I was very reluctant to hire a bankruptcy attorney, for a few reasons. First, there's a service in the internet that takes you through the whole process for free (although you do the filing yourself). Second, too many "attorneys" out there. Well, the best decision I've made lately was to hire Stephen. He's very knowledgeable and supportive, and (very important!) ALWAYS replies back in a timely manner. And his fee ended up being more than fair for the peace of mind I had through the whole process. Well, I got discharged! Thanks Stephen!

I engaged Mr. Orchard's services initially because I received a court document naming me as a defendant in a foreclosure action. Having no idea that I was attached to the property, I needed a local attorney's help, as I live in a different state.
Mr. Orchard patiently explained the legal meaning of the documents to me (actually more than once). Further, in assessing the implications of the documents and their impact on me, I had to share very personal and emotional family issues of estrangement and family wounds.
Previously, I hired a PI to assist with the family issues, but he turned out to be a scammer. I hired a different atty years before for the family issue, who provided bum advice, blew through the retainer, and said that was all he could do. I contacted the sheriff's office, who said there was nothing they could do. I was ready to surrender.
Long story short, Mr. Orchard was able to assist in discovering the familial information I was seeking and absolutely needed (and failed to obtain), and continued to work patiently with me to educate and coach me on the legal recourse I had with respect to the foreclosure. Additionally, I found him to be extremely fair and reasonable regarding the retainer I paid and the manner in which it was used.
His services began in April, 2021, and effectively ended in August 2022. Throughout this time, Steve communicated with me regularly, kept me informed regarding actions taken and actions needed, and represented me in an honest and dependable manner. In fact, I trusted him completely, and felt he always acted in my best interest.
In reality, he went out of his way to ensure I received the surplus funds I deserved from the foreclosure. Plus, he did all of this work over a 16-month period ON A CONTIGENCY BASIS! He even consulted with other attorneys that specialized in a completely different area of law (that was a factor in the claim) in order to ensure he was advising me correctly.
I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Orchard again, and you shouldn't either. If you are looking for an attorney that sees you instead of your money, I highly recommend Mr. Orchard. I found him and his lawfirm to provide excellent service, sound and helpful advice, and to have the best ethical integrity of any lawyer I've engaged!

We hired Eleni Pantaridis after consulting with three other law firms. Eleni set an in person consultation with us at our request, convenience and a location that we requested. She was prompt, professional and very friendly at our first meeting. We explained the problem we were having with our mortgage company. They were saying we were late on payments as well as missing a payment. We showed Eleni all payments made through online banking from the inception of the mortgage to present. They are destroying our credit. We explained we have tried repeatedly for 90 days to get it resolved, and we were not successful. Eleni explained what needed be done, the steps she would take and gave us her hourly rate and we hired her immediately.
She immediately started to work for us. She has kept us informed every step of the way. We are still working on trying to resolve the matter without filing a lawsuit, but I am very confident that we will prevail with Eleni representing us. I called on an inquiry unrelated to the business, and their desk attendant was present and kind and courteous. I have always believed that a business can either have patches of good near the top like bubbles on water; or they are good all the way through like a bar of soap. Mr. Tregerman was my lawyer in my foreclosure. He did a great job in representing me and the bank agreed to a modification instead of foreclosure. I believe it was based on his ability to show the bank, which was not my original lender, that there was possible fraud in the preparation of the mortgage.

This attorney, Mr. Don A. Paradiso was retained to represent me in a situation involving banking and stock market securities. He guided the case to a very satisfactory conclusion involving a settlement. What impressed me most was his patience in asking probing question meant to extract the facts of the case. Also, he makes it a point to keep his clients updated, in my case on a weekly basis. Not one week went by when he did not touch base with me to explain the last thing that happened and what his plan was for the next thing to happen. I have used lawyers in the past that did not call for 6 months and then only found the time to talk to you after you called them. I was also impressed by his coolness in negotiations with the opposing council.

When the bank tried to foreclose on my mortgage because i was a little passed due, I want to a modification specialist I heard adveretise on the radio. Big mistake. All hey did was take my money and make empty promises. A business associate referred me to Don Paradiso and my situation improved immediately. He was able to negotiate more favorable terms with my bank, and was able to get a loan modification for me quickly and effectively. All the while keeping me informed and up to date. I am the nervouse type who asks a lot of questions, and not once did Don show impatience or annoyance at any of my many questions no matter how trivial.
I would not hesitate to use or reccomend Don Paradiso to anybody. My only regret was not knowing about Don sooner.

I hired Attorney Feldman in Dec. 2017 to help with with a unique and sensitive rental property dispute. The whole situation was extremely stressful for me (especially around the holidays) but Attorney Feldman kept his cool, managed a very tense and adversarial dispute between me and the other party, and ultimately got me the desired result (refund) within a matter of approximately one week. He even responded to some of my emails after hours around the holidays when I wasn’t expecting it (I was amazed). Atty. I received Mr. Feldman's name after contacting ACAP. I called ACAP because I felt suspicious of the lawyer I hired as my personal representative attorney who was one in the same my dad hired to do his will.
I hired Robert to assist me after our initial telephone consultation. I gave him may areas in which I needed clarification and promised my speed to get through the probate process.
My brother subsequently hired Robert for a real estate closing.
Robert educated me on the various steps of probate, answered layperson questions and was quick to respond to calls and emails.

I am writing this review because i need to expose this mr Randall for who he is. He works for my condo association which means that my money is used to line his pokets. He is cleaning our reserves by threatening my neighbors and myself for no valid reason. He has no integrity and no ethics.
In addition , he is antisemitic. He had the audacity to serve me with a stupid fabricated letter on the Jewish high holidays just to disrespect my religion.
This man will sell his mother for a buck.
