My very close friend made the mistake of a third DWI. He faced felony charges and deportation back to his birth country (he was born in Vietnam, but raised here since he was a toddler). Due to the immense stress of this pending trial, he even suffered physically/medically.
Jack was very compassionate and even took the time to meet my friend/client, his brother, and even me in his office.
He answered all of my texts and calls very quickly throughout the entire process. He even answered a frantic weekend call from me (when he was probably with his family).
Jack made miracles happen and was able to receive a misdemeanor plea deal within a very short time (less than 5 months).

In the summer of 2023 I found myself in a situation that I never thought myself to be in. I was involved in an incident where there could have been some serious consequences, for others and also me. Luckily no one got hurt but I did spend the night in jail and was facing a serious charge. I feel responsible for what happened and fortunately Erin agreed to represent me. Erin walked me through what may happen, informed me of the worst case scenario and the also the best. She represented me, tried to ease all my concerns which were many, kept me informed on the progress of the case, advised me on all the options that I could pursue, and all the while was very professional in her dealings with me as a client and as a person who needed help. Once she has collected all of my families money from our case, they stopped working on our case and even started ignoring us with our problem still at hand. She seemed hopeful at first and did try and attempt to do something the first time we met but as time went on, she became so distant and even was rude to my family. She handed our case that she promised to solve and gave it to her assistants who had no idea about our case. She has brought distraught and sadness instead of hope to my family as she clearly does not care about us except our money. If you have any immigration problem she will do nothing but collect your money i recommend going to a lawyer that cares about people and not their money.

Unfortunately, I have to click on at least one star to be able to post this, and even that is more than undeserved. In short - move on, look elsewhere. These human beings will destroy you mentally and emotionally. There are truly genuine attorneys out there and this law firm IS NOT ONE OF THEM.....Vickers Cunningham thought it was wise to show up to our family member's first hearing having not reviewed the entire case information, having not taking the time to have a conversation with her to get to know her and what he was representing, and filing for a form of relief that he knew (or should of known "being a judge") that she did not qualify for. He waisted precious time and never truly fought for us. Initially, all legal advice was communicated to us through his paralegal, Rose Flores, who never shied away from being unprofessional, unkind, rude, and heartless. We were desperate. Prior to meeting with these people, we had read reviews on them regarding racial controversies and unprofessionalism and we were so vulnerable that we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt - all because Rose said what we wanted to hear, not knowing we were really signing for what would come next - disheartening emotional and mental stress coming from unprofessionalism, being spoken to like we were uneducated, meaningless human beings, being unable to get questions truly and genuinely answered with patience, and being ultimately betrayed. We only thought we knew what the true meaning of an emotional roller coaster was until we dealt with these people, then we really knew. Rose played out every scenario and nothing she said was. Unfortunately, I have to click on at least one star to be able to post this, and even that is more than undeserved. In short - move on, look elsewhere. These human beings will destroy you mentally and emotionally. There are truly genuine attorneys out there and this law firm IS NOT ONE OF THEM.....Vickers Cunningham thought it was wise to show up to our family member's first hearing having not reviewed the entire case information, having not taking the time to have a conversation with her to get to know her and what he was representing, and filing for a form of relief that he knew (or should of known "being a judge") that she did not qualify for. He waisted precious time and never truly fought for us. Initially, all legal advice was communicated to us through his paralegal, Rose Flores, who never shied away from being unprofessional, unkind, rude, and heartless. We were desperate. Prior to meeting with these people, we had read reviews on them regarding racial controversies and unprofessionalism and we were so vulnerable that we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt - all because Rose said what we wanted to hear, not knowing we were really signing for what would come next - disheartening emotional and mental stress coming from unprofessionalism, being spoken to like we were uneducated, meaningless human beings, being unable to get questions truly and genuinely answered with patience, and being ultimately betrayed. terribly rude staff, gives you the run around constantly, the attorney Thomas Sellers will even interrupt and hang up on you when you’re trying to clarify the debt and what you’re needing. I was told to further my “reading comprehension” and that he “doesn’t care” about my questions. He proceeded to tell me how good I had it with the debt, even though we’re still negotiating it. You sure would think they could answer some questions in trade of a 1 lump sum payment. He went on to explain how I could get around the $3000 court fee, yet any other basic question I asked, I was talked over or told that’d be legal advice.

Mr. Judin upon hiring him told me that my case was weak and that he would get it dismissed especially because his wife works in that district and they know him. "I get my way"...were his words just to sucker me in and hire him. After all was said and done with everything in my favor after he was fully paid my case wasn't worth fighting for any longer. Hank Judin III claims to file expungement petitions for DiVERT court graduates “Pro Bono” as his way to “give back to the recovery community”. However he claims he only asks for the filing fee. He quotes ~$1000. The actual fee to file the petition pro se is < $300.
The petition template took less then 30min to fill out with information readily available and there is no additional charge for using an e-filing service.

I was a former client of Gary redman! I strongly advise NOT hiring him for ANYTHING! My Case was the first one in 9 years , I believe, to be overturned in Collin County for Innefictive Assistance of counsel. Gary Redman was my counsel when I was charged for an Agg Assult causing SBI. (A fist fight). We went to trial, he did not advise us well at all in any capacity nor listen to what we needed him to do, and I got 15 years because of his ineffectiveness. After two years my case was overturned due to his ineffectiveness and relief was granted on the whole trial not just punishment.

Do not let Gary Redman handle your case if it is serious. I hired him because George Milner told me he could handle my sons aggravated assault charge in Collin county. We went to trial unprepared and lost. My son was sentenced to 15 years! I paid him 25,000.00 to try the case but he did almost nothing that we asked. He kept saying it will be alright. Well I really learned an expensive lesson. I spent many times the amount I paid to Mr Redman on really good attorney's and experts. We were granted relief from the appellate court when they found that Gary rendered ineffective assistance of counsel. I am told it was the only case that had been overturned in Collin county in 9 years. It takes a really bad attorney to accomplish that. My son is home now and after spending nearly 200,000. To fix the mess, Gary refuses to return my initial fee.
