When our family was threatened with homelessness by heartless bureaucrats, as a judge she gave us a strong written decision that ended their persecution. Subsequently, we did have lunch together a few times, and had some very good discussions. She is compassionate and understands the law and the purpose of our Constitution, and is a staunch defender of the powerless.

She is a pillar of strength and honesty, wise and relentless, she is tenacious when it comes to justice and being fair. I met Mr. Gingo through the Volunteer Lawyer's program. I paid thousand of dollars before for attorney's who did not act on my and my daughter's behalf. We had no insurance for 8 month and husband did not comply with multiple court orders. He was the only one who was willing to help.

Over the last 10 years I have used Ricardo 3 times. Each time Ricardo has exhibited top notch aggressive representation. Not only is he an amazing lawyer he is an awesome person. When I was completely beside myself with panic, Ricardo always put me greatly at ease.

Renee has facilitated the best interest for me in an ongoing case that cannot specifically be discussed. He is very focused, direct, and effective. The terrain of my case is treacherous and complicated, facing many pieces of evidence based off of preponderance and hearsay. This truly has to be the BEST criminal defense attorney association in Tucson Arizona hands down. THE FEDERAL KING IS KATSERELLIS LAW! I hired Kat on day 1 after a free consultation and he devoted so many hours of his time to me and I was able to go over my entire case with him and explain to him how the previous attorney I have was neglecting me and not willing to cooperate with me on anything within the interest I found best fit for my case with my brother. so within 48 hours I had an answer on a Plea, within 9 days got a plea agreement, within 1.5 Months with Kat’s word given was able to get me to court to begin the process to finish my case, and in under 90 days was able to successfully execute and close out a 6 month incarceration that was potentially looking at 33-41 months maximum. Kat is the most well respected individual, COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO HIS ATTENTIVENESS and he is ALWAYS ON CALL 24-7! Wish my friend would have read the reviews before she hired this guy. Her divorce case is being handled just as the other 2 or 3 bad reviews said theirs was. He does the bare minimum if anything at all except to charge an extrodinary amount of money. He charges what seems to be a flat fee for all types of divorces, the magic number is $100,000.00. If you try to communicate your concerns it looks like he just abandons the case. Would not recommend for a divorce case.

Ms. Tsakanikas handled my matter which was years old with a file size that was ridiculous. Thousand of dollars I spent over a decade past in legal fees with NO results the matter went into a holding pattern till my son was becoming age 18. Now with the matter having been moved to Pima county from Gila by the other party and seeking FINAL closure Ms. Tsakanikas took on something that is more unbelievable than a fiction novel. Anyhow in standard fashion from years before the selected opposing councel (Guy Keenan esq) was anything but cooperative. This I had become use to as any attorney the other party retained it was with instruction to NOT GIVE and INCH.
Anyhow the final outcome was something I am satisfied with as I was not over billed (as has happened with other attorneys). Ms. Tsakanikas KNEW the family law pertinent to my matter which was a BIG plus compared to what opposing counsel was attempting. Thus final score I win, they loose. The only one really paying the absolute price here was my son, Mom kept him away from me and that time can never be replaced.

She could care less about anything but collecting money. She comes to court completely unprepared and will just sit in the Court and not defend you at all. She forget to bring important document to the hearing. She will not listen to her client, difficult to work with and refused to do what she was paid to do. She has her own opinions about you and make her own judgments. She does not represent her clients as an attorney should. She just like to sit in her office and too old to defend you specially when it comes to defending against younger attorney. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Go elsewhere.

Upon my initial meeting I found Sarah competent in my divorce and financial divorce struggles. It wasn’t long after that she was intimated by me ex-husbands counsel and no longer represented me as I paid thousands and thousands for. I overheard her with opposing counsel belittling me while I was waiting for a scheduled meeting, that I paid for. Sarah then failed to show up to hearings as a competent attorney. She never raised when the Judge spoke etc. I had evidence in my case that she should have submitted and she never did even after asking her to. I was a victim of extreme domestic abuse that she discounted. My ex husband was jailed as a fugitive from justice in Columbus, Georgia. She never brought gun t any of that into the courtroom. Instead, I had to pay my abuser fees on his false claims. She told me that she specialized in getting children back…then told me that financial divorces were not her specialty. Being upfront and 25k later. Also, she referred me to another financial attorney that required a 10 k retainer.
