Very smooth introduction and seamless transition throughout the entire process. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Waiting for the courts for 3 months to finalize bankruptcy was the most difficult part and not a reflection upon lawyers, just the way it goes. On June 20, 2024 I met with Attorney Robert Manchel to address my questions about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Manchel was very attentive and pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns . I hired him the next day. During the bankruptcy process Mr. Manchel was always available to answer my questions through texts, phone and emails. He explained everything I needed to do and all information I needed to supply. He also told me step-by-step what would happen during the several month process. When it came time to address a judge I met with Mr. Manchel in his office and he helped me through the Zoom hearing. He kept me calm and guided me through the hearing. After the filing was complete- and during the waiting period- Mr. Manchel was always available to supply me with advice and information.
On October 28, 2024 Mr. Manchel contacted me through email, letter and phone that my bankruptcy case had been successfully discharge. He then went on to advise me to what I needed to do in the future to help restore my good credit.
I would highly recommend Mr. Manchel to anyone who finds themselves in the position I was in and has to seek bankruptcy to help them get back on steady financial ground.

This law firm was a complete disaster. I had a horrible experience with them and strongly advise against using their services. They are the epitome of incompetence.
The partner I worked with, Karl Norgaard, came across as intelligent and personable, but his actions did not match his words. He assigned my case to the most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered, Milica Fatovich.
Milica refused to listen to my suggestions, thinking she was always right, and when it turned out I was correct, she tried to take credit for it. She spent more time talking and repeating obvious things than actually working on my case. Essentially, she was just a paper pusher, forwarding emails from the opposing attorneys without checking the content or providing creative ideas to help or advocate for my case.
The firm completely mishandled my case, forcing me to agree to terms I didn't want. They promised to get me what was agreed upon, but in the end, nothing was true. They claimed ignorance and refused to correct the issues or demand the other side adhere to the agreed terms. They only seemed to care about ensuring they got paid their exorbitant fees directly from the settlement.

Karl provided excellent legal representation in protecting me from a very difficult and aggressive tenant who would not vacate my home at the end of the lease, and even had the audacity to sue me for not renewing the lease, when it was within my legal rights.
This whole ordeal, along with the bullying from my tenant and the huge fear of navigating in the unfamiliar legal process and court systems, was mentally, emotionally and physically difficult. Karl provided a sense of peace, and perfectly handled the case and all subsequent matters with competence, sympathy and understanding. His whole team were also amazing with direct, efficient communication.

Karl and Cassandra were great in helping us deal with our mortgage modification loan. When the lender fouled up and both sent and signed back the wrong paperwork then later claimed that the contract was invalid, threatening a foreclosure, Cassandra was instrumental to getting the lender to understand their faults, was able to stop the foreclosure process and get us back into the modified loan.
During this process there were quick on replying to any of our questions and dealt with the lender quickly and effectively.

I found Sameer on google while looking for an immigration lawyer and I was sure that I wanted to work with him after reading his reviews, he helped me initially in getting my green card and helped clarify all my questions about it.
I reached out to him again to take help in getting my green card renewed where he guided me about the entire process on getting the condition removed from my marriage based green card.
Unfortunately due to my budget I could not work with him (which I really wanted too) but
if anyone needs any and is looking for a good immigration lawyer I always recommend.
