We really appreciate how Oath has a system in place to move through the entire estate planning process. At first I thought it was a bit fast how smoothly and quickly they handled the process. I realized that Living Trusts are all they go, so they have the system down and know Trust Law extremely well. Why procrastinate when so many families/people already lag on getting their Living Trust completed.I realized that so much of the process was knowing what we wanted in detail and that took us some time, but it was great to know that OATH gives their clients 3 months to make any changes. There is also a no charge 3 year follow up or
a yearly follow up and revision option for a reasonable fee. Usually once a Trust is completed you never look at it again, but Oath has made this process simple. In late 2007 I was with a stockbroker from New York. At first everything seemed ok and then everything went bad very quickly. The agent was making unauthorized trades over $1,150,000 on margin when my account had about $ 240,000 in equity. I really did not understand what was happening. When I contacted Richard Stephens, He was very Professional and reassuring. Mr. Stephens. then reviewed the files, did his own investigation and found that the brokerage firm was using an unregistered securities firm, further that the brokers were involved in fraudulent activities and conduct. Mr. Stephens decided a course of action and filed a complaint with FINRA. During the FINRA hearings the brokerage firm was always late, witnesses not available and many other reasons to delay. Mr. Stephens was very aggressive in stopping these actions and bringing out what really happened. Mr. Stephens expertise and presentation to the FINRA hearing officers resulted in a positive outcome for me. From the start to the finish Mr. Stephens was always available and kept me updated at all times on what was happening. .I firmly believe that Mr. Stephens is a honest and fair man. As an Attorney it is my opinion that there is no finer or more capable than Richard Stephens. If I ever need another attorney, I will definitely contact Mr. Stephens. I recommend without any reservation Richard Stephens to any person who needs an attorney or legal guidance. I say this because, after loosing my retirement money, he gave me back my life and I am very thankful.

Attorney John Kakinuki tremendously helped me with my divorce proceedings. He said divorce wasn’t his specialty but mine was an international marriage and he is expert in international work and was recommended by mutual friends in our church, so he worked hard to make sure everything went right.

We were looking for insight into a new venture, and if we should do it as part of our corporation or set up a new company. Jan gave us more than the simple answer to the question. She helped us to understand the nature of the interactions between the companies involved, tax ramifications of structuring the deal, as well as the most effective and profitable strategy for how we classify associated cost of goods internally.
She helped us to understand issues within our accounting systems and how that information would help us to have a deeper and more genuine insight into each step of the process between sales, product fulfillment and billing.
The new venture is up and running (well) and we have a stronger insight into how our businesses are performing. We've also reduced our tax bill. On February 25, 2024, I was in an auto accident on the freeway.
Although the Highway Patrol Officer deemed me not at fault, my Insurance Company, GEICO, deemed me to be at fault.
