I hired Mr. Girgenti after having three other lawyers in my divorce case. My case was a mess. Mr. Girgenti treated me with the utmost respect. Michael won my case.
I was in a tough spot during my divorce having just been diagnosed with a significant disability. Opposing counsel was ruthless and I was so nervous and scared that I was on the verge of signing disadvantageous terms in my family law case.

I was represented by Kristina in both a federal case and a state case. Throughout the entire process she was very hard to reach by phone or email. Not to mention when I did have court appearances she would often send someone else to deal with me. I have dealt with many different attorneys and have never encountered this. I paid to be represented by her, I did not appreciate her sending associates, often her as well as her associates would show up past the expected time agreed upon. The biggest issue for me was her not following through with the duties I hired her to handle, along with being EXTREMELY FLAKY as far as handling communication with me as a client.

I hired Preston Gardner thru a membership account called legal Shield he dropped my case starting there was a conflict of interest in chapter 13 well I filed to chapter 7 and having no one to represent me because you left my case half way done is not fair Preston Gardner n legal membership both suck! Here it is the last bill i got from you you are a liar also you told me you were not going to charge me as long as i kept the membership talking about your Words have any sort of validation i will submit your so called Bill to my chapter 7 so you know and i hope i get representation very soon cause i am getting a bit tired of nobody wanted to touch my chapter 13 cause you left it half way done by Quitting this case. I retained Vince because he was inexpensive and seemed very capable. He proved me correct in both cases. Vince was quite knowledgeable about family law, was good at explaining options in simple terms, and thankfully was not a pushover when dealing with the opposing party's attorney.
His weakness has to do with his ability to pass along case details to me - at the time he was a solo practitioner with limited staff, so getting updates on the progress of my case was at times difficult and he didn't use email. I must say he was on time with all matters dealing with the court and didn't miss a deadline.
I would recommend him, but only if he gets a paralegal to support him and provide important updates on cases. I used his services soon after he started his solo practice, and if he fixes this issue, he is a strong recommendation

I had met Ashley while she was helpingbwith Paul De Blanc's office. I was a victim if domestic Violence, and already divorced. When Ashley stepped in to help, I have to say her presence in court and with my case was impressive. Many of these negative reviews must be from the opposing side. Ashley was always on top of her game and knew the law. She protected my boys and that help she gave us, those boys are now grown and very healthy men. When I was served divorce papers I was a stay home mom of a 8 month old ... that hired the first firm I could find between the naps of my son. I hired Rowley and Chapman and 18 k in legal fees later and they weren’t even able to get me even child support. They obviously didn’t have my best interest but the interest of getting the last of my savings.
My ex had a scumbag of attorney who advised him to do evil things to me to get rid of me and out of the picture of him and my son. (Supposedly one of the best Lds family law attorneys in the East valley, but seriously I was dealing with a couple of Cowards, perverted, evil men who managed to get me out of marital home with lies and a false order of protection just because I requested in temporary orders to stay in Marital home to take care of my newborn and my ex to go with his mother who lived 15 minutes from marital home.
It was in the beginning of the Covid lockdown.
I found Ashley through prayers and guided by Angels I think and Azlawhelp.org. In her profile it said she had experience with abuse.
My ex was financially, emotionally and mentally abusive but I couldn’t really figure out what he was trying to accomplish until it became very clear. I was an international bride/wife with no idea of family court in the US.
What a nightmare!!! I was lucky to find Ashley and I think she was a good fit because she went straight to the point, made me understand how family court works in AZ, didn’t take advantage of me, and I feel she educated me during the process. I was certainly clueless.
All I can say, is that she didn’t allow those cowards to walk all over me, and leave me completely destitute and without my son like they were trying.
Ashley is young, tech savvy, straightforward, honest, I don’t know who trained her, but she is very educated and with lots of experience for her young age and I think the best quality is that she doesn’t take advantage of her clients by educating them. I predict she will become one of the best female family court attorneys in AZ, maybe even a judge hopefully a Judge.
I pray more attorneys follow her steps, because unfortunately lawyers are not regulated by tax dollars like realtors, teachers, etc. so make sure you go to a good person. Because most attorneys have lots of power and poor regulations and many can rip you off.

