I cannot recommend Matthew Dudley highly enough. He is absolutely brilliant! He quickly identified several errors made by my ex's flashy, pristine suit-wearing attorney, with his fancy downtown office space. Matthew gets straight to the point and doesnât indulge in unnecessary emotional discussions,which I had to keep reminding myself of during the process.
Despite his no-nonsense approach, he is genuinely kind and showed real empathy when I was having a panic attack after one of our hearings. And yes, we won the case! Anyone who doesnât appreciate him was likely on the opposing side. If youâre looking for a dedicated and effective attorney, you would be foolish not to hire Matthew Dudley. He truly knows the law!

Mr. Dudley gets straight to the point and gets it done. I am so glad to have a lawyer like him on my side. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do, I want him 1000%. One thing I want to mention is that I had to call him around deadlines, but when I did-- whatever needed to be done was done right away. I don't even care that I needed to do that, and the only reason I mention it is so that people who use him know to keep track of their own deadlines. His service was invaluable to my family and his fees are extremely reasonable.

Attorneys did not even ask about his will as my brother had it done to add myself as his beneficiary of any of his payouts from his benefits from his laborers union. Now have to go through another attorney to file for what should have been done through them . My brother passed away on the 21st of June, and recieved a letter to our mother, saying he was no longer representing him. Pretty cold, now I see he was just making a living off of my brother's disability for years. Now he just made it cut n dry he was done. What a racket. Lori Calvert

I contacted Mari Luna after my mother-in-law passed away. Family members were coming out of the woodwork demanding assets. It was a very stressful time. During our initial phone conversation with Mari she took time to listen and thoroughly understand our situation. She checked in with my father-in-law to confirm his wishes concerning the distribution of his assets. Mari has a very calming professional demeanor. She made suggestions and recommended a plan moving forward. Since my father-in-law is a paraplegic she went so far to offer to drive to his home to accommodate signing paperwork. I am glad we called Mari Luna and have felt that we were in very capable and caring hands with her as our advisor. I highly recommend this attorney.

We needed to divorce, but we also really needed to save money if possible. We wanted to do it ourselves, but the paperwork was just too overwhelming. It was hard to know where to start.
Mari gave us a free consultation and explained the divorce process to us. Then, we booked an appointment and got started. She worked with us to mediate a fair parenting plan that worked for us & our kids, determine reasonable child support, and then mediated with us to divide all of our property. We agreed to everything, and in the end, it seemed very fair to both of us.
We tried to fill out some of the forms; then, Mari reviewed them, made changes if needed, & completed them for us. She told us how to file the Petition at the courthouse ourselves and then appear for the Status Conference to give all the paperwork to the judge so he could approve everything and make our divorce final.
When we compared our experience with some of our friends, we were happy to report we finished our entire divorce for much, much less than any of our friends paid. Also, Mari kept emphasizing how important it was for our kids to know how much we both loved them and that they weren't responsible for our divorce in any way.
My husband and I were able to negotiate everything reasonably & still remain on cordial terms during the process. Now that some time has passed, it's easy to see how much this matters to our kids and us. All things considered, we're all doing really well!
My ex and I agree that hiring Mari to mediate the issues in our divorce was a great decision. Highly recommended!

Mr. Lineberger was excellent in this case. He was extremely helpful in correcting the wrongs that occured in another jurisdiction. His primary purpose what doing what was right for my child. I missed a court date that his office never notified me about. He was unprepared for hearings and said he had other cases going. That cost me $1,500 In her attorney fees. He never sent the $23,000 check back. That cost me another $1,500 in attorney fees. I had to search the court docket and notify him of this court date. He apologized for not sending the check back and said heâd make it right. When I told him he could cover the fees and not charge me his, he filed to remove himself as counsel. Gave the wrong email address so I was not notified. I had to see it searching to see if I had anymore court dates.

I found Mark on Yelp and decided to give him a call. He actually answered the phone which is something you do not see too often these days. He was also able to fit me in for a consultation the next day. He answered all of my questions and even took some over e-mail. The parking lot is fairly big, and you don't have to worry about meters. If anyone is looking for a bankruptcy lawyer, I would call Mark first.

Let me say the good things first so you don't think I am making this up. First of all, Anastasia did file the divorce amendment and it is complete. Second, On the very first meeting, Anastasia was great. She was kind and thorough. She was specific on stating that she does her paperwork on Friday's. This situation is that I already had a divorce that was filed many years ago. All I needed was for it to be amended. Both party's were in agreement to everything. I even had my ex-wife ready to go to Anastasia's office to sign the document once it was filed. Both parties were in agreement, so basically this easy case was handed to her. She didn't hardly have to anything for $500.00. Here is where the problem starts. Aside from this situation, in life I have dealt with several situations in which I was waiting for others to do something. I have learned that you personally have to keep on top of things. You can't wait on others. So, since this was a time sensitive situation, We contacted Anastasia's office the week after we met her, just asking about the status of the case. Anastasia was instantly upset. She said that she was sick and that we had just met with her last week and to give her some time. I could not believe it was the same person. We gave her another week and called and she was upset that I was calling because she said she had email me information. I had not received an email from their office. Yes, I checked my junk email file. So, she re-emailed it to me and I did receive it that time. Needless to say, every time I called her office to follow up, she was defensive every time (It is my responsibility to look out for me and my legal situation). She talked to us like we were children and was defensive for no reason. Heck, I would say we were more than nice when we tried to talk to her. We knew we needed to be on her good side because we needed to have the legal stuff done. It seemed to me that she is super nice on the original meeting so she can get your money, and then right after the money changes hands, her true self comes out. I previously saw a review that said to watch out for this one. I wish I would have looked before money changed hands. You see many positive reviews on here also, I would say they are probably people that she knows. I have been in customer service for 30 + years and was so surprised that we were treated this way. She was working for us. You would have thought she was working for the other side (even though this time both sides were in agreement).

