Rick is an outstanding attorney with extremely high morals and integrity who works passionately for everyone he represents. Mr. Bell was so greatly appreciated for his work that he did for my husband & I. He was very prompt in completing the job in hand and when it came time to sign papers, he made himself available for our convenience. When we did meet, Mr. Bell was very explanatory in what he had done for us and it was in simple laymen's terms and not a lot of complicated legal jargon. I found myself totally lost for reactions from a wrongful termination from my employment, after over 4 years. Never written or verbally told that they were unhappy with my work! Only thing was we continued to disagree with their billing practices. We have completed the trial for false claims with the government and won. Now awaiting trial for the wrongful termination. Mrs. Eastwood and her staff are excellent. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with family after my mom passed. She wouldn't take it to court as I was already handling things correctly and it would be just a waste of my money. Can you imagine?! A lawyer that is honest enough to not take you because it would not benefit you. I was stunned. She also wrote a letter for me stating the business at hand so I could give to my family. Any consideration toward litigation is a serious matter. For me, it was deeply personal too. I remember relating the circumstances to Ms. Trueblood & feeling emotionally wrecked.
She agreed to take my case and I left. I didn't hear anything for awhile, so I called.
I asked Ms. Trueblood if she needed anything, how things were progressing, etc. and Ms. Trueblood's response was, "Go to work. We will handle this." Those words were confidence boosting and reassuring. So I did...go to work, that is.
Next thing I know, there is a settlement offer and Ms. Trueblood and Mr. Henry Brewster are wrapping things up for me.
They protected me when I felt I was losing everything I worked for.
I remember being told by the company I was in litigation with telling me that they had the best attorney in the state, and I would regret this fight through every generation of family I had.

As a business owner I would not recommend this firm to help recover financial damages associated with external defamation and/or an ex-business partner grossly misusing business funds. I had plenty of evidence to initiate a suit but the attorney consistently came up with reasons not to. I paid over $13K in legal fees and only managed to get a letter sent to one of my defamers which I recommended. It's my belief these guys only wanted to continue charging ongoing hourly rates to a successful business. If the firm believed I didn't have a case worthy of a suit I believe the right thing to do would be to evaluate the evidence up front and walk away instead of continuing to rack up fees. The only reason for the second star is the attorney was somewhat responsive to all questions, usually within 24 hours.
