Other attorneys said i needed to take a deal that was ending up with time. Down to 30 months. He informed me what trial would cost and due to officer statements and other statements forced out of a witness in writing most likely not being able to be thrown out easily a trial was risky. He threatened with some solid motions even using an existing motion written by my last council in a much better fashion. It was effective and at least a deal was mad for some probation instead of doing time then possible acquit in an apeal. Sadly did end up taking a deal but was an amazing end to the situation and rapidly was taken care of. Definitely would recommend him all over the nation and thankfully I had some friends to help cover the costs that i was able to pay back. He is expensive but if there is a exploit in the case he will find it.

I was facing 10 years in federal prison. With all the evidence stacked against me and my former attorney suggesting that I take a plea…it was Gal who told me that the case could be beat and urged me to fight. Gal’s due diligence, preparation and knowledge of the law earned my trust. He did an excellent job in communicating the process which put me at ease. His skillful line of questioning caused the DEA agent to blatantly admit in open court that I was racially profiled. Under the circumstances, he stopped and listened. The full case was a bit much. He looked into the person and the case. He did battle with the legal system for the person not the crime. He looked into the persons past and set them up for the best future based on what the person showed him. I was amazed at his approach to the situation. He looked for facts that most people overlook. Vadim, a great lawyer, I will definitely recommend over any other lawyers in the area. He made it super easy for me to understand my case and my charges that I was charge with and what options I have. He help me step by step very professional, very helpful and very respectful. I also kept asking him stupid questions to see if he will get pissed n start cursing me out, but he answered all my questions to my level and made me sure that I 100% understood. We did joke, but he made sure he answered all my questions and I was happy with all his answers. Great guy. But hopefully I will never get to see him again lol need to stay out of trouble.

Unfortunately, I found myself Indicted and charged with three federal felonies including bank fraud and money laundering. From the moment of my arrest over two years ago to the moment of my acquittal, Mr. Scott J. Frankel was clearly a gift from God. Mr. Frankel was a great lawyer and was on top of my case the 10 months that it lasted. I did not have to worry about anything, other than showing up to court. Joel was the first attorney that believed in me and I felt comfortable talking to about my case. He did everything that was asked of him and that he promised he would be able to perform. He is a very good listener, which is why I hired him. (not always comfortable discussing problems with strangers) He works quickly and continued to communicate with me on the status of my case.
