First of all from the bottom of my heart I like to thank Matt tyson law firm the entire team for being with me the entire process of my case this has been a traumatic emotional roller coaster journey. Special mention to Josh who represents my case fought for everything that I wanted in my child custody case. It was a difficult battle in chambers county, the judge and amicus were against me having my children. They were more worried about the school system than in the safety of my children. I was referred to Charles Thompson to represent me in court after my arrest in West University, Houston, TX. My court date came much more quickly than I had expected, so I called him the day before I was expected in court, and he began representing me. He was not pushy, but quickly and fully informed me of the levity of my situation. His retainer was more reasonable than other quotes I received. He helped me build a positive defense from day 1. He was also familiar with the court of West University and several prosecuting attorneys, so he confidently explained the process that he would go through in trying to resolve my case. I checked in with him once per week while attending college out of state. He inquired with West U and its attorneys about my case, view dashboard camera footage, and communicated all findings to me. A few months later, my case was dismissed and I never had to return to Houston or personally appear in court.

I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!
MY GOD IS SOOOO GOOD!!!
Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler. It's his way of showing me that he's always with me. Almost the list of attorneys I called (up to 10), God hand picked Tyler for me to show me he is in control and he loves me, and would never leave me nor forsake me. LORD I THANK YOU!!!

I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This proved Illegal search and siezure and I walked away a free man.

In which I got myself involved in and because of being a naïve person that I am wants to help everybody. I fell into a very very detrimental situation that seemed impossible to get out of. With that being said, and a short version of a long story. I was doing a favor to help two people out not getting any compensation in return. I had gotten myself in the most detrimental situation I could have ever imagined I would’ve ever faced in my lifetime. I did not realize at the time the crime that I had committed was a serious felony and I was facing 10 to life. My Father Came into town to post my bond and did his research in finding me the best criminal attorney that could represent my case and that was, Mr. Charles Johnson. I cannot thank him enough for all of the hard work he did regarding my case. Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to work on my case and got me eight years deferred adjudication, 40 hours of Community service. With only a $2000 fine for this felony crime that seemed impossible to conquer. Mr. Johnson handled the court room like he owned it. He put up a fight from hell and he was determined to win and so he did. I could never thank him enough for taking my case and fighting for me till the very end. It was a huge triumph. Jonathan julio vela bar card 24119592 was my court appointed lawyer 2 years ago on a misdemeanor case and we agreed not to go to court if he could get a misdemeanor B instead of an misdemeanor A. I recently check my background and I have a misdemeanor A on my record. He has no word he was hours late more than once and never had my side was always frustrated and thinking about other things while telling me what the court was saying. Greg has helped with a complicated marijuana related offense that could have resulted in a prison sentence and was able to get a reasonable probation granted and the ability to keep working without a Texas prison record. Having used numerous attorney's in the past I know that it is hard to find a good one that does not want to retire on you. I have used D. A'Hern for several differant cases with myself and my family and I will continue to use him in the future as well as refer family and friends. He took the time to explain the process that I was going through and at each step explained what was happening, what I could expect and how we were going to achive the desired result. I found that he was very knowedgeable and responded in a timely manner when I asked questions about the probate process and how to proceed. I had a criminal and civil cases for a car accident because I was charged with driving with a suspended license and I rear-ended the other car. I wanted to avoid jail time, and Attorney In-Chul Sohn negotiated a deal on the first court date (Class B) for just a small fine. I was very happy. He also took care of the threat of a lawsuit from the other driver. Actually, I received a traffic ticket, too, for that accident, and Attorney Sohn arranged for a small fine. So, he took care of 2 criminal charges and 1 civil case with very little I paid in fine. I was extremely happy with the way Attorney Sohn took care of all the problems.

