Wasted my 15 months for PWD and PERm and end result is it got denied because of his mistake to not including my skills in ETA-9089 besides providing him all the details. Even after it got denied, he seems like nothing happened and jeopardizing my future and now i am left with no option else than leaving US as my time is getting closer. I would definitely not recommend him and I still can't believe that i am not the first person to give this type of review but still he is serving in this organization. Seems like all Attorneys here are like same where no one care about their clients. If you wish to waste your time and money, please hire from here.

I was involved in a lengthy divorce which ended up with me no longer able to trust my own lawyer. Data that I had asked for repeatedly never turned up, my lawyer knew the opposing counsel personally, and talked about it often, and even knew the new woman my husband was seeing. Too close a circle. I asked my friend who was high up in HR in a large downtown corporation for help as I didn't trust the numbers, and she sent me to an eminent accounting firm for an opinion in determining whether or not I should hire a separate outside forensic accountant for my divorce case, as again I no longer trusted that my own lawyer was truly acting in my own best interest. Well, this firm advised me instead to first consider a young attorney just setting up his practice (this was about 7-8 years ago), who had worked for an aggressive firm and succeeded against some well known and tough lawyers. He was described as "having one of the best legal minds around, hands down." And so, my association with Andy began. He was easy to talk to and empathetic, but professional at all times. He was a wealth of knowledge, and knew the law exactly. He understood the broader picture, yet also knew how to focus in on what was most important for the long term. And the case was successful in my favor. Without his expertise, I felt that major points were being missed. Best of all, he was extraordinarily fair in his pricing (I had gotten used to grossly overpaying for poor services), and was so very very patient when it took me awhile to fully repay him. I feel he knows what he is doing, and has an honest heart - very, very hard to find in divorce attorneys.

I retained Andy to represent me in Feb of 2016. At my initial meeting with Andy I felt comfortable that what he told me was the right direction of the dissolution and trusted in his support. I expressed first and foremost importance was the wellbeing of my son, after we were displaced by my ex. There was initially temporary relief after his first motion for support. However after that, the case lulled along, motion after motion were filed after numerous orders were not followed by my ex husband and his high profile attorney dictated the tone of the finality of the case. My ex husband continually stalled the case by not producing what he was told to produce order after order, even after numerous follow up emails and requests I had made. I was denied access to get back into the marital residence for my personal belongings since we were displaced almost 3 years ago. I was shut out my 410k without access to trade within despite numerous emails to my attorneys and the United States Department of Employment Security. Every single marital asset was in my ex's control, except the car I left with. Again, yes there were points of minimal relief, however my credit suffered tremendously.
I was rationed back a small portion of martial money to pay my and my sons medical bills, two months before the divorce was final. I followed every order, every request for information, all discovery requests, my deposition, as well as court dates and meetings with the GAL. It took over 2 years to get a parenting plan in place, after meditation , failure to come to the minimal consensus with the other party.
There was never an urgency for the wellbeing of my son, after this was expressed to exhaustion, it lulled . It was always the wait and see approach, I expressed my concerns about the final settlement and parenting plan, in my opinion they were taken lightly , It was the "best I was going to do” and "that's a reasonable amount of time for them to propose given the circumstances of your case”. After expressing my concerns regarding the final settlement, I was left playing go fetch with my settlement and discovering now the aftermath of not only the the tax ramifications, but they also took my ex husbands word regarding utilities, taxes, leases and association fees being “up to date” when some were months and years delinquent. There were many instances I felt I was not in control of the outcome after serious expression to both my attorneys. In my opinion, your lawyer should have an overall direct plan for your case not a wait and see approach. If there is any component of mental and financial abuse in your relationship with your ex, they should also be verse in representing that type of client. Not allowing an opposing council to speak to their client in a derogatory way as they wait for the prove up. I understand there is a non emotional component of the representation, but there should be a highly regarded component of fiduciary responsibility that should be addressed not disregarded after expressing that on multiple occasions. My ex husband was able dissipate marital funds through the entire divorce, make unilateral decisions regarding our marital properties- and he was also able to pay his attorney fees out of the marital assets. I never questioned their professional opinions or billable hours , the future of the dissolution was entrusted in their hands. However toward the end I asked Andy and his team to review the invoices where I was charged over 14k a month for numerous months. I saw a more intensity of attention to my case when the final bill was in question than when I was in need of emergency funds to pay my rent in the middle of the divorce.

I contacted Steve Morrill in regards to two specific legal/government law matters from which I believe he could handle. His first emails sounded promising in that he was looking into things and was on top of them. From speaking with him, I have no doubts he is a qualified jurist, but unfortunately my issues were put off.
One of the issues (relating to executive clemency on a simple misdemeanor case) he directly claimed in an email he had experience with and had successfully represented individuals. I wanted to retain/contract his services for that matter, but when push came to shove, it was a major disappointment. He seemed to backtrack on many things he told me and showed disinterest in my case/issues, which was in direct contrast from his initial communications. After being unable to reach him for several weeks, I requested that he please refer me to another qualified person who can handle my case before it was too late. To my dismay, I never heard back from him in regards to this simple request. The deadline also passed on what I needed done on my clemency petition, and adverse action was take that can never be undone. My parents and I are now left devastated. There is no doubt this lawyer could have helped my cause with much different outcome than the situation I am now in. My legal options have now expired, and I am left in a predicament.

Daniel Hernandez is one of the most arrogant people I have ever chatted with. In 2024 i was stupid enough to pay this guy a fee to bid a flat rate for my contested divorce. He took 2-4 weeks to actually bid his rate after i initially contacted his fantastic dream team. After the bidding was done I nicely explained that his final flat fee for the final court hearing needed to be defined
in a more precise manner because his vague bid of $10,000 per day was totally unjustified because every trial judge has different amount of court time for their specific courtroom. I asked him to provide the rates for half days , 1/4 days etc. This was totally reasonable on my part because his original flat rate for months before the trial was monthly and much less. His entire concept of getting involved in the case was on a limited scope basis so he could milk clients for the final week of billing which on average when you do the math comes to $400 to $1000
per hour . He makes Ridiculous statements to cover his high rates such as there is three hours of research time for every actual one hour of court time. He sounds like an average car salesman at best and I could see right through his silly billing arrangement to milk clients totally and make him look cheap and reasonably costing. The bare Milagro best a top divorce farm in Illinois and has staff are superior to him and they charge about 350 an hour to 400 an hour. His rates are completely unfair, and he has a very arrogant man for thinking that he is worth more or the same as a Bierman attorney. Also paying an attorney to cherry pick the case and toss out a flat rate is borderline unethical. I also don’t appreciate him wasting my time telling me that his office lady would give specific rates for the final trial. He also had other fixed rates mixed into his monthly and daily rates so it’s very difficult to compare his price action to anougher legal firm. But I have to hand it to him he is a robotic machine that probably has made himself Multibillionaire thru very little effort and low case volume. The part of his quotation where he doesn’t even agree to rep you for the final trial flat rate that was the final flat rate is borderline unethical. Most decent flat rate attorneys charge like $3000 to $5000 per day. Is $10,000 per day is totally ridiculous and he does not deserve this kind of money even if he went to Yale law school which he did not go to. I believe he went to John Marshall which is mostly at night school or school of that level. And the fact that he chooses to only handle divorce cases shows that this man has no work ethic whatsoever, and he’s basically milking himself a segment, where people are very ignorant, and he can take advantage of them. I get nauseous, thinking of his argumentation and sales court routine. He almost sounds like a pimp, trying to get the most money for his goods.
