At the end of a successful Collaborative outcome, reflecting back on the process, it is clear that Brenda and her team's experience was a significant factor in the positive result. From the Zoom call during the hiring process where it was made clear what the Collaborative process was about and the factors that lead to success, to the patience required in the final stages, I couldn't have been more happy with her representation. The team is very detailed with their information exchange and the expectations in the process. Brenda was always available with a prompt reply or a needed call. Her ability to "hear" what might be an emotional sticking point, but to also not let a minor issue sabotage an otherwise successful process, is important! I was looking for a lawyer that could help settle my divorce without having to go through all the headaches that you hear others have endured. Brenda London was referred to me and I'm so thankful I contacted her. We had our first meeting not long after I had called her office. She really listened to what I wanted and was sensitive to my needs. Papers were filed and we were able to settle quickly and efficiently. I was referred to Lori by another lawyer. Since my case was very
complicated it had many legal implications. The major concern was how best to navigate through the issues I had that would result in a favorable outcome.
Starting with my first conversation with Lori she immediately set my mind at ease. From the very beginning she treated me with respect and empathy. Lori personally kept me well informed with the current situation of my case, what options were available and what the best course of action was. The many diverse and inspired arguments she proposed had a significant positive impact. She fought very hard on my behalf.
Throughout she was very patient answering the myriad questions I asked and she was always very assuring during a very difficult, emotional and stressful time. When I did have difficulty understanding an answer she was always able to rephrase it in a manner that I could easily understand.
As a result of all her efforts an out of court settlement was reached in my favor. Her knowledge and undressing of the law are inspirational and set a standard of competence that should be emulated by all lawyers.

Jonathon and his staff are incredibly attentive and diligent in not only representing their client, but in being available to their client. To be honest, it was more than what I could have hoped for. I unfortunately, have had too much experience with family law (custody, child support, etc.) and I was half expecting their very reasonable rates to give me very lackluster representation.
