Josh made a very difficult & emotional situation tolerable. I hired Sally in April when my husband left me and my very small infant child. She has been nothing but professional, honest, easy to work with and now a friend. I was new to the area, two kids my gf wasn’t letting me see and had no clue where to even start! I came across Mrs. Todd after many referrals and consults, and after meeting with her, I was finally able to breathe again. Long story short, she fought like hell for me and now I have 50/50 visitation with my kids and see them any other time they want too! Just a couple months ago I needed an attorney pronto for a family law case including DSS. I was referred to the Mathews. Foster took my case. Ken represented me during my probable cause hearing and Foster thereafter. I will admit I had very little faith in him and was very concerned I would loose the battle. My rating of Attorney Greene is based on a consultation only, in which he was able to clarify & provide clear instructions regarding a probate issue, that prior to the attorneys who had written my late brother's will did not seem comprehend; an issue the probate clerk warned would cause the family and heirs long lasting complications if not handled before probate closed.
Atty Greene's knowledge and experienced in probate law was impressive. He understood the dilemma and quickly explained it to me, and more importantly how to remedy it. His advise was invaluable. On my request he wrote brief notes that I could refer to, and follow. This was especially helpful. His consultation was reasonable - its worth far exceeded the cost.