I was recommended to Mr Patterson through my divorce attorney who does not take on appeals. Mr Patterson is a master at appeals and carefully researched and wrote my appeal and to our surprise he did his work so well he got it recognized in courts moving forward. Need I say more? He is professional and courteous as is Karen in the front office. She never fails to smile and make you feel like its going to be alright. Like the other reviews states, Miss Skinner is a perfectly nice person but in a family court case you need someone that is aggressive. She is anything but. Gets steam rolled by other lawyers & doesn’t fight for her client. In the end it was a waste of $25k to not even have any outcome in almost a year. Find someone that will fight for you in every sense of the word.

A nice, friendly person; but NOT aggressive. Highly ethical and extremely careful and cautious; but do not count on her to go the extra mile, especially if there's any "risk" strategy involved. Missed deadlines, forgets stuff a lot. Not well-organized. Blames the judge and opposing counsel for losses. My case presents her with many difficulties, but she has not risen to the challenge. I have not lost "the war", but I've lost pretty much every "battle" so far. And there were many battles she should have taken the fight to long ago, looking back in hindsight. She is not an incompetent lawyer, but if your case is anything but open-and-shut, do not trust her with your custody rights. Get a fighter.

She promised to do several things for my case, and consumed a lot of my time and resources waiting for her to complete fulfill her promises. Some as simple as sending an email. This guy is knowing and actively participating in a fraudulent scheme and conflict of interest for his client the Wings of Flight Foundation, and two disgraced Board members of the Falcon Warbirds Foundation. As a statutory agent at the ACC for both organizations, on a multi-member LLC with no EIN #.
Using the rejected filings on the ACC filed fraudulently by disgraced Board members, he created a Assignment of the Lease to gain control of a Historical World War II Landmark and instructed the parties to damage what property the Wings of Flight didn't want and take what they did want. Also, he collaborated with the Falcon Field Airport Director to deny the tenant access to their property and this allowed the disgraced board members to destroy evidence of their embezzlement, forgery, and theft.

Hired Marc by default only to be insulted and and treated very rudely. After going to work he continued to increase his fees and insults he worked harder in finding ways to charge me more then he would on my case. He would only return my calls when he felt like it. I would give him the information he requested only for him to confuse and mix-up the information then complain about having to do the work. finally imputing your information given to him incorrectly and charging me almost double what I was originally quoted. yet he complained about everything. Then after charging me double and making the entire event more difficult he quit halfway through and charged me a highly inflated amount. I still had to hire another attorney to finish the case and do damage control. Do yourself a favor and hire a competent attorney one that doesn’t blame you for all of his mistakes.

I paid to retain Mr. Grant for a divorce based on 10 years of separation, Mr. Grant failed to take any action for several months and completely stopped responding to all forms of contact. No paperwork was filed in the two months I had Mr. Grant on my case. I had to terminate Mr. Grant and am fighting to get my retainer fee back.
No one in his office answers the calls of follows up on messages. Do not use!

Mark Grant really put in the work and effort to ensure my son came back home to his mommy. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Contact information through AZ courts is out of date, business dissolved with Griffin, phone disconnected. Unable to locate a form of contact. AZ court directed us to seek Ms. Givens as AZLAW.org , once found to send an email to her through the website. Created a profile, and emailed as directed immediately, 3 weeks ago tomorrow and still no response. She is continuing to update her cases with renewals and somehow recently (unbeknownst to me) added my name to the National Database for suspended licensing privileges therefore according to the Superior Civil Court in Yuma, AZ only she can endorse it to be removed. I am 36 years old, this case was from when I was 17, a juvenile. Since back in the year of 2000, the plaintiff whom she was representing sought out other attorneys where I moved to in NH 6 years later. This case was then handled in a capacity in which I was able to appear, and came across an agreement. Since then there have been no activity in Yuma's courts except a renewal she submits every 3 years. Next renewal due to happen in 2020...last renewal was in 2017. In many attempts to contact her has resulted in unsuccessful and due to that is hindering my job that I've held for almost a decade now since my position requires an actual operators license.
