Katie Phipps is a wonderful and caring person. She was there to help me through one of the most difficult times of my life. She listened to how I was feeling as a person and not just as a client. I can't say enough wonderful things about Suzanne and her paralegal Annie. Suzanne stood her ground about my pre-martial property, when my ex thought he was entitled to half. Long story short, my ex got nothing but a lot of wasted money spent on his attorney to fight for something she knew he wasn't entitled to. Suzanne never wasted a dime of the money I paid her and I will forever be grateful to her for the kindness she has shown me in the last 16 months. If you want a attorney who will fight for you and show you compassion throughout the whole ordeal, then Suzanne is who you should call!! She truly does CARE!!!

Making the decision to get a divorce, is one of the hardest choices you will ever make. The next biggest decision is who will represent you and do it well. Ashby Jones and her team did just that and more! Even though, the process is messy, hard and uncomfortable. Ashby Jones and her extraordinary team made the process seamless, they were very detailed and matter of fact. Ashby Jones and her team were very organized, prepared and ready though out my whole case, Mediation is a process that can be extremely overwhelming; however, when that day came her team made me feel safe and protected which is HUGE! Not only is this firm top notch in their expertise of family law, she will fight for you til the end! One of the biggest gifts about her and her team is they were ALWAYS working for me ,the client and my best interest, which allowed me to rest peacefully. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Mrs. Jones and her team through my divorce. They made things very easy for me and gave me options. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything but rather give me the best options I had available for a speedy divorce. If I ever had questions the team there could answer them or got back to me quickly. I ended up in the end getting what I wanted and again I don’t think there is a better choice out there in the midlands area.

She did an amazing job cleaning up the mess created by the first attorney that I had hired to handle my Separation. As anyone that has been through a contentious divorce knows, it is beyond stressful! Addison remained professional and made it a point to encourage me to share my thoughts throughout the process. Not a good representation at all. Multiple conversations on the same topics uncountable times to milk your money. She take notes only not to have them later. To many phone calls a day asking one question then hanging you on the phone to lengthen the conversation then turn around and do the same thing again . Not to mention over charging me for the time.
When I called this tactic to her attention to ask all questions needed. The conversation was not pleasant.
I saw that the financial statement was only to see what the max you could pay. What attorney burns up your entire retainer balance in 3 hours.
I could go on, but enough said.

I used this law firm recently and am very satisfied with the results. This firm saved me money by keeping the case from going through the courthouse and an excellent mediator was used for litigation instead. My attorney was straight forward, knowledgeable of the law and thorough, which means you will be doing some work to win your case. A few years back, my wife and I had an unfortunate situation that required us to get an attorney to help resolve a situation in which we wronged. Nate did an amazing job getting us what we deserved. He was a true pleasure to work with and a brilliant lawyer.

My experience was not good with Chris Kennedy. When I first met him he seemed to be on top of things but then I paid $3500 for him to tell me he couldn't find the father of my child to go to court. So court never happened and he kept all of my money.

This will be a long review but my divorce was long and it is necessary to highlight all the ways Greg helped me. My case was complicated from the start as my estranged husband refused to participate at all in the divorce. He just ignored all requests for any paperwork to even get the process started. He moved out of state to further frustrate the reach of SC courts. Attorney Forman was knowledgeable in filing extensions when these antics required it. He was able to navigate through the courts even collaborating up to get action through the Pennsylvania courts to enforce SC motions.
Attorney Forman did not budge at all even though my ex was making everything as difficult as he could. When I finally got my day in court for finalizing my divorce, Greg made sure to put things on record to ensure if my ex decided to later continue that I was protected and ready.
I do not wish Attorney Forman to have any cases like mine ever again but he is more than capable of handling even the difficult ones. He is amazing and I always knew he was fighting for me and I was in good hands.

Mr Forman has a straightforward and no nonsense approach. If you like clear communication and clear expectations, and you dont want to waste time with the drama or theater that often accompanies divorce, he is the right choice for you. I had no idea where to start during my separation. Mr. Frazier assisted me over the phone with a free consultation and told me what steps I would need to take in order to start getting child support etc and how I would need to take action for the divorce. He was very reasonable as he does more of a flat rate charge than hourly. Separation and divorce can be a stressful thing and he helps with monthly payments to take financial stress away. Anytime I needed guidance I was able to text him and get a quick response. He was very pleasant and understanding. He tries to end your case as quickly as he can.

He listened to me, spoke candidly, explained my legal options, provided a clearly stated contract and was available for me (often on weekends, because of my work schedule). In court, he presented himself well, was kind and factual and helped me feel protected. He knows the law and can represent you well. Dorchester County - It has been three and a half years since my divorce. My son is now five and a half years old and his father started coming around less than a year ago. He was non-existent for years.
I did a good bit of leg work back in 2017/pre-divorce and Atty. Rudolf made it easier for me to put everything on paper. My ex-husband is a very intelligent, highly functioning, narcissistic individual who can convince almost anyone. Charming and articulate, of which I am the opposite. I feared that I was not going to be good enough to represent myself and/or have someone represent on my behalf and what I want for my children (peace, sanity and freedom from mental and emotional abuse and alcoholic environment) but I was blessed enough to select the right lawyer to represent me and understand what is best for me and my kids.

Amazing response from Kevin when I needed them most! Late afternoon on a Saturday I found myself being hit from behind by 2 cars at not fault of my own. Immediately received phone call and text during the immediate circumstances as well as the following days ahead from their team!
While I worked with Jana, the paralegal who is very detailed oriented; I found myself not understanding a few things where I thought it was a lack of communication. Kevin quickly explained in normal lingo; not lawyer and I was more than satisfied. Both Kevin and Jana are the best! I wouldn’t give one star to Dr. Richard Laws.
His demeanor when the patient doesn’t have signs or symptoms is great. When you present with signs/symptoms- he becomes sarcastic , dismissive , caddy, rude, nasty.
He’s lucky my veteran husband wasn’t with me today. It’s clear he didn’t read my medical chart and isn’t educated on dermafibrosarcoma
Folks, the MD behind this guys came stands for mean dog.
I left there untreated , belittled by this narcissistic person. He looked at me and said “People have it a lot worse than me and that I may need to just live with pain”.
Being a nurse myself , no person has to live in pain. I asked for change of provider. I may need to return to TN for quality healthcare.
It’s a shame one person’a actions ruins for the entire clinic. It’s obvious this man doesn’t want to actually “practice medicine “. He wants to come in , do nothing and steal your insurance $. DO NOT USE THIS FOOL!
