I was 19 at the time of my legal matter. I was scared for my life facing some serious charges. I’ve had 3+ lawyers & never knew if I had the right defense team. If I could give attorney Zhao a below one, it would most definitely be a 0. She has poor manners and didn't think my spouse case was work, who responds to a client stating "I have been very busy with work" like my spouse case wasn't work. Then gets upset and removed herself from the case after filling into the case because you don't like corrective criticism, how unethical. When she calls her clients she is very disgruntled and pushy, can't be so sure if its a personality conflict or a color/race conflict, but whatever it is. I would not recommend her for any case learn how to treat your clients. You won't make it very far being rude, people are no longer standing for bad behaviors.

I am writing this review for Richard Fenbert, an attorney for my son. My son made some mistakes and got into legal trouble. I needed an attorney quickly. I did some research and a fortunate to find Mr. Fenbert. Every aspect of the interaction and relationship was positive but I want to point out a few areas of strength, at least from my perspective.
Responsiveness - From the get-go, this has been and continues to be fantastic. He showed up quickly, and throughout this time has been great. Even when something happened and he was out of town, he had a colleague cover it and brought him up to speed. Appreciate this in a trying time.
Legal Knowledge - I am not a lawyer, so can only judge from what I have seen but he was confident and seemed well-versed. He had great advice and was very professional.
Demeanor - Richard was great, and a calming influence during this incident. He helped keep an even keel and I appreciated that. This seems important when you are worried.
Value - I can't stress enough, I felt very fortunate that I found Richard Fenbert as my attorney. I highly recommend his services.

They don’t respond they are terrible it’s truly sad they are out here making your life harder and not easier. I’ve been calling and emailing nonstop since November no call back no email. NOTHING. They moved the office and didn’t even tell me I had to call the trustee to get an address on them. I’m literally sitting here crying because I’m tired of being on the bus with my 3 small children! They won’t return anything to help me get a car or anything! At this point I’m about to report them to EVERYONE I can until I’m done dealing with these low down lying unprofessional people!
