I hired her based on the reviews I read on this site. I didn't know any attorneys personally and I felt a little lost looking at the list of names. Looking back now, I see that retaining her office was the best decision in a very hard divorce. I understand why she gets these high ratings. She andher staff are very smart, strategic, and diplomatic. And her rates are very reasonable. She is a rare find - a tough negotiator but also very understanding towards her clients. She is straightforward and honest. She helped me understand that a divorce is not a death. The family still exists, now in a different way. It helped set the tone for how I interact with my ex. And my kids are the ones who are doing better because of it.
This divorce was hard on all of us but unlike my first attorney I felt that Shadan really listened to my problems and was a strong advocate. She was honest from day 1 and worked around my crazy schedule. She didn't promise more than she could deliver like my last attorney. In fact, she under promised and over delivered. I felt that I could trust her after our meeting and my gut was right. Once I hired her she cut through all the BS from the other side and got my divorce finalized. She helped stabilize the situation. Money well spent. I'm sharing my story in case it could help someone else. She helped me realize I was not alone in this process. Before I hired her, I felt like I was drowning. She really helped when I needed it most.
I recommend her without a doubt. She deserves the five star ratings.
Now I am remarrying and she is doing my prenup. Life is strange but still worth living.

I hired Ezra Glanzer to put an end to a personal property dispute I had been trying to address on my own for 5 years. Ezra helped us with a malpractice-type suit. In hearings as well as in our conversations, he never once said or suggested anything other than providing a completely honest report. Often in these cases things resolve to he said, she said, but Ezra was able to provide definitive evidence bolstering our case leading to the win. His MO is every situation was to uphold the truth regardless of whether or not it may have detracted from our case, which resulted in establishing our credibility and accuracy regarding the issue at hand. He also repeatedly gave us emotional support to continue forward with the trial even when we pushed to just be done with it all. Though there was obvious incentive for him, I knew that wasn't what was driving him to keep the case up. He saw an injustice and felt compelled to help us do something about it, though never in a pushy or off-putting way. So in summary, he's an honest, genuine and just lawyer.

Diane is far more than a great lawyer. I worked with Diane to finalize my divorce and was very pleased with the results. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Cassell from Twyford Law Office. As soon as I started working with Mark he made sure everything I needed to get my life back was his priority. He got my apartment back within the first couple of weeks of working with him when prior to that I was out of my apartment for several months. He was very approachable and answered all my questions easily. His whole team communicated perfectly to me and sent me copies of everything. They responded to my emails and questions fast. they always made me feel like they had my back.

I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent!
On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days!
If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

When i contacted Ben about getting some documents regarding this case, he asked if he could make things right, without me asking. I feel my emotions may have clouded my judgement. Ben represented me (a man) in my divorce (with multiple kids.) My wife had filed and included many horrible allegations which led me to have almost no time with the kids on our temporary parenting plan. Ben picked up the case (which my first attorney had done a poor job on.) He knew exactly what to do to get the end result I wanted. I had to suck it up and it wasn't an instant fix but in the end he rocked my wife's world in court and the record was set straight by his courtroom skills. It seemed at times throughout the case that he was not attentive to my little daily concerns, but I think he simply puts focus where it really counts and if I had trusted him more I would have saved some worry and stress. I read that you will never regret hiring an attorney that you can't afford when it comes to fighting for your kids. After trying to go the cheap route I bit the bullet and I'm so glad I did. Worth every thousand spent and then some. Ben was brutally honest with me and didn't sell me anything he wasn't able to deliver. He was spot on with every estimation he had regarding the case while letting me know that anything can happen. I very highly recommend him if you have the ability to trust him and not expect him to get caught up in every little daily drama you throw his way. Again, he put attention and detail where it really counted and the results were what mattered in the end.

