Without question, Ilian is my hero. I am a widow and my case was unusual. My husband and I owned a vacation home located in the Idyllwild area. When he passed, it became necessary for me to sell the house. Two real estate agents persuaded me into acting as the bank for a 'buyer' they both vouched for. He did not obtain a bank loan. In the four years he lived in the home, his payments were consistently late (for the last one and one-half years no payments were made); he NEVER paid any of the real estate taxes, home owner's dues and fire insurance fees. Because the home was technically in his name and I was not a bank, this became a very challenging case for Ilian. He encountered many road blocks yet always found resources to get over the hurtles. Did I mention that the 'buyer' thought he was smarter than anyone in the room, was a persuasive talker (con-man), and a pervasive liar. I came very close to actually losing my house to this man which would have severely damaged my financial health. Due to Ilian's knowledge, thoroughness, attention to detail and immense patience, the house successfully sold. He routinely sent me a monthly detailed account of his activities, hours spent and cost. He was always fair and accurate. Absolutely worth every penny! I highly recommend Ilian Alchehayed.

After having a legal matter pending for 8 years , having tried out 2 pricey attorneys before Douglas , I had lost faith that i would be able to get my matter resolved. I was an international student at the time i was charged with 2 counts of felony and due to unfortunate circumstances had to leave the country before being able to resolve my case.
My co-defendant introduced me to Douglas who never gave me any unreal expectations and gave it to me as real as possible , my previous attorney that I had retained from overseas wasnt even able to get hearing date saying “its a catch 22 you need to be here” . Not only was Douglas able to get the ball rolling he was able to contact the people who pressed charges , come up with a deal , and get the charges dismissed completely.
Till this day I remember i was in utter disbelief when i got the short and to the point email saying “Good news your case has been dismissed” . 8 years worth of emotional and financial stress had come to an end only thanks to Douglas .
I highly recommend Douglas as an attorney , my case was so complex specially because I was overseas that i didnt see a way out , Douglas was always kind enough to attend every phone call , be clear , not give false hope but deliver a better than expected outcome. If youve got a problem Douglas is the guy to solve it

Steven guided me through our chapter 13 bankruptcy process with great dedication, knowledge and intuitive advice. He followed up with the chapter 13 trustee before our first hearing and decided that my daughters student loans ( my parent Plus loans) could be contained within our case debt limit, even though we exceeded that debt limit. Theses loans are suspended in payments but do accumulate interest. He advised us to take the trustee's offer for our n monthly payment which was higher then he initially computed, but quite fair. He helped us understand the process of getting our second mortgage striped and removed from secured to unsecured status saving us over 200,000 in payments. He has followed up and given advice since the beginning of the chapter 13 process which takes 5 years.

Bruce is just exceptional. As a former forensic accountant, Bruce brings a skill set that is very difficult to come by not just in Orange County but in the entire nation. In my opinion, he is one of the smartest lawyers I have met and he is highly recommended to resolve the case. I have found his advise to be honest and fair. I hired the firm of Law Offices of Faud Haghighi, after myself and two friends were involved in a serious car accident. At first one of my family members recommended another firm which handled my case for about two months after the accident. Once I realized that they had nothing at all, I was referred to Law Offices of Faud Haghighi by my neighbor who recommeded them after they had resolved their immigration case. The office was courteous, professional and immediatley return my phone calls. After about three months of handling my case the insurance wanted to depose myself and my friends. Immediatley after the deposition Mr. Haghighi was able to obtain the maximum policy limit from the insurance. I would highly recommend Mr. Haghighi and his office for any legal problems you may have. And although I hope I won't need to, I would not go anywhere else if involved in an auto accident!

Christine has been very thorough and responsive to my needs concerning my situation for my mother who had dementia. David is simply one of the most capable and honest lawyers I have met. I have worked with him for almost 2 years during my divorce proceedings. He has always put the client and my children's interest first and has worked diligently to resolve my case as efficiently as possible. He has the integrity and fairness that unfortunately lost on most lawyers today. His advice has always been right on. His paralegal Daniel Ellison is better than 90% of lawyers I have met and should be given an honorary "JD" himself! The two combined with the other assets of the firm Hughes & Hughes make them, in my opinion, the best family law firm in Orange County if not in all of Los Angeles. It's so hard to forget in a contentious divorce, but the firm is focused on doing the right thing and having the best out come for what's really important: in the end it's all about what's best for the kids and not the $$.

