheung to represent me. We were filing against a remodeling company for faulty work on a remodel. Alan was very thorough in his documents to the opposing lawyer. He kept me well informed by email and phone calls of how the case was moving along. When I was ready to settle the case and "just be done" because I was sick of it, Alan kept working on it for me and ended up getting me almost double the amount of money I was willing to settle for. Alan really put for an effort above and beyond.

I had a different attorney during our divorce. Through the divorce settlement, I received the house with responsibility for the all mortgage payments. My husband would receive an equalization payment from me and would be held harmless on the mortgage.
Although I tried I could not refinance to get his name off the mortgage and now my ex was taking me back to court requesting that my house be sold. Fortunately, I hired Martin Elwood, who turned the whole case around. He discovered that my ex did not disclose a very large asset in our divorce. Marty negotiated a settlement in which my ex dropped his case against me in return for me dropping my case against his non disclosure of an asset.
Martin Elwood is a great lawyer and did an amazing job. He saved my home, lowered the equalization payment that I owed my ex and I will now receive one half of the asset that he failed to disclose.
Marty’s experience and hard work turned a negative situation into a positive one for me. I would recommend Marty Elwood to anyone who is looking for a great family law attorney.
