I am forever grateful for Joy and her whole team! Going through a custody battle is hard enough as it is but Joy and Jeanne made it possible to get through it, I felt at ease when I had the opportunity to meet them both. Both Joy,Jeanne and everyone on their team are very professional and kind hearted. One of the many things I like about them is that they will tell you the truth. I never had any problems when it came down to communication with them every step in the process,every phone call and every question I had was very well answered/communicated. I had two occasions where I was represented by Jeanne and Joy at separate times and they were amazing in court! I can’t possibly say enough about Navid. He indeed has the perfect amount of pressure and gentleness that is needed to navigate very challenging situations. He’s been doing this for decades and has a natural ability to gauge what may transpire and what to do to overcome it. He has an incredible presence… which as a female in this situation, made me feel safe. Navid truly has “your back” in all ways and you want him on your team. I couldn’t have done this without him. I googled pro-Bono attorneys, since I’m a full time single mom right now and up against a wealthy abusive ex. Even though it turned out Navid doesn’t work pro bono, he still generously and patiently answered all of my questions. He calmed me down and even though he had a trial the next day he generously gave me an hour of his time, which I’m very grateful for! He is professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly compassionate and caring. Though we all need to make a living he isn’t driven by $$$ only, but rather by being of help to parents in difficult situations.

I Called their office for a paid consultation because I saw a video of Walzer talking about gambling community assets, and the receptionist was very unprofessional the first time we spoke she didn’t even take down the respondent name just he’s attorneys firm and calls me back says they are busy can’t take on any more cases. And I asked are all the attorneys in this firm busy and can’t consult and she said yes and refer me some local websites, I asked her what information did she take down when I first called she said just the respondent attorney law firm and the issues regarding gambling community assets. I never heard of a law firm that have few partners and attorneys say they are all busy and can’t take on any more cases. If that’s the case your website should say not accepting new clients, they should have probably google their client before acting so nonchalant and unprofessional. I don’t see how this firm is beneficial to any public figure, based my interactions with their receptionist this firm is cold and rude.

I did not really want to get a divorce, but circumstances required that I could not ignore any more. Michelle handled the entire process in a way that made me feel very comfortable. I have heard horrible stories about divorce proceedings and just did not want to go through all the arguing and hostilities. Michelle came up with solutions that I did not know about and it made the entire process very pleasant. She also saved the X and me a lot of money in the process. Highly recommended. My divorce was fairly straightforward, we were not fighting over anything and Robert guided me with information I needed in order to make the best decisions for my children and myself. When I set up my appointment to meet with him, he suggested I make notes so that I stay on track and get the most out of our meeting and I never felt rushed and he was fully participatory in our meeting, this wasn't 'just another meeting'. His knowledge of family law, of what options I had and what my rights are felt almost tailormade for me. I will forever be grateful to him for his kindness and compassion while also being a versed attorney and was able to make suggestions that actually saved me money and assisted in me obtaining my divorce. I was involved (starting in 2004) in a probate case with another lawyer.
I spent the next 5 years trying to get him to be a lawyer. He was very incompetent and the experience was horrible.
I needed someone to help me out of the mess the other lawyer created.
And it was a mess and complicated by this time.
I found Eric Gordon by a referral, and from that day my entire case began to look like something that We could resolve.
Eric shared with me all the unethical actions of the other lawyer.
Once he took on my case it all came together in MY favor.
Eric walked with me through the legal system steps and all that he needed to do so that I always knew what was going on. Huge for me since the other lawyer was impossible to get return calls and emails from.
Besides his total professionalism, Eric was available to me on every level. I felt watched out for and cared about as a real human being.
He goes the extra mile to do what is necessary . A rare trait these days.
Not only is the whole case finally behind me, I was also, with Erics
help awarded a settlement!!
If I ever need a lawyer again, I only wish It could be Eric Gordon.

Dana Urick was my divorce attorney for six years. I know that this is an unusually long time, but that is what happens with a complicated divorce. Dana was wonderful to work with. She was caring, smart, dedicated, and honest. She was also very articulate and driven to get a divorce agreement that would suit my children and me. At the time of my separation, I was a stay at home mom and had stopped working for seven years. Dana encouraged me to go back to school and get a master's degree, which I am grateful for. Dana is very approachable and easy to talk with, yet she is fierce in the court room. She was actually the second lawyer that I hired to work on my case, after the first lawyer cost me a lot of money and did not help much. I retained Shannon to help me finalize a divorce and had a great experience working with her. Her advice was easy to understand and thoughtful. She was always prompt to respond to emails and I would certainly recommend her to others.

