Other attorneys said i needed to take a deal that was ending up with time. Down to 30 months. He informed me what trial would cost and due to officer statements and other statements forced out of a witness in writing most likely not being able to be thrown out easily a trial was risky. He threatened with some solid motions even using an existing motion written by my last council in a much better fashion. It was effective and at least a deal was mad for some probation instead of doing time then possible acquit in an apeal. Sadly did end up taking a deal but was an amazing end to the situation and rapidly was taken care of. Definitely would recommend him all over the nation and thankfully I had some friends to help cover the costs that i was able to pay back. He is expensive but if there is a exploit in the case he will find it.

I was facing 10 years in federal prison. With all the evidence stacked against me and my former attorney suggesting that I take a plea…it was Gal who told me that the case could be beat and urged me to fight. Gal’s due diligence, preparation and knowledge of the law earned my trust. He did an excellent job in communicating the process which put me at ease. His skillful line of questioning caused the DEA agent to blatantly admit in open court that I was racially profiled. Under the circumstances, he stopped and listened. The full case was a bit much. He looked into the person and the case. He did battle with the legal system for the person not the crime. He looked into the persons past and set them up for the best future based on what the person showed him. I was amazed at his approach to the situation. He looked for facts that most people overlook.
