Mr. Cashman provided me with extensive free legal consultation in dealing with a particular "copyright troll". All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

Mr. Gilpin has a 5 star rating for a reason. I went through the experience of have other attorneys saying I did not qualify for Bankruptcy and suggested an even more costly repayment plan. Mr. Gilpin actually found that I did qualify and was very straight forward and explained each and every detailed step throughout the ENTIRE process. I never once had to wait until he was available and he always returned my calls within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend you go with him. He gives you the information needed and as long as you do what is needed of you the man can work it out for you. A lengthy process, but we received our discharge. Overall, Nathan did a great job. A couple of hiccups, but I'm sure it happens with these types of cases. Only advice I would give to someone thinking about Chapter 7 or 13 would be to ask lots of questions and follow up constantly. Never assume your case is being worked on.

I was having a hard time finding a real estate attorney to help write an REC for a property I was selling in New Mexico ... I was being shuffled off from one to another, after waiting days for call backs. I found Ms Jurist online, and was impressed with the great ratings. When I called the firm, I got in touch with someone who could help me right away, and within a day was talking with LeNatria. I hired her on the spot.
She was attentive and knowledgeable while guiding me through the process of selling my property; at a cost much less than a real estate agent/broker would charge.
I appreciated using electronic messaging as the means of communication. It allowed me to go through documents at my pace! ... and, responses to my questions and concerns were very quick.
I highly recommend Ms. Jurist and will hire her again when the need arises.

I was selling my home FSBO and needed a lawyer to review the documents and help me with the title transfer. I live 3,000 miles from the property that I was attempting to sell and needed an attorney close to it so that the sellers could have the closing at the attorney’s office. In my search, I called about 22 attorneys that advertised themselves as real estate attorneys. I received a return call from two. Fortunately for me, Kerry Lee Prisock was the first, and, how glad I am that he was. After reading his online reviews, I decided he was my attorney of choice. Am I glad I did? He made the 3,000 miles seem like nothing. Most of the communication was electronic via email and text. I paid for his services via PayPal (how cool is that??). I was soon to find out that he is probably the most accommodating attorney when it comes to schedules. I’ve sent texts late and received responses when most would have turned off their phones. He was actually willing to have the closing on Memorial Day (go figure!!). When the buyers ran into trouble with the time for the closing, he rescheduled one of other clients so that they could meet with him based on their schedule.
But, this is what sets Mr. Prisock apart from all others. The transaction was complete, I had paid him and he had provided all services promised. So needless to say, I was surprised when, the next day, I received an email from him saying that the bank needed more information from me. I truly believe that if Mr. Prisock was the average attorney, he would have considered the transaction complete and I would never have received that email. The agreement had been met on both sides….there was nothing further to be done. But being who Mr. Prisock is, he went out of his way to make sure I received the information. Because I received it in a timely manner, I was able to ensure that the closing went through.
If you haven’t decided on an attorney to help you with your situation, please consider this one. From the bottom of my heart, I believe he will serve you well.

Kerry recently helped my husband and me with the purchase of our home. We had some major issues that we needed negotiated with the seller to be able to close on the home. We are from out of state, so we weren't familiar with any area attorneys. We called a few law offices, but Kerry seemed the most competent. We hired him without even meeting him and paid him via PayPal. He did everything he said he would and more to get us to the closing stage. He was always available via phone, email, or text. Mr. Jeffrey Sprigg is a God-sent attorney for us !! I am a LANDLORD. My wife and I are eternally grateful to Mr. Sprigg for his guidance, and the manner he represented us in a trial in the County Court.
Our tenant was harassing us for a long time, and he sued us with his bogus claim, for no fault of ours. We were so worried that we would lose to this person, and he would find loopholes to delay vacating our house, but Mr. Sprigg came as our savior.

I am a Senior Claims Manager for a roofing company. Mark was actually a client that I provided a roof for.
I had an ongoing Child Support issue. Once I found out he was a Lawyer I asked him for advice. At that time my legal issue weren't as serious. He gave me good advice free of charge. But a short time after, I was in a situation that took a nasty turn.
The Attorney General's Office had set my child support at a fair rate, I thought... I was told we would have to come back because the mother wanted legal advice... when we returned, what was originally agreed upon, dramatically changed... I was facing the Judge. Instead of the attorney who was just used as a negotiator the other times I went there... from what they were telling me, it was sounding like I was going to be paying possibly double to tripe what was originally agreed upon. This would have had me deep in debt and most likely ended me up in jail, as it truly wasn't fair legally to my actual income.
At this point I knew I needed a lawyer. Mark was the first person I thought of.
Mark has a great approach of trying to avoid the courtroom, if possible. Although we did have to go into the court house, Mark had turned all my anxiety into relief very quickly.
Days before my court date, with very little notice or much time for Mark to work with, outside of the courtroom, Mark was able to negotiate... First, with the Lead Attorney, at the Attorney General's Office, and then with the mother.
He not only negotiated a fair and reasonable child support for me, he negotiated it in a way that totally satisfied the mother as well.
Mark's price was fair too! He also has really worked with me on payment, because I was already in a pretty tough financial situation.
Mark provided me with much needed relief and total satisfaction! He also is a great guy and easy to work with, which is an added plus.
I would strongly recommend him!

It was very difficult making the decision to go through bankruptcy. My biggest fear was getting a lawyer who did not care or have a personal touch. Carrie was exactly what we needed.
