Michael was hired to help with a case involving two cross-border jurisdictions. An amount of undue stress, frustration and mental/financial cost was unfortunately beyond normal, largely due to us having to deal with an extremely dishonest opposing side, whose counsel (a gentleman named Gaurav Bali) in a counter motion was close to facing the judge and get sanctioned due to his unethical/illegal actions on this case (which included them faking the evidence, as well as illegally subpoenaing my former employers and financial institutions). Amidst all of this, Michael was the one who actually helped manage this mess, providing much needed clarity and guidance as to what to do and how to sanction them.
I plan on further retaining (and working with) Michael going forward, and highly recommend him as a person/professional with the highest standard of integrity.

I had an amazing experience working with Jonah.
I had a small, but complex legal issue that resulted in a warrant being issued for time I had already served, and left the state for. Jonah was very communicative from the start, and was able to get me added to SF calendar quickly, so I flew in/out for court in the same day. He answered all questions I had, and was always very good about responding. To top it all off - his price was excellent.

We have a crazy neighbor who thought it would be good idea to file a restraining order against us because she just didn’t like us. It was really scary to have someone that crazy seeking legal action against us, and I’ve never been to court in my entire life.
Andrea handled this complex and emotionally charged case with grace and intelligence and calm. She reassured us and kept us calm as she prepared us.
We ultimately had the request for restraining orders dismissed AND she prevailed in a motion to have our attorney fees paid by the crazy neighbor.
From a legal perspective, we could not have asked for a better outcome! Would I hire her again? 100%! We are so grateful for her and for her being so well prepared.

I was recently in a difficult--and frankly, scary--dispute with my landlord, and initially felt completely intimidated and overwhelmed by the situation. My divorce started with a different attorney. A firm I will not name here who honestly took a great deal of my money with very little oversight. I received a referral to Sean and I'm so glad I made the switch. You can't prepare for divorce so I was blind sided and hadn't done my research. I wish I had started my divorce with Sean as my attorney. He listed to me and was able to see my side and advocate what was best for me and my daughter. I will forever be thankful to him in remembering all the details of my case. We didn't have to rehash everything every time we met. Sean was so efficient every time we met and also very sincere. He made himself available and he always gave me both sides of an argument and he prepared me every step of the way. I settled my divorce and child custody case with my ex-husband and I feel that it was fair. I wasted so much money in the beginning by not using an attorney such as Sean. I am an attorney and am familiar with litigation. I retained an attorney to file a divorce proceeding, and that attorney did nothing but bill me for work that did not move the case forward. Fed up, I was referred to Sean Patrick Joyce. What a breath of fresh air. Mr. Joyce took immediate action, was a great communicator, and effectively utilized his terrific paralegal. In a matter of weeks, Mr. Joyce resolved issues, moved the case forward and obtained a stipulated judgment for me. During the time period that I worked with Mr. Joyce, and his paralegal, all of my questions were quickly resolved with an eye towards resolution and cost effectiveness. Divorce is a very personal matter and I had very little knowledge about the legal process. I needed an attorney who understands what I wanted and be able to deliver. I wanted to keep my share of the assets. I wanted to have sole custody of my child. I wanted the divorce process to settle as quickly as possible. I was going through an 'amicable' divorce with my husband and we agreed on how to split our assets. Being a paralegal, I was able to complete and file most of my own paperwork with the court. However, I needed the assistance of an attorney to draft a marital settlement agreement that would be acceptable to the courts and be in accordance with the law. I was referred to Nate by an attorney friend of mine. Nate and I met and I laid out the facts of my agreement with my husband. Nate accepted to work with me on the settlement agreement aspect of my divorce without asking to take over my entire divorce matter. Nate quickly grasped the issues at hand, and drafted a marital settlement agreement accordingly. I had the misfortune of running head on into a tractor in the dark at night who was as driving on the wrong side of a country roadway without proper lighting, creating a hazard. My head slammed into the windshield and I haven't felt the same since.
The tractor operator denied liability, said that other motorists went around him, the accident was my fault.
The idiot nearly killed me.
My lawyer Nate James and his awesome case manager, contacted their insurance carrier with a demand for $250,000 before we filed the lawsuit.
The insurance company offered me $750. I'm posting their offer so you can see it for yourself.
Nate and his team went to work and the job they did was phenomenal. They found me the medical care I needed. Because I was without health insurance for a long time, I never really treated, and suffered in silence.
To make it more complicated, I moved from Brentwood California up to Tacoma Washington. I started a family. I was working as a manager. To the outside world I looked fine, but I wasn't.

This law firm has accepted my case and after deliberately collecting all of my personal documents, identification, and private information, I was then racially discrimnated against by a gang of Hispanics at this law firm. One of them was their unprofessional outside business partner named, Stephanie Ochoa, who seemed very jealous of my case. She told me that I should probably find another law firm, which made no sense at all. I just found this law firm. Why did she say such a thing to me?! She was asking me my personal business about the luxurious apartments that my daughter lives in and looking all around when she came to meet me in person. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I then decided to offer her a water bottle in hopes to make her not act so jealous.
I felt like she was envious that this law firm accepted my injury case and she was thinking of a way to run me away. She then had me email her all of my private legal information relating to my case to a Yahoo email address. Then I dealt with other racists who are employed by this law firm who've described themselves as an investigator named,
Louie Mateo, and the other named Elijah Ozuna
who said he was my case manager and kept blowing up my phone without ever arranging an appropriate time to speak with me. I spoke with his racist manager, Mina Estrada who was very rude to me over the phone and disrespectful. Who is a very racist and uncaring person who did not care to let me speak one word.
They were all working together in cahoots to convince the attorney to drop my case. If you're an African American DO NOT go to this law firm with your injury case. Go somewhere trustworthy and professional, where you'll be treated with respect and valued as a client.
Despite this being a very tough time in my life, none of these people had any compassion whatsoever.

Elsa helped me during my divorce, which was a little complicated since it was between the US and France. The competence, compassion and humanity of Elsa are off the chart. To make a long story short, there was a dispute of jurisdiction between the two courts (California and France), Elsa was so good that the Judge in France mentioned her work in the sentence (which attributed the competence to California). But it was not only during this international dispute that Elsa was extremely helpful, even during the preparation of the hearing in California she was really valuable and supportive. You have always the feeling that she is genuinely caring about the best possible outcome for you.
