After retiring my finances got out of control and I had to file bankruptcy. This was a scary thing for me to do because I didn't know what to expect. I spent several days calling different bankruptcy lawyers. I called about fifteen different bankruptcy attorneys and was unable to get help from them because they did not have the time to help me and basically rushed me off the phone. At that point I started to give up but I decided to make one last call and that call connected me to Kimberly Chandler. Ms. Chandler answered the phone with such a warm and friendly voice. i used merna law for chapter 7, I was very embarrassed and felt like a failure, he explained everything well, and really fought for me. my credit was terrible i could not even get a car loan. he got my case discharged, explained how to build credit. 1 year later for approved for 1.4% car loan for five years. he is laid back, but knows his stuff. sadly i live in north carolina and they made a ruling after my case that we can no longer file in va, otherwise I would use the firm him 4 life

Mrs Gardner took care of our bankruptcy. She was extremely knowledgable in both the chapter 7 and 13 and helped me to figure out which one was the best at helping our family. She was even able to get 2 mortgage liens stripped because my house was no longer worth the amount of the two equity loans. She was wonderful at making us feel comfortable and always quick at replying to our emails or calling us back when we had questions. I stopped in the office to get her help with out an appointment when I was panicked over my husband having his clearance taken because of our financial problems and she brought me right into her office and wrote a letter for us and made copies of paperwork for us and calmed me down as she worked with her scheduled clients in other offices. Mrs Gardner saved my husbands clearance and helped us save our home with our bankruptcy! She is wonderful!

Was most helpful in a Chap 7 bankruptcy following loss of employment. Her skill enabled me to retain my automobiles and two residential properties through the bankruptcy. Her advice enabled me to complete loan modifications on both mortgages successfully, even though she did not represent me in either process. The positive outcome of the bankruptcy far exceeded my expectations and prevented what could have been a real disaster.

With Mr. Benjamin Fitzgerald at SSHW you are truly “in good hands.” He is everything you would want to have in someone representing your interests. His reassuring compassion and empathy will put your mind at ease in trying times and his knowledge, professionalism, and direct approach, both inside and outside the courtroom will ensure that you achieve the best possible outcomes. I was at a really bad place when I first called him on a late Thursday evening, he took the time to understand the situation and by the time I met him, first thing on Friday morning, the next day, he had already worked out and set a plan in motion. What I had expected would take at least a week or two, was achieved within an evening. I cannot recommend The Reed Law Firm highly enough! While Mr. Reed represented me though a detinue case and Mrs. Reed represented me in my divorce, the firm as a whole worked together like a family. I was hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene and was later arrested. My vehicle was totaled, I was in PT for 9 months and Keith Marcus and his staff were by my side every step of the way! You would expect a lawyer who “only gets paid when you get paid” to not be concerned about your well being until you have been released by the doctors. Not Mr. Marcus! He checked on me regularly to make sure I was feeling better and reassuring me that he would handle all the paperwork that came my way and for me to just focus on getting better. My disabled boyfriend who had been separated since 2016 but fighting for his life against cancer since sept 2019 was finally well enough to finish his non-contested divorce. He use Zack. Nice man BUT he did not keep his word on anything!! Not only were we charged DOUBLE the max price he quoted but it took SIX months (he told us 45 days) for a divorce that was already filed (wordage was wrong in paperwork) AND he MAILED in the final decree. Everything was LOST in the mail which is why we had to ask WHY it hadn't gotten to the court plus we were charged a second time for him to redo the paperwork he lost, he stated it wasn't his fault!! Well we had instructed him the we would take the paperwork to the courts in the beginning and for him to CC myself on all emails, so nothing would get missed. Neither was done. So one star. Do better!!!!

They definitely show a clear sense of favoritism and underpay you. They had no clear reason to fire me less than a month being there and barely even trained me but expected me to learn everything. They have no clear structure or proper management there. Definitely do not recommend them

Hampton Roads… this is long overdue and I do apologize, but I do want to say back in 2008, my husband and I, we were in a terrible car accident, on Highway 58 in Virginia, my husband was driving a red car came out in front of us and hasn’t swerve from hitting the right vehicle. The vehicle never stopped and attract. The trailer had hit us a long story short my husband was in a coma. He was air VAC to Sentera hospital and off, and I was also hospitalized for three days. I have no idea how we would’ve gotten out of the situation without the help of George Albiston, Brannon& Gilbert and team! This organization really truly got us back on track help my husband through this ordeal, it also helped me to get my life back on track. Mr.Albiston and his team was a godsend! They help me regain to get my life back. I had to trust him. I had to have confidence in myself. And I also had to realize that this man knew what he was talking about. I realize also picking this team was the best decision for my husband, and myself, Mr. Albiston and, his team, was very precise and very knowledgeable, he won our case in court! We were very blessed that he was our attorney and he helped us win our case, Sandra, was very polite, very helpful and very knowledgeable, whenever you are in need for an an attorney or a lawyer, please do not hesitate to call his office, The team is very family oriented! DO NOT HIRE. I never for the most part take the time out of my busy schedule to write reviews but this is one exception I will make. This will be bit of a read but believe me you will be happy you came across this while looking for an Immigration lawyer to hire. At first when my wife and I needed to find a lawyer to handle our case to get her Spouse Visa I called many different lawyers and I was not confident in any of them as I was with Phil Mirarchi. I was genuinely really happy when first speaking with him, and he sounded really knowledgeable in this very important process which would change both of our lives. I would later on really be disappointed in having hired him to handle our case and you will too if you hire him. . I can't explain how tiring and upset I am because I honestly felt I would of done a better job ourselves. With the lack of communication, negligence, and apathetic care in the case there is no way I could ever refer him to anyone. With such an life changing process if you really care about your loved one please look elsewhere because this is NOT the lawyer to hire. We did not get reimbursed or even a partial refund for all the issues that were caused, and that's ok. We did learn our lesson and I hope you too don't get suckered in and suffer the same heartache we went through dealing with Phil Mirarchi. This has really negatively impacted both of us and now we are left with the damage already being done. BEWARE... out of a rating of a 5 I would give him a .5/5 because he did make a good impression in the interview. Went down hill after that. ..
