I tried to retain Marta as my attorney in my divorce. I was unable to as my former husband visited several attorneys in the area so I would not be able to have them represent me.
I was able to retain Marta for what all that was not settled with the divorce including child support.
My former husband was very dishonest through the entire divorce process and child support. Marta was the one who brought years of dishonesty to light! Krebs vs. Krebs, that rewarded me thousands of dollars in arrears money and the maximum I could receive in alimony!
In addition, Karen Schryver’s review below I am in agreement 110%. In sports, I have always stated to my children and asked of my players, that you give 110% effort.

For someone who is from a foreign country and was in a domestic violence marriage living in a shelter for months… It was very important to trust in someone again. A friend who knows my soon to be ex husband and me recommended me Martha . I don’t regret working with her. This has been a very difficult time for me dealing with traumas and healing from my concussion. Martha has always advised me the best. She is very professional and smart. I am embarrassed that she has to deal with my soon to be ex husband because he lacks empathy and is very controlling and can be very scary and rude sometimes. I was scared of him when I saw the type of divorce he filed a fault divorce lying, but Martha is not scared of anyone and has always treated everyone with respect but always fighting for my rights . Marta did an outstanding job handling my divorce in 2014. She was extremely attentive, caring, always prepared, knew how to handle difficult situations that arose, and there were many, always stayed on top of every small detail & fought for me and my rights right up until the divorce was finalized in June of 2016. This was a long & difficult divorce, but I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job than Marta & I am forever grateful for her hard work & dedication. Dan HANIFIN did an amazing job helping me with my case. was able to get felony reduced to a misdemeanor and that enabled me to get back into school.He made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand every step of the way. I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. My attorney Mr. Daniel Hanifin was able to negotiate on my behalf and got things down to NO POINTS and $900 in fines and was able to get me a payment plan. WOW talk about getting the job done! Attorney Miller assisted me and my family with a Landlord//Tenant dispute and resolved our issue. Upon my first consultation with him, he listened to my case/grievance and jumped right in to help me. When I met with him in person for document review, he gave me a "firm" hand shake, which shows a person's sincerity and integrity, and Attorney Miller has both.

I had a very unusual divorce. I was saving up for a divorce when my husband had a massive stroke and he became disabled. I had a difficult time locating a lawyer who didn't want to charge me a massive retainer to take on my case. Ryan was very clear about the process and tried to help it move smoothly along. We ran into some issues with opposing counsel but he managed to find a workaround. He kept me informed the entire process and was wonderful to work with.

Hired David for a very messy custody disagreement. He has always been straight forward and gave honest opinions on the case. He has been able to obtain almost 50/50 for me (father). He doesn't back down and has won court hearings that I thought for sure would of turned out worse. Due to the fact that my divorce was going to be rather nasty I looked for a lawyer that was fair, treated me with dignity and was looking out for my best interests. Hiring Tiffany was one of the best decisions I made during my custody battle. She is very knowledgeable in her field and had plenty of great suggestions for me along the way. Any question I had I would just send her an email and she responded very quickly with an answer. She is very organized and on task and an extremely nice person. She always told me when she thought what I wanted was plausible and when she thought that I might not have much of a leg to stand on. This was all new to me so I went with what she thought and I do not regret it. Everything I originally wanted in my custody agreement I was granted and I could not be happier. I have been represented by other attorneys but none that compare to Carla. About 10 minutes into the first call I knew I was talking to the right person. No, the best person. Carla answered my questions fully helping me better understand my situation and the options available. Carla responds to email and VM quickly at all hours, nights, weekends, she never stops. In fact, I was hesitant about replying to her email on Sunday for fear she would read it and respond (I have to protect her from herself) . She is authoritative and at the same time comforting. I retained Mrs. Voit in 2007 for a petition to relocate my children. She did not waste my money and has good relationships with other attorneys. This relationship with opposing cousel, who is known for being obstinate, really paid off. We had a meeting and she calmy laid out a fair offer and walked the opposite side into her offer. I got everything I wanted and made some concessions that didn't hurt.
She kept me reasonable and squished my desire to "win" against my ex, but kept it about the kids.
She is fiesty and very busy. You must stay on top of her is all I would caution.
