Tenacious . We met Danielle by accident, we were driving by a property we were interested in and she was showing it to clients. She agreed to show it to us after they left. Cecilie Bodman Listens. It was so easy working with Cecilie when I originally bought my house that when it came time to sell my house she was the one I insisted on to handle the sale. She listened to what I said I needed and worked very hard to find just the right options and requirements that I specified. She explained in detail, and in language I could understand, about how we were proceeding and what had to be reviewed and signed. Cecilie also keep a close eye on deadlines and inspections and arranged everything which made it very easy for me to understand and implement. She also had some very good suggestions and is straight forward and honest in the whole process. I have a nuanced issue concerning MERS, real-estate law and contract law that I wanted to investigate. She produced a paper containing much of the knowledge I had already obtained. I believe she thinks my request to investigate the issue was either a wasted effort or unethical because I am not in foreclosure. If I were in foreclosure, I believe she would have been more interested in pursuing the issues. I may just be projecting my beliefs. Our communication was cut-off by her abruptly, so I don't feel confident I know her reasons for discontinuing our communication. Either way, your mileage may vary.