I hired the law office of Prescott & Prescott to help me with my divorce and custody battle.A co-worker of my mom's recommended them to me. He stated "they were sharks and fought tooth and nail for their clients and he knows, as that is who represented his soon to be ex-wife and Prescott & Prescott got what their client wanted and if he could he would have hired them."
This was a very hard part of my life to go through. The fact of my family falling apart, or the fear of possibly losing my kids. Or having to base any of my future life around my soon to be ex-husband. It was hard with how my ex acted. That's why I am so glad that i went with Prescott & Prescott they were great the entire 3-3.5 years this went on for. They were on top of everything. I am the type of person that tries to stay 5 steps ahead and wants to know every possible outcome most people this annoys. But not them they took the time and made sure i knew all i wanted to know. There were many times I was just scared, nervous and flat out sick with all that was going on. Every single person that works in that office made me feel better, stronger and made me see what actually matters and put my mind at ease several times. they were able to get me to stop worrying so much and even laugh at times. They all put great care and detail into all aspects of their jobs and go way above and beyond. They always responded right away to phone calls and emails. Which I greatly appreciated.
Valerie Prescott represented me in court and she is a shark. She is great in and out of the court room. She gave me more confidence when i was in court and the entire duration of this. Never once did i ever feel like she wasn't doing her best or doing what was in my best interest. She knows it all and then some. There were days where we had to spend all day in court, not her fault it was busy. But we would go over everything she would even answer questions I had regarding other matters. We would joke, laugh and talk about our families and share pictures and memories. To me this quality of hers is very important because she knows how much a parent loves their child and wants the best for them. She also had lots of great advice to offer about the entire situation. Also being able to relate to your client on a different level aside from attorney/client but as a parent made me feel more confident in my decision to hire Prescott & Prescott. At the end of this ordeal I was left feeling like more than just a client.
I will forever be grateful for all Prescott & Prescott (their entire office) did for me. I know if anything needs to be readdressed i will look no other place than Prescott &Prescott. I will always be their client and would recommend them to anyone who needs a great family law attorney.

Alex is knowledgeable when it comes to family law. He predicted what would most likely happen when we went to court and he was 100% spot on.
My recommendation is to allow him to guide you in the correct direction, he won't guide you astray. In dealing with family law it's easy to allow your emotions to take the front seat it's beneficial to have a trusted attorney by your side.

Ilian took a difficult situation and made it easier to comprehend and calm my thoughts. Trying to do this alone or with someone who doesn’t have compassion would be a scary dangerous road.
He broke things down so they were easy to comprehend. Yes, he had to give me the truth as he talked me off the ledge (so to speak).
There is happiness after this process. I’m definitely there and quicker than I thought possible.

Maxine fought hard for me and won at every single milestone. She will aim for the things that are beneficial in the long run and not let you get stuck in the useless emotional drama that comes along in divorce.

Without her support, I would not have been able to overcome this difficult challenge.
Because of her prompt responses and the steady stream of frank and calm advice you provided, I felt I could trust and accept whatever end result I got with her support.
Before I hired her, it was difficult to trust my former attorney because he was slow to respond and seemed to be little more than a clerical messenger.
Although I was not satisfied with the service I received from the former attorney, I was afraid of changing attorneys in the middle of the divorce process.
But after meeting with her and interviewing, I immediately felt in my gut that this was the right person for the job and I am so glad I made the choice to change attorneys at that time.

Kate did my full estate planning package last year. Yesterday, I was at my yearly physical and the doctor asked if I had an advanced healthcare directive submitted through their portal. I did and, so she opened it and started to read it. She said " Oh- this is a good one. I see lots of these that don't cover the bases adequately. This one is really good!"
Kate was great to work with, fair, and responsive to me and my husband and our needs. She's my family law firm now!

I retained Maxine Ho as my attorney for a period of time between 2019 and 2020. Due to early mistakes on my part, my divorce case had turned complex and was challenging for just about any attorney to turn around. I was fortunate to have Maxine consider representing me given the circumstance.
Maxine is a great attorney who is efficient, polite, honest and responds in a timely manner. She has the ability to apply aggression if and when necessary, and she also stands her ground if and when in disagreement with her client, with good intention and in good faith - in saying so, I can highly recommend her.
I have not come across decent attorneys even after an extensive search over a period of 4 years; however, I can say that Maxine is one of the few good ones.
Unfortunately, I was forced to part ways with Maxine - nothing to do with her service but due to my financial limitations alone. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for her legal advice, time, and efforts representing me.
If you are looking for an attorney and haven't made detrimental mistakes thus far, you should consider Maxine. And, even if your case is complex, consider a consultation - she will at the very least guide you correctly to ensure the best possible outcome.

Mary Ann was recommended to me when I needed an attorney to address child custody issues. I could not have been more satisfied with this recommendation. Mary Ann listens. She is compassionate and caring, yet she is also honest. We have unfortunately had a variety of situations arise and while this has been a stressful, drawn out process, I feel that I have been extremely well represented. I was referred to Mary Ann Noiroux by an acquaintance who was also an attorney, but didn't specialize in Family Law. Let me tell you that was the best referral that I've ever received! I was faced with a divorce involving two minor children after many years of marriage, and to further complicate my situation my now ex-wife is a powerful attorney herself. Outgunned and intimidated, I turned to Mary Ann for relief from a very painful situation. She literally saved my life! She immediately put an end to many unpleasant and harsh conditions, established a level playing ground, and never ceased being a zealous advocate of my rights as father of my children and as the weaker partner in the marriage. If lawyers have a bad rep, this guy makes up for all of that. He will give you new faith in lawyers. He did a post nup for me and not only did a great job, but was also quite reasonable, and so easy to deal with. I love his positive energy; he even shared that he enjoyed working with me.
