A few years back, my wife and I had an unfortunate situation that required us to get an attorney to help resolve a situation in which we wronged. Nate did an amazing job getting us what we deserved. He was a true pleasure to work with and a brilliant lawyer.

But let’s be honest, when trying to find a lawyer who “fits the bill” you’ll come across some good reviews, and that one GREAT one that more than likely seals the deal! So you book the appointment and take a chance.
This is THAT REVIEW. When I first had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Murphy I was extremely nervous. I had never sought out legal council before and I had no idea what I was doing, where to start, or even what to ask. From the moment I walked in the door he assured me that all of my questions and concerns would be addressed. Not only did I feel comfortable that he was knowledgeable to handle my case, but he was professional and patient in taking the time to make sure he didn’t miss any details or leave any question I had unanswered, no matter how many times I asked.
As my divorce case progressed there were several occasions that would presume difficult when dealing with the defendant. During this time Mr. Murphy made sure that he not only represented my best interests, but also the best interests of my children.
He was very prompt to inform me of any changes, document updates, court dates, etc. as well as responding to my phone calls and emails. I never felt left in the dark about where my case was, or what was happening next.

Last year I was a freshman in college, and I was assaulted while on campus. My situation resulted in an adverse action where I was facing possible expulsion from school and a loss of my academic scholarship. I had zero clue how to deal with this situation and my parents were in a different state. My parents and I reached out to Ms. Heather Scalzo and from our first contact, Ms. Scalzo was very knowledgeable, helpful, and reassured us that we had a chance to beat the allegations. Ms. Heather was patient with all of our questions and concerns, she was honest and transparent, and properly advised on next steps. I was issued a speeding ticket in Myrtle Beach, SC in June of 2023. When I returned to MD, I received mail from David Melnyk's law firm to represent me. Well, he did an amazing job at representing me. Outside of the reasonable attorney fee. I didn’t pay a dime and my case was dismissed. I didn't pay the ticket fees paid, and I didn't pay the court cost, just attorney fees. I had an officer that didn’t want to give me a break and for almost a year David provided updates and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Not only was he able to finally put an end to my horrific 2.5 year divorce case, but he did it quickly and at a fraction of the cost. He is a man of few words and a man of action. I had no idea where to start during my separation. Mr. Frazier assisted me over the phone with a free consultation and told me what steps I would need to take in order to start getting child support etc and how I would need to take action for the divorce. He was very reasonable as he does more of a flat rate charge than hourly. Separation and divorce can be a stressful thing and he helps with monthly payments to take financial stress away. Anytime I needed guidance I was able to text him and get a quick response. He was very pleasant and understanding. He tries to end your case as quickly as he can.

Dorchester County - It has been three and a half years since my divorce. My son is now five and a half years old and his father started coming around less than a year ago. He was non-existent for years.
I did a good bit of leg work back in 2017/pre-divorce and Atty. Rudolf made it easier for me to put everything on paper. I was arrested for a DUI after driving home from a double shift. I was extremely tired and found myself taking a wrong turn on the way home which led me to drive upon a DUI check point. After being arrested I contacted Mr. Mussetto late at night and not only did he answer but also showed up the next morning for first appearance. Through the entire process he was by my side giving me sound advise and keeping me informed with developments and court dates. We ended up taking my case to court and his preparation with the facts of the case and the not so prepared handling of the situation by the arresting officer and prosecutor allowed him to soundly have the jury deliver a NOT GUILTY verdict. The best decision I ever made was calling John when I faced the most difficult time in my life.

That’s what I thought about the service rendered by Andrea B Williams. I was in a unique situation and she worked to determine what was needed to resolve my case. She approached every angle to make sure every question or requirement would be addressed. My unmarried daughter died of COVID after delivering a newborn infant by an emergency c-section. The expectation was to be in sedation on the ventilator until are lungs were stronger. She was never able to sign to get the birth certificate and name the father of the child. Neither the father nor myself was able to apply for the birth certificate. Andrea made certain that an emergency hearing was set and we were granted a final hearing at that time so that benefits could begin. She was stern and straightforward and communicated with me to keep me informed. She was also very affordable for the amount of time dedicated to this case. About three years ago I was pulled over for speeding and charged with a first-time offence 0.08 DWI in a small town about 45 minutes from Charlotte, NC. At the time I was a Florida resident and was temporarily in North Carolina for a work project. Having an out of state license only meant more complications to an already delicate subject, so I immediately began looking for the top-rated lawyers in the area. I scheduled meetings with six different law firms and set aside an entire day to interview them, get their opinion on my case, and ultimately decide which would be the best approach forward. I ended up choosing Robert to represent me due to two main reasons which set him apart from the rest:
First, my arrest took place over Labor Day weekend which meant that I would have to wait a couple of days until being able to meet lawyers, so I decided to leave voicemails during the holiday so I could fast-track my appointments the next day. When calling Robert’s listed number, it turned out to be his private cell phone, which he answered even on holiday nonetheless. Not only did he answer my call during off hours, he heard my case and provided comfort in my situation at a time when I needed it most. Good client communication is one of the main attributes I looked for when choosing my lawyer, and Robert went above and beyond in providing answers to all of my questions at a personal level of communication, which was kept throughout the entirety of my case (over three years).
Secondly, when I first met with Robert, we went through my case and he gave me his honest opinion on the most appropriate course of action. Then, he went ahead and told me a bit about his background, he’s past cases and strategies he would use at trial, but what really sold me on him was the advice that he gave me before leaving his office. He said that “regardless of which lawyer I decided to go with, to always make sure that I get the lawyer that I am paying for”. This is due to the fact that big law firms would take my case and would later hand it off to one of their multiple lawyers, which means I would have no control or knowledge of who is actually representing me, which defeats the purpose of doing my research in finding the best lawyer for my case. I found Robert’s advice to be the most honest and helpful out of all the lawyers I interviewed, something which I actually experienced first-hand in one of the meetings with another firm later that day when I asked the name of the lawyer that would get my case and was not provided with a concrete answer. \
Every case is different, and in my situation, Robert suggested to take it all the way to superior court to a jury trial since according to his experience, my case had plenty of evidence in my favor and had a real shot at winning. I followed Robert’s advice and went to trial, in which Robert did an excellent job in addressing the jury and presenting evidence in my defense. The jury could not come to a decision and was pretty evenly split on a guilty/not guilty verdict which ended in a mistrial. However, thanks to Robert, everything worked out in my favor since his negotiation with the DA led to the dismissal of my DWI charge, and Robert also prevented my license from being suspended due to the speeding infraction. All in all, Robert Reeves is an absolutely outstanding, experienced trial lawyer. With Robert you definitely get what you pay for, and since all cases are different, even if such great results as mine might not be an option, hiring Robert Reeves will definitely ensure the best possible outcome for your case.

SC Tickets especially in Charleston county are difficult to deal with. I spoke with Mr Seibert, who had an excellent reviews for traffic violations, and he dealt with the speeding ticket at a very reasonable price. All other firms' prices were completely ridiculous and they could not even guarantee to reduce it.
