Stephanie assisted me with my divorce. Her communication was excellent, she explained the process, returned all calls and emails immediately. When necessary she contacted my husbands lawyer ensuring documents were returned in a timely manner.

At the end of a successful Collaborative outcome, reflecting back on the process, it is clear that Brenda and her team's experience was a significant factor in the positive result. From the Zoom call during the hiring process where it was made clear what the Collaborative process was about and the factors that lead to success, to the patience required in the final stages, I couldn't have been more happy with her representation. The team is very detailed with their information exchange and the expectations in the process. Brenda was always available with a prompt reply or a needed call. Her ability to "hear" what might be an emotional sticking point, but to also not let a minor issue sabotage an otherwise successful process, is important! Jonathon and his staff are incredibly attentive and diligent in not only representing their client, but in being available to their client. To be honest, it was more than what I could have hoped for. I unfortunately, have had too much experience with family law (custody, child support, etc.) and I was half expecting their very reasonable rates to give me very lackluster representation.
