Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

Originally, I tried local printing shops but they said they needed 10 days and a 1,000 count order minimum as my request was custom. I didn’t have that much time or that kind of money as I’m trying to start my own business right now.
I found RushMyPrints through a google search by pure luck and I’m really glad I did.
Their website says they can print anything and have it delivered as a rush. I didn’t think this was true because every other print shop can’t do this!
I filled out the online form asking for an estimate on a Tuesday at 8:00 PM thinking “well, I guess I’ll hear back tomorrow”. Nope! I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?!
Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there’s just no way they can fulfill their promise.
By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn’t believe it.
They have a customer for life.
Don’t waste your money going anywhere else.

The night of Nov. 14, 2022 was one of the darkest nights of our lives. A city water main had burst and destroyed our home – for the second time in two years. We had lost everything, twice, and were surviving second by second, minute by minute, wondering how we were going to pick up the pieces and move forward.

Terrible law firm. I contacted them about a case that involved the wrongful death of my mom. After taking all the information and acting like they cared, I never heard back from them. I called multiple times and sent several emails asking to at least let me know if they were not willing to take my case. They did NOT. No sympathy, no courtesy. What a shame! They should be embarrassed to be treating potential clients like that.

I can only speak for Burton Mitchell, as I have not utilized the firm for other matters. Having gone through a few estate firms, Mr. Mitchell is the foremost expert and legal scholar in estate planning in So Calif. A prior firm not to be mentioned interviewed for a full page spread in the NYTs botched so much. Fame doesn’t equal knowledge. I switched and am forever grateful. Knowing Mr Mitchell’s character, he would NOT associate with other attorneys unless they are of similar aptitude. Legal matters, always tortuous. Judges or jurors decide whimsically especially in California. Any disgruntled matter should be directed to the TRIAR OF FACT, not councils regardless of firm, that has to deal with oftentimes a disinterested jury pool. That is a variable no one has control over. My overall observation, reasonably priced TOP NOTCH FIRM. From one high level professional to another, different fields but astute observer. I can't put into words how horrible of an experience it was in my opinion, she is very unethical, not moral, and I felt the entire time she was representing herself and defendants.