This Law Firm And The Attorney Faizon Stole Money From Me And Knowingly Paid Me The Wrong Amount of money. I never met not one Attorney while they handled my case. Faizon Told The Insurance Company That I needed to have surgery to get more money and I never received it. I Told This to Mr.Barton and He Said That I signed for the wrong Amount Anyway. The Address That is Given For Tis Firm is not Their address They Only Receive Mail There. I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE CECK THAT INSURANCE SENT THEM AND IDID NOT SIGN IT. I'VE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE AND I KNOW IM SUPPOSED TO SIGN THE CHECK. THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT OR I WILL SEEK THE REPRESENTATION INEED TO FAIZON SAID HE

My experience with mr.parras comes after he was appointed to represent me on appeal out of the southern district of texas. From day one Mr parras showed his best interest in the outcome of this case.. I was charged with a federal 371 conspiracy and aiding and abetting false statements to various federal firearms dealers... was handed and 168 month sentence... during preparation of the appeal Mr parras kept me well informed on updates with the case. He argued that the evidence presented by the government was insufficient to establish the federal jurisdiction elements of the crime I was charged with and that the government evidence on its face is insufficient to establish the very important element... Mr parras explained to the judges at the 5th circuit court of appeals that the government hadn't met it's burden of proof... the government tried to argue that the forms they presented were sufficient to establish this element but a license number bearing no date of issuance of expiration without more could not have proved this element beyond a reasonable doubt no more than assuming that a driver of a vehicle posses a valid drivers license... agreeing with Mr parras the court of appeals reversed the convictions and remanded the case for dismissal... Mr parras put his best foot forward and was very professional at all times of this ongoing battle many thought was a lost cause... I want too thank Mr parras for allowing me too have my life back... I would highly recommend him to any one...

Having only recently finalized Mr. Parras for counsel and representation I will update this review upon conclusion of my case (or immediately in the event of the any extremely unexpected and/or unfortunate developments); however, I'm extremely optimistic given the attention to detail in regards to both the particulars of my case, as well as intrest in me as a person. It's obvious that Mr. Parras believes that an intimate understanding of the client bears directly upon the outcome of legfal proceeding. While I find Mr. Parras to be intelligent, articulate, and details oriented, I believe, these characteristics can be assumed for any attorney of average or better quality...even those of poorer quality. However, the more illustrious or successful the attorneys, the rarer to find those genuinely interested in clients as people, and motivated as if on a personal level, to pursuing a clients interest ass one would expect for a family member. Nathan represented me last year. He would come see me before court and say one thing, seemed to do a 180 once we went before the judge. He seemed intimidated once we made it to court. After the final hearing, he never once came to see me to explain anything. Ended up having to do a three-way call with my wife just to get some answers, which obviously waived any sort of attorney-client privilege. He seemed distracted and like he didn't follow through with things. I saw guys I was locked up with with court appointed attorneys making more effort than this guy did. After multiple calls to him to try to get things done, I ended up doing them myself and had a 200% better outcome than when I had this guy fighting my battles.

I was referred to a friend who happened to be in the same cell block as me. I called him from jail collect on Xmas night around dinner time and HE ACTUALLY ACCEPTED. I hired him although my court date wasn't until the 1st week in Feb. He went to my court room and talked to the district attorney of my court and secured a deal. And this was the first week of Jan.. He came to see me and asked if I'd accept the deal. I was looking at 5yrs TDC. Now the deal he got was for time served if I signed on my court date in Feb. I SAID HELL YEAH. Now when my court date arrived my cell block was on quarantine for covid and I wasn't allowed to attend. But that didn't stop Paul. I called him and told him and he said don't worry. He got me a PR Bo d so that I was released the day I should have been with a court date to o my come and sign my papers But bad luck still tried to beat us, pretrial never came that night to release me. That still didn't stop Paul even though he was in Brazoria County and I was in Harris. All of a sudden I was called out for court. When I got to court pretrial was there with my bond papers to sign. But when I signed them the bailiff said I was getting a dbl. Whammy today. There was a phone and a stack of papers on a desk. I picked up the phone and Paul who was at the Brazoria courthouse walked me through each one as I signed them. Then I was escorted into the courtroom and it was only me, the bailiff, and the court coordinator. All of a sudden Paul (in brazoria) appeared on a screen via Zoom as did the Judge (from home). And there I accepted my plea agreement. Now I was wondering why I still signed my pr bond papers if I signed for my plea. Well it normally takes them until the middle of the night to release you after court but by the time I got back to housing , releasing had already been calling for me. Needless to say I was released within 2 hours of returning from court. Paul gets things done. And he keeps his promises. IF YOURE EVER IN A BIND CALL PAUL MORGAN. HE WONT LET YOU DOWN.
