I can honestly say that Tony Sammarco saved lives. He was there with me in a system that does not normally help or care when a dad has to protect his son against an abusive mother, but he succeeded in securing for us the family home and defeating a dangerously unethical opposing counsel who was producing an endless amount of real harm targeting childrens’ pain to extort money. If we didn’t have Tony on our side, I don’t know what we would have done, but every day that I wake now to a peaceful home and see the happiness in my children, and every night that they get to sleep peacefully in the house they grew up in, without having to worry about what might happen next, I am ever grateful that Tony never relented in helping an overwhelmed dad that just wanted his children to have some normalcy again. I am a single parent who hired Ms. Peck after having already been through the ringer with the wrong attorney and had pretty much given up hope in the legal system and TOO MUCH money towards the fight for common sense (let kids have both parents and stop fighting just for the fight,which will only cause us both to be broke). My X didn't care about our dwindling 401k and our son crying to talk to his dad nightly. Everything was a volleyball game to her, money and our kids. Her attorney played the game too, which showed he had no agenda other than to make money. Peck was so decent I was worried, could a "decent" attorney help me win in this disaster? The end result was that Peck stopped the games and knew exactly what steps to take so the legal system did actually work! The games were no longer played and the best possible outcome was reached, in believe it or not, a fairly quickly manner based on the circumstances. I learned that big firms are just that, big. I learned that "popular" names don't make the attorney great. Peck is the best! I am forever grateful to her.

At the time I filed for divorce, I thought that I had a good lawyer to represent me. I soon learned that my counsel directed me to settle and lose custody of my son without a legal challenge. A friend encouraged me to find different counsel to reach my goal. I contacted Stogsdill Law Firm and met with Bill Stogsdill, Jr. Bill explained that he and his team of lawyers would represent me at all times. Should my primary lawyer be indisposed, another competent member of the firm would be in the courtroom to help me. The firm has a proficient staff and processes all the legal documents in a timely manner. Initially, I met with Bill Stogsdill Jr. and reviewed my case. I supplied a detailed history in an outline format. Bill was able to accurately access my chances to obtain sole custody of my son. He warned that the cost to win the case was high. I did not expect the cost to be twice as much to win. Bill assigned my case to Bryan Estes. My initial impression of Bryan was good. Neither Bryan nor Bill have lost a worthy custody battle. Over a three year period, Bryan provided sound and strong and sound counsel. The legal battle included seven court motions, six depositions, seven days of court time, two parental psychologist reviews, formal request to the judge to amend his decisions. Also, there was an appeal process in the appellate court. Bill Stogsdill Jr. was never far away form the legal proceedings and intervened when needed. I completed every homework assignment that Bryan submitted. For example, I had to provide ten years of financial records. We had a strong working relationship and improved my chance to obtain sole custody. The Stogsdill Law Firm and I were able to obtain sole custody of my son. I am fortunate for the outcome and I am to be a father to my son. Secondly, my ex-spouse was awarded limited portion of the marital estate. Bryan Estes is more than an excellent lawyer; I consider Bryan to be a friend who stood next to me during the toughest times of the divorce.

I received a DUI last December.
Once in the system , I received dozens of letters, testimonials, and resumes from attorneys soliciting my business, to represent me in court for my case.
I chose Ingrid based on her experience and background.
That was a Huge and Costly Mistake.
Once Ingrid took my money, she became next to impossible to reach.
Every time I called her office her subordinates would screen my call and gave me a myriad of excuses why Ingrid wasn't available to talk to me.
When I did finally talk to her she was very condescending and provided little incite to what the next step(s) would be.
The outcome was terrible, and I have to believe it would have been different with better representation.
This was my first and last experience with this type of thing.
I was relying on my attorney to keep me apprised of what to expect.
Lesson learned!

Dan Collins. I’m making this post out of free will. I wasn’t asked from anyone to make this review.
I am making this review because I want everyone looking for an attorneys support to stop and call Dan. I’ve known Dan for about 7 years I want to say. I’m 4 years from 30. I was referred by my sister who was referred by everyone else in the dupage area that she knows who’ve had from traffic violations, dui to so much more.
Dan is honestly the absolute best, he’s got the type of personality that makes you comfortable. He’s the
most reliable, the most caring, the most understanding, the most motivated, the most intelligent , honest, lawyer I’ve ever had. I’ve had lawyers before for the same cases that I had to hire Dan for because the previous attorneys gave me option that I couldn’t take. Dan gave me better option. Ever since I’ve had him represent me, he has helped me tremendously from life lessons to not extreme results to my consequences.
Dan is for the people 1000% and I’m not the only one who has said this. Dan is a my Harvey Specter.
Dan is truly the man when it comes to the law. That’s what my sister and I always say. He will help you when you feel like there’s no way out and he is currently doing that with me and exceeding expectations. No attorney has given me the comfort Dan has.

Gregory, showed compassion, interest and concern for the outcome of my requests as a victim of the broken legal system. I believe everyday he had my back professionally. I hired Greg while releasing my former attorney after a year of no progress and extreme unprofessionalism, who was also highly rated on attorney websites. After hiring Greg, my case started moving towards completion of my divorce and I had my decree in a few months. He acted with complete integrity and influenced me to exercise good judgment when I unwisely wanted to work on my case from the hospital. Greg also recovered some money from my former attorney, who the judge recommended that I pursue for disbarment. He remained calm while my arranged marriage partner's attorney was being difficult and also when my former attorney threatened him. I would highly recommend Greg for all family court matters.

I came to Michael during what can only be called the worst period of my life. Going through a divorce is hard enough but at the same time my daughter was being treated for cancer and there was a pandemic going on. He was always calm and clear and helped me to do the same, taking me step by step through what seemed like an unmanageable process. These never really end well for the people involved but I was able to come away with my dignity and confidence intact with his help.

Brian was professional, efficient and gave great guidance through a very difficult time to help me navigate the divorce my wife asked for. Wife's lawyer wasn't doing much since we were trying to complete a no contest divorce and there was little money in it for her lawyer. The process was dragging on and Brian knew I had health issues I was also trying to navigate in addition to the divorce, so Brian took charge and put the documentation together to get the divorce completed and I could focus on my health. Brian also was direct in sharing what expectations I should have during the divorce process so that I would understand what was realistic in the settlement. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would recommend his services to others.

We had such a great experience with Stephen Brundage! An attorney is not something we want, but Stephen was the absolute best!! He listens well, is so supportive and reassuring, but also very honest.
