I had significant assets and was in a very contested divorce. I needed a new lawyer because my first lawyer was not aggressive enough to get me through the divorce. I reviewed the case with Angelina Whittington. She took the case and did what it took to get me exactly the deal that I wanted. She even got my ex wife's lawyer to withdraw from the case over a technicality. She was brilliant. The judge had nothing but praise for her and the way she handled my case. I was out of the marriage in under a year with the assets I wanted to keep still in my name. She did everything right. She billed me monthly. She spent a lot of time on the case, but it required a lot of time and I never got a shocking bill. Her rates were fair. I would recommend her to anyone who has a family matter and wants a great lawyer at a reasonable rate. She got the job done when my last lawyer said there was no way I would ever get everything I was asking for.

I hired Angelina Whittington to handle a very complicated probate case. I was appointed Personal Representative for my father's estate. My father had real estate in the US and in Canada which she identified and sold for the estate. Angelina Whittington found bank accounts in Switzerland and Lithuania in my father's name. She quickly had the money transferred from the Swiss Account into the probate account. However, the Lithuanian Bank refused to release the funds, so Angelina got all the required paperwork in order, flew to Lithuania and in three days time got the Lithuanian Bank to release all the money to the probate estate. She coordinated the case with my five brothers and sisters located throughout the United States and did a remarkable job keeping everyone happy and getting the estate closed and the monies distributed. I give her my very highest recommendation for probate matters. She went above and beyond the call of duty on this one and her fee was very reasonable given the work involved on this case.

First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! For the past four years, I have been trying to build a relationship with my five-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, the mother and her family have fought me on every end. It has been painful and exhausting. Last year, I decided to file for a Parenting/Time Sharing plan. I represented myself while the other party hired a lawyer. I couldn't afford one. Unfortunately, the case took a turn and I was left with a bag of questions. When I called Ms. Shere's office, her assistant was so kind and patient as I explained my situation. There was empathy and thoughtfulness on the other end of the line. She was very honest and could not guarantee that Ms. Sherer would be able to get back to me in the time I needed but promised she would try.
No more than two hours later I received a call from Ms. Sherer herself. Not an attorney looking to take a case for money, but someone who was genuine and wanted to understand so that she could provide me with the best advice. I must have called ten lawyers today and she was the first one to give me actionable steps to take (like filing a motion for clarification so I could understand exactly what was said during my hearing) to help my case. I nearly cried when I got off the call. She gave me answers and guidance. She even informed me that I would likely need an appellate attorney should the case move forward and I should prepare for that.
I am grateful for Ms. Sherer and her team. The care, attention, and empathy they exhibited was heartfelt. We need more of it in the world.
