We had to switch attorneys midway through a long stressful lawsuit after the previous attorney was overcharging and underperforming for us. We found Marc after asking a friend for a referral. He took over the pre trial phase in a way that restored our confidence in the system and our case. By the time we got to trial Marc's iron fist in a velvet glove ,combined with his knowledge of the nuances of our case and the case law , resulted in a slam dunk for us. Attorney Hipple handled my case in a professional manner and went out of his way to contact me outside of normal business hours when necessary. He won my case and I honestly couldn't have asked for better representation in the matter. The consultation was about five minutes short not as they mention an hour free consultation. he was on another call twice. cuts me off and assumes i have no money to pay him, first tells me mh cse has no way that he would ever win but tells me he needs 30000_40000 to start, then repeats it will never win. ys well.. you can look around but no lawyer will take your case. but it would be too much for me and tells me thats some lawyers go on tv saying that you dont pay unless you win that is not me i need to be sure i get paid.

I retained Sandra Kuhn to represent me and paid $800 to a $1,200 fee. I contacted her twice via telephone and both times she was extremely rude, but the last time was horrific. I sent her a certified letter asking her to refund my money which she ignored. Those of you looking for an attorney that will treat you with respect and not ad to the injury, look elsewhere.

This guy is a scam artist! Be aware, Keith Mathews deletes negative comments off of Google. Keith charged me 3k to sabotage my case. Keith lied numerous times by stating that he wasn't speaking with my former attorney. Not only was he speaking with my former attorney, but also the Defendant attorney, I have emails from Keith's office where the 3 of these attorneys are conspiring against me and withholding my periodic payment. Then Keith lied several times by saying he wasn't receiving documents from the court. Keith refused to give me documents to my case! Keith submitted filings without my knowledge. On more than one occasion, Keith didn't keep me informed of hearings, nor rescheduled hearings. Of course Keith blamed his Paralegal! Keith also told me that the Defendant contacted him, I'm sure Keith cut some deal with the dirtbag! These attorneys are sleaze bags!

Represented me for multiple cases; took my money and dropped the ball in court. Doesn’t return phone calls, even when scheduled a week or two in advance. Was supposed to file an appeal, never bothered to follow up or file. Also worth noting he is rude to clients in consultations and in the process, and cuts you off constantly. Very unprofessional and a con man. TLDR - Don’t hire this “lawyer”. Spend your money elsewhere on real representation.
