Miss Blevins listened to my situation, as a Wounded Warrior at Walter Reed, analyzed it carefully providing a detailed back brief explaining what previous counsel had omitted and what should have been done during the time line that Social Security requires. Her analysis was spot on. Miss Blevins knowledge of Social Security and its processes was critical to fixing prior counsels’ errors. This knowledge was paramount in her legal brief achieving a complete reversal of SSA’s wrong opinion. Miss Blevins is a Top-Notch attorney who was able to get my case reversed, corrected and resolved in a timely manner.
If I had known of her to begin with, I would have chosen Miss Blevins from the start! I will use her moving forward should I have any more Military, VA or Social Security actions.

Mr. Sysko and his team represented me regarding a recent clearance decision. From the beginning, you could tell he had taken on many clearance cases in the past, as he was very knowledgeable of my situation and what was needed to provide a strong appeal. Attorney Boyd was everything I could ask for in a lawyer with the most reasonable price I could find. It turned out that my case fell into a different branch of administrative law than what she does, but she spent almost an hour on the phone with me suggesting different places I could try, and emailed me more information after the call. I hired Ms. Potthast from a referral by another firms lawyer. (that firm was already representing someone in this matter) The legal matter involved what I call a frivolous lawsuit regarding a rental property I owned and had sold. I had many documents for this property, not in the best organization. Ms. Potthast took my information, directed me me locate in my files specific documents I may have overlooked. Mike was brought in by our lawyer Frank Benevenuto to help out in a my DUI case. Mike had a good rapport with the prosecutor in the case and Frank thought Mike would be the best one to deal with this prosecutor. Mike was very reassuring and got me probation before judgement plea, which is the best we could have hoped for. Mike cares about his clients and worked hard to get the best outcome he could. I highly recommend him if you have any legal issues in Maryland.

Phil Culpepper is an excellent litigator. My case was garbage but Phil's quick wit and dynamic arguments convinced the judge that my opponent had the weaker case against me and it was tossed out of court after Phil argued for about 10 minutes.

Charles assisted us in permitting a pier destroyed by Isabel hurricane. The pier was rebuilt assuming one did not need a permit and there were discussions with MDE and AA county to get approvals and a permit for the pier that was slightly different in configuration but of lesser impact. We could not have navigated the process without his assistance.

I contacted Mr. Thomas to draft an estate plan and final will and testament for my Uncle. I expected it to cost a lot and be a difficult process. I was very wrong on both fronts. Adele took my discrimination case when most attorneys said no. I had a very hard time finding a lawyer to defend me and had to do most of the work on my own. The EEOC was no help they sided with the employer that sent them false documentation which caused me to loose their representation. It could have been squashed then if i knew what to send to the EEOC and understood their procedures but i had no legal help even from the legal AIDE agency. Adele hinted me in the right direction of what to send to the court in my civil case understood my story and took the case. When she took the case it was at the last stages. I was in the process of losing my case. She turned the case around and I was able to settle out of court with my employer. I live comfortably with the compensation I received from the employer along my SSI benefit. the case has been over for months and i still have cash in the bank. What I really admire about her she took my case looking at the condition I was in with no money and failing health. To be honest i was dead broke, failing health and homeless living out of my car. You can not find a lawyer like that anywhere these days that will do that, you just can't. Adele makes lawyers not look so bad. She a tough gal! I would to proud to recommend her to anyone. Being an gay man in corporate America is tough if you cant hide it or they are on a witch hunt. Its nice to know their are people like Adele out there that will stand up for just because its the right thing to do.
