Called to speak with a attorney and the representative ask what for and I told them for debt settlement then he says they don’t do that which states on their website that they offer services for that not only the website proves they offer when you call their automated phone system it also says they offer Debt settlement services, then I told the representative that and he puts me on hold then 2 seconds later he goes “oh yeah our website is out dated” like that doesn’t make any sense… WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL AS THEY DON’T CARE TO HELP!!!!!!

I paid them approximately $5,000 and they didn’t do anything for me. They showed up to two zoom court dates that took about 30 minutes in total. They assigned me an attorney wi was straight out of college, then quit. So then I got assigned another attorney who again appeared to be right out of law school. But I figured she had a great staff around her and that I’d still be in good hand’s, but was I wrong!
It seemed to me that they just wanted it to go trial so their part of the contract was fulfilled and they could suck more money out of me. They never even tried one time to contact my ex to work out a deal in order to avoid trial. I think I figured it out and they probably spent five hours on my case all together and that is very generous on my part because it was only probably about two hours, expert I gave them another three as the paralegal probably entered my financials in their system, which was never even filed with the court. Then they asked me for more money and just didn’t sure to for ac court date; I found it from the judge that I was no longer getting represented by the firm.
So I cashed the firm and wanted the main last who would be the one to issue out refunds give me a call, which never happened. They however had the attorney call me av couple times but I had told them I didn’t want a call from her, only from the other lady.
Go somewhere else because these people are what give matters ac bad rap. They charge a flat rate which they make it seem like it will be in your favor and maybe some of these attorneys are great but I didn’t have that experience. I just know I wouldn’t risk it

Stephen is an incredible, smart, very well versed attorney and just a great guy in general! His staff/secretaries also are very helpful and you can tell they all truly care ! It isn't necessaryily always a pleasant thing to be in need of a lawyer but it makes the situation much easier when you have a great one on your side, who will fight for you and who meticulously walks you through every process ; so you can step into court confidently ! Very bad experience with Rob. Forgot court date and information that I told him. When he presented the DA’s deal to me, he left out details. Not a trial lawyer so be warned. Told me the DA would never dismiss my case but they did because they didn’t have any proof of the false charges I was being charged with.

I was injuerd at work and after workmans comp reviewed my case, they said it wasnt work related. Even after getting the paper work filled out by my surgeon, verifying that the injury I sustained was from my work related accident and I was still denied workmens compensation.

Exceeded all my expectations in handling my traffic ticket. Mike was able to get a 15 mph speeding reduced to a no points equipment violation. All the other attorneys I spoke to about this said this prosecutor would never cut that deal, but Bayer Law got it done! Completely professional throughout.
