I had the pleasure of working with Mark Cassell from Twyford Law Office. As soon as I started working with Mark he made sure everything I needed to get my life back was his priority. He got my apartment back within the first couple of weeks of working with him when prior to that I was out of my apartment for several months. He was very approachable and answered all my questions easily. His whole team communicated perfectly to me and sent me copies of everything. I hired Matthew Dudley not once, but twice! I have had prior representation several years ago, and it was nothing like what I received from Dudley. He is extremely direct and very blunt, he is going to tell you exactly how it is and not what you want to hear or what is going to make you feel better at that moment in time. After the emotion wears off, you will sit back and realize they were things you needed to accept and needed to hear. His representation style is aggressive. He doesn’t want to waste time or listen to the BS. He wants to get right to the point and say it how it is. This was very hard for me at times to hear, but it was the truth. This man will not let you down.
Dudley is extremely intelligent, knows the law, and is a bulldog in the courtroom. God forbid I ever have to go through any other kind of court proceedings again Matthew Dudley is the only lawyer I would ever consider. He works so hard, on every case and in my personal opinion is by far the best lawyer in town. Not hiring Dudley for your own representation would be risking going against him on the opposing side and I promise you that is not a position you want to put yourself in. Hire Matthew Dudley, it will be the best decision you ever make.

Mr. Dudley was my lawyer for 3 + years and will be my future lawyer when the time comes. My case was a really tricky and sometimes complicated one. We were fighting my abusive ex and dealing with the case being even more complicated due to the ex being military court martialed and much of their investigation couldn’t be released to me or my lawyer. He handled the situation beautifully though, and quickly learned how to handle some of the information coming from the military. The ex’s civilian lawyer was persistent and a snake in the grass. He pulled every thing he could and put me through hell, but once again Mr. Dudley did an amazing job handling him and all the many many court hearings. Yes, he’s a little rough around the edges. He’s not your therapist, he’s not going to sugarcoat things; he’s to the point and hates wasting time. He’s blunt and gets the job done. He’s amazing to watch in court and he slammed dunked won my case. I definitely want him in my corner and would hate to be going against him.
All in all, he was a blessing to me and my kids. I will ALWAYS recommend him and definitely trust him as my lawyer to take care of things.

I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent!
On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days!
If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

i recently wrote the review regarding "If you don't care about your kids' i feel I made a mistake. When i contacted Ben about getting some documents regarding this case, he asked if he could make things right, without me asking. I feel my emotions may have clouded my judgement. Ben represented me (a man) in my divorce (with multiple kids.) My wife had filed and included many horrible allegations which led me to have almost no time with the kids on our temporary parenting plan. Ben picked up the case (which my first attorney had done a poor job on.) He knew exactly what to do to get the end result I wanted. I had to suck it up and it wasn't an instant fix but in the end he rocked my wife's world in court and the record was set straight by his courtroom skills. It seemed at times throughout the case that he was not attentive to my little daily concerns, but I think he simply puts focus where it really counts and if I had trusted him more I would have saved some worry and stress. I read that you will never regret hiring an attorney that you can't afford when it comes to fighting for your kids. After trying to go the cheap route I bit the bullet and I'm so glad I did. Worth every thousand spent and then some. Ben was brutally honest with me and didn't sell me anything he wasn't able to deliver. He was spot on with every estimation he had regarding the case while letting me know that anything can happen. I very highly recommend him if you have the ability to trust him and not expect him to get caught up in every little daily drama you throw his way. Again, he put attention and detail where it really counted and the results were what mattered in the end.

Ben is an amazing attorney. He helped my wife and I in a custody battle with my ex. His professionalism and ethics are the highest I have ever seen. Despite the other side trying to play dirty, he maintained his ethical and professional demeanor and prevailed every time. My being out of state during all of the battles was scary, but Ben made sure everything was done for my best interest and the best interest of the kids. Kyle always knows what to do. He presents you with many options, the reasoning behind each option, and allows you to make a well-informed decision. He takes the time to really get to know your case. Additionally, he really makes himself available when you need him, which is critical when time is of essence. He will work evenings, nights, and weekends to help you out. He always answers his phone. He is selfless, caring, and very VERY knowledgeable. He was recommended to me by a friend to handle my divorce, and it could not have gone any smoother due to Kyle's expertise. I contacted Mari Luna after my mother-in-law passed away. Family members were coming out of the woodwork demanding assets. It was a very stressful time. During our initial phone conversation with Mari she took time to listen and thoroughly understand our situation. She checked in with my father-in-law to confirm his wishes concerning the distribution of his assets. Mari has a very calming professional demeanor. She made suggestions and recommended a plan moving forward. Since my father-in-law is a paraplegic she went so far to offer to drive to his home to accommodate signing paperwork. I am glad we called Mari Luna and have felt that we were in very capable and caring hands with her as our advisor. I highly recommend this attorney.