Ben is an amazing attorney. He helped my wife and I in a custody battle with my ex. His professionalism and ethics are the highest I have ever seen. Despite the other side trying to play dirty, he maintained his ethical and professional demeanor and prevailed every time. My being out of state during all of the battles was scary, but Ben made sure everything was done for my best interest and the best interest of the kids. Kyle always knows what to do. He presents you with many options, the reasoning behind each option, and allows you to make a well-informed decision. He takes the time to really get to know your case. Additionally, he really makes himself available when you need him, which is critical when time is of essence. He will work evenings, nights, and weekends to help you out. He always answers his phone. Theresa Keen is a very intelligent, confident and hard working individual and that positively reflects her work. If you dont know what a narcissist is, then just imagine going against a Devil with clothes on and they'll lie and manipulate EVERYONE to turn the tables and make the victim look like the perpetrator and make themselves look like a victim. FIRST OF ALL, Kelsey is VERY experienced in this type of person and court case. So, if you are worried about what will go down on your case in court, Kelsey will far exceed your expectations of what a great attorney can do for you. If you're up against a wolf in sheeps clothing and you know they'll definitely play dirty in court, Kelsey will turn out to be your dream come true in the midst of a living nightmare and will do the final mic drop for you.
Kelsey took charge and kept my exs expensive attorney from burning our son and I out of receiving justice. She spotted the lies & manipulation and pointed them out immediately to the judge in a way he finally understood.
Kelsey knows the law like the back of her hand and I was so tickled watching and listening to her put my ex and his attorney in their place FINALLY. One time she even respectfully corrected the judge because she KNOWS the law and is fearless, like any attorney fighting for your childs life SHOULD be!
I honestly feel that my judge sided with the dad somewhat in this case and because I didnt have evidence of physical abuse in court prior to the evidence of verbal, financial and other types of proof of abuse was disregarded and the judge treated our case like I had simply changed my mind about my husband one day and chose to leave instead of what ACTUALLY happened. So I felt like the judge was looking for a way to grant my ex equal parenting time but Kelsey didnt put up with any of it. I was honestly tickled by the way she addressed my ex and his attorneys accusations against me. She told the judge that he was just hurling accusations at the proverbial wall hoping they'd stick lol
I got such a kick out of watching her at work and the other attorney was and is considered top 5 in Spokane. So, I was blessed to have Kelsey advocate for me.
At one point, I told her that she was good at her job and she humbly grinned and said that law runs in her family and that her dad was an attorney and she LOVES being one and THAT is key when you are searching for an attorney. Attorneys like Kelsey one in a million and she is always thinking about your case just as much as you, if not more. You will LOVE having Kelsey on your side. I really do believe she has a gift. She knows the law by heart (shes like a walking law library calculator lol).
Kelsey is also kind and patient and makes you feel HEARD which is also rare in family law court rooms. She will calm you with her confidence. Kelsey Kittleson is the best there is!

Worst law firm in the country not just the state. Convinced me to accept a deal (for significantly less than they had originally advised I settle for and well below their “do not accept less than” prep talk) in mediation assuring me I would not be billed further and opposing attorney would handle all closing paperwork. Hen billed me again saying he didn’t do it right, then when I objected and reminded them of what was said, they doubled the bill and sent it again. ANYONE BUT THIS LAW FIRM, I was warned about them but unfortunately was too far in to back out and hire someone else. Any time I confronted them about anything they just threaten to withdraw and keep your money.

Spencer is very knowledgeable of the law, the judges ruling patterns, and HE CARES about the kids. He’s an aggressive attorney that will fight hard for what is right and he will not be afraid to call his clients out if they are being unreasonable. Spencer took on my case when nobody else would because it was a mess. When watching his first court hearing, I knew within 30 seconds we were going to win. I would highly recommend Mr. Harrington as a lawyer. I hired him to represent me in my divorce/custody battle and was very pleased with how he fought for me. He gave me very helpful advice and was always one step ahead of the other party. Mr. Harrington fought hard but still upheld integrity. I have had some dealings with other lawyers who have acted very shady and I had a sense that they just wanted to take my money. That was not the case with Mr. Harrington, he was straightforward and trustworthy. I really appreciated being able to call Joanne, his paralegal and ask questions at any time for a cheaper rate as well.
In the end, I got what I originally had asked for and my children are safe with me.

He quickly identified several errors made by my ex's flashy, pristine suit-wearing attorney, with his fancy downtown office space. Mr. Dudley gets straight to the point and gets it done. I am so glad to have a lawyer like him on my side. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do, I want him 1000%. One thing I want to mention is that I had to call him around deadlines, but when I did-- whatever needed to be done was done right away.
