I hired Drewes Law for a family to family, as-is real estate transaction so therefore a much more expensive realtor was not needed. I hired them based on the other great Google reviews and it was a great decision! They explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions up front, then got going on the process while always keeping me in the loop. We were working through a family member who was Attorney-in-fact/Power of Attorney for my grandmother, which slightly complicated things in my opinion but it was never an issue for the Drewes team. Toward the end there was an issue with the county rejecting some filings, to which Drewes Law reached out to me immediately to let me know, but also let me know they re-reviewed everything and told me they were confident there was no reason for the rejection. They called my county the next business day to which the county recognized the mistake and that it indeed should not have been rejected (mistake due to being down workers/having new workers due to Covid). The County immediately approved and I was sent the Deed a few days later. Excellent work and thoroughness by the Drewes Law Team! David, Annie and Jonathan were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing Real Estate law representation. Thanks Drewes Law team for helping us purchase this little piece of paradise that my family and I will continue to enjoy for years to come!

I spoke with Mr. Schenk for an initial consultation. He requested documents to be able to provide a fee estimate, which I sent 2 days later. Then I didn't hear back from him for over 2 weeks. After a week and a half, I sent him an initial email to touch base without a response by him. I left him a total of 2 voicemails and sent 2 e-mails over the next week requesting just confirmation that he received the documents and that they didn't end up with someone else. My final attempt/2nd email is the one that finally got a response stating that he is too busy right now. Despite me stating at the consultation that I finally had saved up enough money to afford an attorney and my life was hung up due to my issue, he now states he wouldn't be able to even start to help me for several months. He is unable to effectively communicate expectations, unable to communicate much at all, and is completely unprofessional. He wasted my time and caused me great distress being effectively ghosted by an attorney. I did not deserve to be treated like he has treated me.

Brian was my fiercest advocate during my formal medical board proceedings. He was knowledgeable but also understood the dynamics of the board!! Well prepared I NEVER worried about deadlines being missed or the wrong paperwork being submitted. He addressed my case in a manner that was not only clear and firm but allowed me to have a voice in the telling of my story!

From the very first call, I could tell that he would be a great consultant for my case. Even before officially hiring Brian, he was very invested in my issue, which made me want to hire him as my lawyer. The documents he has prepared look very professional and organized. I don't understand a lot of the lawyer terms but Brian was able to explain all the details and was very patient with me. Super friendly guy and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him.

I applied for the Human Resources Assistant position with Stinson, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in August 2024. I was called the next day after applying via their online job application on their website. My initial telephone interview was with Chelsea L. Clennan, Director of Human Resources for Stinson, LLP, who's located in their Wichita, Kansas office. Chelsea was immediately complimenting me, telling me that any employer would be lucky to have me, that my skillsets are perfect for the role, that they would move quick for me in the recruitment process, they would make same-day job offers if needed-- immediately raising red flags for me that she was not a genuine person. She immediately moved me on to the second and final stage of the hiring process: the final interview with the hiring manager, the HR manager of the Minneapolis office-- both of whom reported to Chelsea. My suspicions of Chelsea would prove correct when, all the sudden, after letting her know after my final interview on Friday afternoon that I did have another offer, which I'd received the day prior, Chelsea responded to my email quickly, letting me know her and her hiring team would meet on Monday. In her email to me, which I've attached, she even told me her team considered me a top candidate. Monday came and went-- nothing, crickets. Tuesday, I received the attached screen shot email, letting me know they'd meet later that day. I replied, thanked her for keeping me in the loop, even further expressing my gratitude for keeping in touch with me and making me feel respected and valued. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -- absolute radio silence from Chelsea L. Clennan. I sent a polite follow up email Friday afternoon-- again, I had been ghosted. Not a single reply or word from Chelsea or her team ever since -- despite her shtick of "you're a top candidate" and "we move quickly." I shudder to think how Stinson, LLP employees -- whether in Minneapolis or Kansas -- are treated if Chelsea treated a job applicant -- me -- with what I felt like was pure garbage and disrespect. Personally, I do not recommend Stinson as a place to work based on my experience as a job candidate and how I feel I was treated. When people like the human resources director show you their true colors-- believe them.

I walked in alone to a hearing riddled with anxiety and uncertainty, with no legal representation. Not knowing what was going to be my outcome, especially over a situation that should not have even been brought to a level where court would have been involved, I requested a court appointed attorney. I have never lucked out so much in my entire life than I did that day. Stinson Law firm just so happened to be providing pro bono work that morning and took my case. The two attorneys I worked with not only helped me feel validated in my disbelief that I was even there, but also were the most knowledgeable powerhouse of representation I could have ever asked for. If I were to sum it all up in 3 reasons why I would recommend them to anyone, it would be: Top notch negotiation skills, an unmatched knowledge of the law surrounding my scenario, and for being the most personable, down to earth people, to have the pleasure of working with.

Our experience with Burns & Hansen, P.A. has so far been limited and brief, but at the same time significant and sincere. Two phone conversations with attorney Martin Melang clearly showed us that Burns & Hansen operates under a culture of care and undeniable expertise. Martin took the time and made the effort to walk us through options and clarify situations. While we don't look forward to requiring the services of a lawyer; if the need arises, Burns & Hansen (and Melang) is our first call. I wish there was a sixth star.

Jim and Ethan did an excellent job of resolving my auto accident case. I was referred by someone that was familiar with the quality of work that they do. I was rear ended in a car accident and ended up needing rehab on my neck, shoulders, and back to get back to as normal as possible. I was called the next day after applying via their online job application on their website. My initial telephone interview was with Chelsea L. Clennan, Director of Human Resources for Stinson, LLP, who's located in their Wichita, Kansas office. Chelsea was immediately complimenting me, telling me that any employer would be lucky to have me, that my skillsets are perfect for the role, that they would move quick for me in the recruitment process, they would make same-day job offers if needed-- immediately raising red flags for me that she was not a genuine person. She immediately moved me on to the second and final stage of the hiring process: the final interview with the hiring manager, the HR manager of the Minneapolis office-- both of whom reported to Chelsea. My suspicions of Chelsea would prove correct when, all the sudden, after letting her know after my final interview on Friday afternoon that I did have another offer, which I'd received the day prior, Chelsea responded to my email quickly, letting me know her and her hiring team would meet on Monday. In her email to me, which I've attached, she even told me her team considered me a top candidate. Monday came and went-- nothing, crickets. Tuesday, I received the attached screen shot email, letting me know they'd meet later that day. I replied, thanked her for keeping me in the loop, even further expressing my gratitude for keeping in touch with me and making me feel respected and valued. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -- absolute radio silence from Chelsea L. Clennan. I sent a polite follow up email Friday afternoon-- again, I had been ghosted. Not a single reply or word from Chelsea or her team ever since -- despite her shtick of "you're a top candidate" and "we move quickly." I shudder to think how Stinson, LLP employees -- whether in Minneapolis or Kansas -- are treated if Chelsea treated a job applicant -- me -- with what I felt like was pure garbage and disrespect. The two attorneys I worked with not only helped me feel validated in my disbelief that I was even there, but also were the most knowledgeable powerhouse of representation I could have ever asked for.