We needed to divorce, but we also really needed to save money if possible. We wanted to do it ourselves, but the paperwork was just too overwhelming. It was hard to know where to start.
Mari gave us a free consultation and explained the divorce process to us. Then, we booked an appointment and got started. She worked with us to mediate a fair parenting plan that worked for us & our kids, determine reasonable child support, and then mediated with us to divide all of our property. We agreed to everything, and in the end, it seemed very fair to both of us.
We tried to fill out some of the forms; then, Mari reviewed them, made changes if needed, & completed them for us. She told us how to file the Petition at the courthouse ourselves and then appear for the Status Conference to give all the paperwork to the judge so he could approve everything and make our divorce final.
When we compared our experience with some of our friends, we were happy to report we finished our entire divorce for much, much less than any of our friends paid. Also, Mari kept emphasizing how important it was for our kids to know how much we both loved them and that they weren't responsible for our divorce in any way.
My husband and I were able to negotiate everything reasonably & still remain on cordial terms during the process. Now that some time has passed, it's easy to see how much this matters to our kids and us. All things considered, we're all doing really well!
My ex and I agree that hiring Mari to mediate the issues in our divorce was a great decision. Highly recommended!

I hired Winston earlier this year as my attorney in my Family Law case, specifically my divorce. He was professional, but kind, and responded to what felt like 1000 of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Winston had lots of great advice, but made it clear from the start that I was in control. Theresa Keen is a very intelligent, confident and hard working individual and that positively reflects her work. If you dont know what a narcissist is, then just imagine going against a Devil with clothes on and they'll lie and manipulate EVERYONE to turn the tables and make the victim look like the perpetrator and make themselves look like a victim. FIRST OF ALL, Kelsey is VERY experienced in this type of person and court case. So, if you are worried about what will go down on your case in court, Kelsey will far exceed your expectations of what a great attorney can do for you. If you're up against a wolf in sheeps clothing and you know they'll definitely play dirty in court, Kelsey will turn out to be your dream come true in the midst of a living nightmare and will do the final mic drop for you.
Kelsey took charge and kept my exs expensive attorney from burning our son and I out of receiving justice. She spotted the lies & manipulation and pointed them out immediately to the judge in a way he finally understood.
Kelsey knows the law like the back of her hand and I was so tickled watching and listening to her put my ex and his attorney in their place FINALLY. One time she even respectfully corrected the judge because she KNOWS the law and is fearless, like any attorney fighting for your childs life SHOULD be!
I honestly feel that my judge sided with the dad somewhat in this case and because I didnt have evidence of physical abuse in court prior to the evidence of verbal, financial and other types of proof of abuse was disregarded and the judge treated our case like I had simply changed my mind about my husband one day and chose to leave instead of what ACTUALLY happened. So I felt like the judge was looking for a way to grant my ex equal parenting time but Kelsey didnt put up with any of it. I was honestly tickled by the way she addressed my ex and his attorneys accusations against me. She told the judge that he was just hurling accusations at the proverbial wall hoping they'd stick lol
I got such a kick out of watching her at work and the other attorney was and is considered top 5 in Spokane. So, I was blessed to have Kelsey advocate for me.
At one point, I told her that she was good at her job and she humbly grinned and said that law runs in her family and that her dad was an attorney and she LOVES being one and THAT is key when you are searching for an attorney. Attorneys like Kelsey one in a million and she is always thinking about your case just as much as you, if not more. You will LOVE having Kelsey on your side. I really do believe she has a gift. She knows the law by heart (shes like a walking law library calculator lol).
Kelsey is also kind and patient and makes you feel HEARD which is also rare in family law court rooms. She will calm you with her confidence. Kelsey Kittleson is the best there is!

Mr. Lineberger was excellent in this case. He was extremely helpful in correcting the wrongs that occured in another jurisdiction. His primary purpose what doing what was right for my child. He was very cool and had a nice suit and tie, with matching designer shades: very stunning. Spencer is very knowledgeable of the law, the judges ruling patterns, and HE CARES about the kids. He’s an aggressive attorney that will fight hard for what is right and he will not be afraid to call his clients out if they are being unreasonable. Spencer took on my case when nobody else would because it was a mess. When watching his first court hearing, I knew within 30 seconds we were going to win. He went in strong, had studied my case thoroughly going back 7 years. He remembered pertinent details and he represented my son in that court room that day. He did an incredible job.

I would highly recommend Mr. Harrington as a lawyer. I hired him to represent me in my divorce/custody battle and was very pleased with how he fought for me. He gave me very helpful advice and was always one step ahead of the other party. Mr. Harrington fought hard but still upheld integrity. I have had some dealings with other lawyers who have acted very shady and I had a sense that they just wanted to take my money. That was not the case with Mr. Harrington, he was straightforward and trustworthy. I really appreciated being able to call Joanne, his paralegal and ask questions at any time for a cheaper rate as well.
In the end, I got what I originally had asked for and my children are safe with me.

I hired Spencer after feeling pushed aside by two other previous lawyers. Spencer and Joann made me feel welcome and are always willing to communicate with me regarding my case. What I appreciated the most was the no nonsense approach that Spencer had in dealing with my divorce case. He laid it all out in plain black and white or without sugar coating the situation and I knew where I stood in my legal situation. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and Spencer only confirms that belief. In situations like divorce that are unpleasant, choosing a lawyer that has your back, communicates, does not make you feel like you are on the back burner, and is honest about your case is what you need.