I hired her in 2017 about July for a standard parenting plan, who then proceeded to do nothing until i knocked on her door that november, furious gonna fire the lady. They assured me they would hop on it and get things done. the following summer around august nothing still has happened except my daughter being taken out of the country. They charged ME to do their job. In which i looked up applicable laws wrote a letter and got my resolution, christmas after spamming her garbage answering service 27 calls i finally got her to answer to which i give her 30 days to do something. Nothing of course was done, by the time March 2019 is over she is fired and i find she charged me $2400+ to do nothing. In addition she thought it necessary to contact my mother to plead for her status as my lawyer. A person she was not authorized to communicate with about my case or her dealings with me. Yes I filed a grievance and no I am not at all done.

I thought long and hard about how I wanted to have redress from this attorney, who I believe overcharges. I tried reaching out to her after my matter finished in court, but she ignored me. I had a family court matter that I needed to be adjudicated in Washington. It was mutually agreed between my ex-spouse and me, a straightforward case. The case was initially in New York State, but since no party no longer lives there, I thought it would be wise to have registered in the jurisdiction in which the children live, as they will be graduating high school soon. My ex and I came up with an agreement, just needed a lawyer to handle the mechanics and file it. Neither of us had to appear in court; there were no hearings, no trial. Connie charged me 7500 dollars for what was a routine matter. Stay away from this attorney; you will be asked to sign a âminimum feeâ agreement, not a âretainerâ; I wish I had paid closer attention, my mistake can be your learning experience. If she works 1 hour or 50, you pay the same. I think she violates Washington statutes about excessive fees, but I have a life and decided to move on. Learn from my experience, find another attorney, this one had the paralegal draw everything up, using forms that anyone can download from the state (fill-in forms). I only talked to Connie for about 20 minutes during the entire process, is that worth $7500? For a routine matter? No, it is not. Find another attorney that has reasonable fees. I speak as someone that has had lawyers in the NY metro area were the rates are much higher and have represented myself in court on both child support and custody. There is no way she earned that $7500, I specifically asked for an accounting (along with my complaint about the fee) of all the time spent, both by email and in writing. I was ignored, so now I take to the forums.

We were given Tamera Murray's name from an employee paid for program was given a free consultation. She seemed knowledgeable speaking to her about our situation she said she needed to get some information and promised us she would call us back. Many days went by so we called her had to leave a message asked her to call. Nothing. Many more days went by sent her an email to call us. Nothing. I would not recommend Tamara if you need to get something accomplished. If she said she needed money to accomplish what we needed done we would have been happy to have paid.

So, i've had the pleasure to work with Tamara for a few years now, off and on regarding a very different style of case. Started with a divorce, child custody, and parenting plan, and a change to parenting plan.
During all the hard times of this mess, Tamara stayed well orgnized, and kept me well informed. She acted not only as an attorney, but as an advocate, and a friend. Tamara did not blow things out of proportion, or give false hope regarding any aspect. She had her paperwork always well in order, and never skipped a beat.
The one thing that stands about most about her is the way she handels herself and stands her ground on behalf of her clients. She will not back down from what is right, and always keep you at ease. As wierd as it may sound, during my darkest hour, she never strayed. She stayed the course, and eventually got us through what looked like a point of no return. Tamara worked with me in a very contentious divorce settlement. She did an excellent job in every way. She is organized, meticulous, and above all, calm. She did her best to deal with issues in a fair and organized manner, while being aware of, and trying to keep a lid on, the emotions involved in a typical divorce case.
The case ended well, for both myself and my ex-wife, I believe.
Bottom line is - Tamara gave me excellent, and professional service. I would recommend her without reservation.

I wouldn't want to respond either if I did as bad a job as you did. You completely bombed it when we went to court. You know it and i definitely know because it's the truth. You may not agree but of course your going to say that. Thousands and thousands of down the drain, months of time wasted. The expectation was your were going to show up and have my back in the courtroom why you were hired and you failed miserably.

Diane was professional and courteous, and quite expensive. But she is worth it. She helped me keep my cool through the divorce process. Explained everything in detail and made herself available for many phone calls, which a normal person would try to limit. đ My only regret was being Pro Se in the begging of my divorce and not hiring her sooner. I may not have âwonâ in court, but she did help me mediate instead of going through a potentially expensive trial, which would have irreparably damaged my business. I was told he was the best in Spokane, in my opinion he and his associates are the worst. I paid him tens of thousands of dollars and received very little in the way of competent representation. I was promised that he would personally ensure my case would be a priority after one of his associates left the practice and a new one took over my case and I believed him. That was huge mistake on my part, I feel like he will tell you anything to get your money.