After a 20 year marriage, my ex-husband and I used Ty Supancic as our mediator. He explained our options clearly and patiently. He promptly answered all emails and phone calls. Even though I went into my divorce thinking it would be a "walk in the park", there were many important things (sale of family home, spousal support, medical insurance) that I needed to understand more realistically and less emotionally. Ty was impeccable with his facts and firm with me when he needed to support my best interests. He was also compassionate and understanding. I was referred to The Law Collaborative (TLC) by a colleague. I grew even more interested in working with the firm when I learned its mission is to help clients pursue the most peaceful and cost-effective solutions for separation, divorce, and nullity matters. TLC promotes negotiation and mediation over expensive court battles. I support this approach to navigating the emotionally difficult seas of family law, and wanted to be able to rely upon the skills of the attorneys at TLC to help manage the hostility I expected to face as I made public the facts about my ex-husband. From the first time I met Ty Supancic I was impressed by his intelligence, honesty, kindness, and good-natured personality. After we discussed and evaluated my options, I chose to pursue a nullity. A divorce would have been an easier and cheaper route for me to take. However, divorces only allow one to state “irreconcilable differences” as the reasons for the death of the marriage. Since this was not an accurate depiction of the facts, I decided to file for a nullity. From the start I was advised that obtaining a nullity would be a challenge. A nullity enables one to outline the chronology of events and list the specific causes (and explain why one party is at fault) for the end of the marriage, and thus allows one to present a more comprehensive case to the court. However, judges still very rarely grant them. It was clear to me that we were facing an uphill battle. However, I felt confident that I was in good hands with Ty as my representative and advocate. I worked closely with him for months gathering and reviewing the evidence for inclusion in my case, and assisting with the development of the legal documents. Ty is an extremely gifted writer, so this actually made the process enjoyable for me. He was able to consistently and accurately reflect my perspectives in his prose. Ty was also highly responsive to me during all of our communications about the case. I would receive replies to my emails within minutes sometimes, and he always made time to take my telephone calls. He answered at length every question I ever posed, and even took the time to explain larger legal concepts to me. In addition, Ty went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate my schedule for the few times we needed to meet in person. He even spent five hours with me finalizing the court documents and organizing the evidence for the nullity the day before the law office needed to be packed and moved to a new location. He never once tried to rush me or act like he had anywhere else to be but there working on my case. I am pleased to say we obtained the nullity shortly after filing our legal documents in court! The partners in the law firm said it was the first time in their collective 60 plus years of practicing law that they had ever seen a nullity granted so swiftly and based on the strength of the legal documents alone. Customarily a “prove-up” hearing is required with witnesses called to provide testimony. Here is an excerpt from a thank you letter I wrote to Ty following our legal victory: “I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that words are not sufficient to show my appreciation for your work at this moment. So, I will simply say again that I have been tremendously blessed to have you represent me and advocate for me in this nullity. Ty, your unsurpassed intelligence, legal skills, work ethic, sense of humor, unwavering kindness, and cheerful personality truly brought out the best in me. I developed great confidence in your abilities, and this allowed me to focus on the sometimes emotionally difficult process. Equally important to me was feeling encouraged and supported by you every step of the way. Your positive outlook kept me from becoming undermined by doubt, or entertaining any fear that I was "wasting" time and money on my pursuit of what I knew were worthy goals. You worked tirelessly and patiently with me for months during this labor-intensive process." Ty is highly recommended.

Mr. Supancic wrote our prenup and my husband and I swear it is one of the reasons we have such a good marriage. He made us talk about and plan for things we probably wouldn't have on our own. He called it "Marriage Insurance" and I really believe he helped us protect ourselves from a divorce down the road. Ty made what could have been a frightening and stressful experience, fun and happy.

Dean Masserman represented me in me a complex interstate custody battle. I am very happy to say that the judgement was granted in my favor where I retained full psychical and legal custody of my child with zero court ordered visitation to the other parent.
