I had something pop up out of the blue, where my wages and/or income tax refund was about to be garnished. I called him up because of his other reviews on here, and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Without any questions or sales pitch, he got straight to the point and gave me advice on the matter while also pointing out other avenues I could explore (potentially saving me hundreds of dollars). Stuart was referred to me 10 years ago by another attorney who could not do what we needed in planning an estate. We had a very scary situation with our land contract home where we lived happily for almost 10 years. Then we had our happiness turned upside down.
