Brittany is an extremely capable attorney. She always responds to calls and emails promptly and she's prepared to address any issue. I expect her to only get better at her chosen profession. Don't let her young age fool you; she has plenty of experience. I've seen much older attorneys make monumental blunders on simple cases. I guess talent trumps all!!

I just recently had to take someone to court for a small claims suit. Typically small claims court makes it easy for individuals to file and appear before a judge with no need for legal representation; however, this case was VERY personal to me. Someone had belongings of mine that had enormous sentimental value to me, and I was freaking out about the entire process. One thing that stuck out to me right off the bat was how Brittany took the time to listen to my situation, without judgement- there were a lot of "different" factors about my particular situation, but she really took the time to listen and ask questions so she could get the "full story" without jumping to any conclusions. She took the time to sit with me and review everything I had, and made some amazing suggestions as to what I should add to my claim/evidence I should bring with me to provide to the judge. I am happy to say, that the matter was settled, and the judge had order the belongings be returned to me. I would definitely say, after having been through the process, my outcome may have been significantly different had Brittany not advised me.
In my experience, dealing with lawyers is sometimes really challanging- I have dealt with lawyers who are extremely busy, and you can just tell; it almost appears that you are more of a burden to the lawyer than anything; not Brittany!! There were a few times I reached out, and she didn't hesitate to take the time with me, despite her hectic schedule. Because this matter was so personal to me, I really felt awful going into the process, but she really made me feel at ease, and assured me that as long as I present what I have I would be fine. This was a huge relief! She was clearly very knowledgable about her profession, and was honest with me- she told me what could go right, but also what could go wrong. That type of honesty was extremely valuable to me! She gave me direct answers to my questions, and if she couldn't answer my question (because all judges are different) she was honest about that as well. Between her effort, knowledge, and honesty, I would recommend Brittany to anyone who ever asked if I "know someone."

Went through an international custody case, ex wife a successful attorney. I interviewed 4 other attorneys before choosing Harvey. He was so well prepared. The trail lasted almost 3 weeks and the result was that I became the custodial parent and my daughter who was living in Italy was returned to the US now lives with me lives with me. I highly recommend.

Carol Most took an approach that was unlike any other matrimonial attorney that I spoke with - she showed care, concern and understanding from the beginning. Ms. Most took the time to understand the case and fully assess the situation before we jumped in - not just review the size of the estate and just begin the process. As my case went from a simple divorce of 25+ years of splitting assets, to one where there was a 6 day trial, carol remained committed and focused. Ms. Most explained the process during every step and provided strategy that was fully discussed before every move. Ms. Most remained open to my thoughts and suggestions, showing a willingness to bend on approach if what I offered was found to be helpful - there was no ego with this firm - simply what will work and what is best for the client. Carol and her partner< Adam Schneid, stayed the course through an absurd trial, filled with now proven false statements and false accusations by a predator opposing counsel. Mr. Schneid is highly intelligent and strong, detailed (to a fault) oriented litigator - They did not stoop the absolutely low level of opposing counsel. They remained focused, sharp, professional and honorable to the end. The result, considering the above, was one where the absurd was tossed out and fairness applied due to their efforts. Ms. Most and Mr. Schneid showed a level or professional that went beyond the expected and provided a level of personal attention and care that was unexpected, but more appreciated than words could express.

Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

I had a very frustrating, and potentially negatively life altering, experience with Ms. Ressler earlier this year. The error on her part cost my family time, frustration, and stress to myself and my children.
I was advised to file a temporary order of protection which involved making claims against family members. Unbeknownst to me, Jessica Ressler has a general modus operandi of being an extremely aggressive attorney, regardless of the situation. Her tactics involve getting her clients temporary orders of protection, involving the police, and using false statements. For those who are not aware, these tactics often negatively impact children. She treats every case the same, and her reputation in the industry is well known as being overly aggressive to the point of being detrimental to her clients and their cases. Further, her strategy unnecessarily involves child protective services who are legally obligated to investigate each case, and each parent, regardless of the accusations made.
Without going into significant personal detail, the filings I made under Ms. Ressler's guidance landed me in the cross hairs of CPS for no apparent reason. The result could have led to a permanent record, termination from my job, and an inability to be involved in some children's activities. When I pointed this out to Ms. Ressler, I was met with vague explanations and no real accountability, nor help to assist me from a legal standpoint. While initially she was attentive to my questions, once this occurred, her communication stopped instead of following up on ways to assist me, as though she signed off from my case. Ultimately, the CPS case was resolved without issue based on evidence provided by my family.
It should be noted that Ms. Ressler was recently formally admonished in court for her tactics and procedures. As previously stated, her reputation amongst attorneys in the NYC metro area is well known, and not well regarded.
I would not trust this lawyer with anything important and would highly caution others to do their due diligence before hiring her. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for legal counsel.

I had a very frustrating, and potentially negatively life altering, experience with Ms. Ressler earlier this year. The error on her part cost my family time, frustration, and stress to myself and my children.
I was advised to file a temporary order of protection which involved making claims against family members. Unbeknownst to me, Jessica Ressler has a general modus operandi of being an extremely aggressive attorney, regardless of the situation. Her tactics involve getting her clients temporary orders of protection, involving the police, and using false statements. For those who are not aware, these tactics often negatively impact children. She treats every case the same, and her reputation in the industry is well known as being overly aggressive to the point of being detrimental to her clients and their cases. Further, her strategy unnecessarily involves child protective services who are legally obligated to investigate each case, and each parent, regardless of the accusations made.
Without going into significant personal detail, the filings I made under Ms. Ressler's guidance landed me in the cross hairs of CPS for no apparent reason. The result could have led to a permanent record, termination from my job, and an inability to be involved in some children's activities. When I pointed this out to Ms. Ressler, I was met with vague explanations and no real accountability, nor help to assist me from a legal standpoint. While initially she was attentive to my questions, once this occurred, her communication stopped instead of following up on ways to assist me, as though she signed off from my case. Ultimately, the CPS case was resolved without issue based on evidence provided by my family.
