I was getting ready to file divorce preceedings and I got Rhett's name from another attorney friend of mine. I was instantly put at ease and even though divorce is a painfull and very emotional thing to go through, Rhett helped me look at things logically and make good decisions concerning the divorce, He also helped with another legal matter that popped up and helped me out of a bind. His services are reasonably priced and even though I know I'm not a big time client with money, he made me feel just as important.

I received my resident card! Since day 1 she was very honest about the whole process I recommend her to everyone I know. Andrew was a huge help with my case, and a big relief on my stress level. Every interaction I had with him it was clear that he legitimately cared about helping me. He meticulously went through my paperwork, and he pushed my court date to a year later. That gave me time to get my drivers license issues resolved with the DMV. Before my court date, he negotiated a lesser degree of charge. This made my fine 1/3 of what it would have been and my license did not have to be suspended. Andrew is a good man who will do what needs to be done aggressively and with knowledge of the law.

Since I had met Mr. Havran during business and community activities a few years ago, it was easy to choose him to represent me and file my divorce. It was an emotional journey but Mr. Havran kept me focused. Mr. Havran was a good listener and provided support when I needed compassion. He kept me informed of the facts and was knowledgeable of the legal process. I found Mr. Havran to be worthy of trust and he responded to my needs with a caring attitude. In the last two years, I retained two lawyers in California for my divorce, one in South Carolina to purchase a home, and two in Florida when I was the guardian of my uncle due to his Alzheimer's disease. At the time, I was inclined to agree with the country song about not letting lawyers into heaven, but that was before I met Andrew Havran. Andrew came highly recommended from my accountant. He was local, accessible, and highly knowledgeable. Andrew spent two days with me working on my will and power of attorney. He made sure that my wishes were fulfilled while making sure my needs were met, and he did it for the fixed fee he had quoted me up front. While we were working on my will, a farmer in overalls came in to the office and thanked him profusely for saving the family farm. True story.Andrew is a family man who cares and always has time to take my calls without trying to nickel and dime me. I would recommend him to anyone in the Greenville-Spartanburg area, or anywhere in South Carolina, for that matter. I would suggest that he change his photo as it makes him look like a tough cookie. Maybe that is his courtroom face. I will continue to use Andrew Havran for any legal matter I may have in the future. He is a wonderful human being and a great attorney.

Mr. Hall was one of the few divorce attorneys who politely answered every question I had during our conversation over the phone. He was concise, and more importantly not once was he condescending like many of the other attorneys I contacted previously.
When he said he would take care of something, he did, without issues or giving me the run around. I would receive a prompt updates regarding the status and what to expect moving forward.
Without a doubt Mr. Hall made the entire process worry free and about as streamlined as anyone could hope for when going through a divorce.

I'm writing this review because by far, Mr. Falkiewicz literally saved my daughters wellbeing. I, being a 20 year Army Veteran and living in Florida was able to take on my custody case. I did my research, made some phone calls and then made the best decision. I don't believe all lawyers are the same. Mr. Falkiewicz is very courteous and really took to heart the case at hand and went above and beyond. Even now when needing a court document from South Carolina, since I still reside in Florida, was able to retrieve it for me for child support purposes. His Professional demeanor excels him, when he took my case, he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained in detail what was expected of me and to this day, I'm still indebted to him. By that, I mean my daughter is in a better place. Living with her mother, she was in a drug environment home and at 7 years old, was put in the position of being the adult and missed 45 days of school because of the conditions her mother put her in. Without Mr. Falkiewiczs’ knowledge she might still be in that environment and I owe her happiness to him. So, if you're looking for a lawyer to get things done, my advice is that you can stop your search here.

Jessie is an excellent attorney. I hired him in 2007 as my divorce attorney. My husband and I ended up reconciling that year but I rehired Jessie in 2018. My divorce was difficult since my husband thought we would reconcile again. Jessie guided me through every part of the process. During the divorce I was in a car accident which he also handled for me. I was very surprised at the settlement he was able to get for me. I was really only looking to recoup what my insurance had paid and what I had paid out of pocket. He was able to get the max allowed under the car insurance policy. I have recommended Jessie to everyone I know that needs an attorney!!

I had a very unpleasant experience with another local divorce attorney in the Charleston area. After finagling firing that attorney, I brought my case to Autumn and Cortney (one of her paralegals). While she is a relatively new lawyer, she works with an experienced team of very well respected attorneys, including Tiffany Provence and David Causey. Jessica took my family case without hesitation because she knew that I was being wronged by my ex-wife and her attorney despite me having a run in with the law during the course of the divorce. She was aggressive throughout the entire case and is extremely knowledgeable In family law and criminal law. My case is now over and I’m so happy with the results. I’m the custodial parent of my two daughters and I couldn’t have done it without Jessica. It’s extremely rare that the father becomes the custodial parent in South Carolina. I retained Larry Weidner to get custody of my children after my ex-wife married a sex offender. He and his team are very experienced, and handled everything quickly and professionally. I've been thoroughly impressed with Zandra. She made me feel like I was her only client when I was with her working on my custody case which was different than lawyers in the past. I trusted her with my case and to be able to bring me the best outcome. I've seen lawyers in the past make clients feel that but they ask for something in court that they can get that result just because they want it. It seems to me from my experiences that most lawyers are in it only for the money and could care less about their clients well being... they just want to get paid, even if getting paid puts their clients in bad financial situations. Its hard to find a lawyer that not only works hard on your case but cares about their clients as well. Christopher Inglese works hard for his clients. He will do his best to go above and beyond. He does his research, finds the facts, and the best solutions. He has been my lawyer since 2011. He worked on my divorce case which would have been difficult for any lawyer to take on due to all the defendant had been doing to me (harassment, abuse, theft, destruction of property, and so on). I walked into my consultation, a confused and bewildered soon to be divorced man. I walked out with a good solid plan of action. The primary concerns of mine were, child custody and future financial stability. A popular saying is "divorce is ugly", and I'm sure it can be.
