Mr. Speck assisted me in handling my brother's DUI cases, which involved a couple of legal issues. I was represented by Rich Panitch for a personal injury suit after being in a life changing car accident. They say hindsight is 20-20, and years later I can say with extreme confidence that things have never been clearer—I absolutely made the right choice! Rich legitimately cared and showed concern for not just my case, but for me as a person. He really took the time to understand how each part of my daily life was affected by the injuries, and the two year long recovery. He was there through a second surgery a year later that was a result of the car accident, and I always felt supported and knew I had someone genuine in my corner. He worked tirelessly, gathering statements and pictures and documents from anybody who might be of any assistance in my case. When the insurance companies tried to low ball me, and I almost caved under the pressure of exhaustion from the whole litigation process, Rich never told me what to do directly, but he advised me that my injuries were worth more than what they were offering and I was prepared to go to trial, putting my future in his very capable hands.

What to say about Tanya Helfand, Esq.?? Well, to start, by nature I am an exceedingly critical and pessimistic person who is able to filter out BS or anyone attempting to play me. So…with that being said, in Tanya you won’t get anything but Grade A++ service, no nonsense and, most importantly, a NO BS attorney who also cuts through any BS from the opposition. She represented me in a divorce action with the opposition being a large firm whose operating standard seemed be “we guarantee incompetence along with procrastination”. Yet, Tanya was always driving and pushing on my behalf. She is small in stature but don’t be fooled - with her you are getting a pit bull terrier in lawyer form. While I may sound like a public relations rep hired by her, I’m absolutely NOT - I’m just a fully satisfied customer who appreciated her top shelf service, her dedication to her profession and my needs.
Can she be brusque?? Yep…but only necessarily so in order to cut through the crap and keep you on track while keeping your fees down rather than let you blather on and run costs up with extraneous questions or emails.
Look, if you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, make empty promises and blow smoke up your butt - look elsewhere. But if you want an attorney who will fight tooth & nail for you, always looking out for your best interests while also telling you like it is, Tanya Helfand is the best choice in an attorney…. anywhere.

I want to thank Mr. Truesdale and everyone on his staff that worked on my bankruptcy case.
Everyone was very professional and respectful. I was very nervous thoughout the 3-month process, but was told repeatedly “not to worry.”
I went to the hearing last week in Trenton and my case was completely “discharged.”

Ron was a true expert in being able to "un-do" a multitude of my legal missteps from over 20 years ago! He removed convictions and vacated other pleas that were not in my best interest. Moreover, he was expedient in what he did. Because immigration cases are a time-sensitive. My family and I could not be happier with the representation that Mr. Mondello provided! I had a very complicated case. A 1st degree felony with intent to deliver. My future looked bleak. I had almost given up as I had thought this was an impossible case and I would never receive an expungement. The courts, lawyers, judges, all told me no. Not Mr. Marain, he was up for the challenge. He was always available, understanding, empathetic, intelligent, and he knows law better than anyone else I had ever encountered. He's very by the book and thorough if you have a case that you believe is eligible for expungement no matter how complicated it is you need to give Allan Marain a call. I spoke to Mr. Marain today on a PTC issue in Paterson. I was pleasently suprised on the time he spent with me going over my situation and offering the best possible outcomes he could foresee under the circumstances.
Mr. Marain is articulate and empathetic...I hate to say my past experiences with other lawyers were not as easy going and welcoming as this. Not enough can be said about Mr. Carter’s professionalism both in and out of the courtroom or in this case virtual court room. If you ever find yourself coming out of an extremely toxic relationship and end up in a bogus domestic violence situation do yourself a favor and contact Mr. Carter first. The staff at Hoffman Dimuzio is very friendly and caring. Mr. Carter himself went above and beyond for me and the unfortunate situation I was put in to make sure everything was dismissed. Before and after every trial he would call to touch base or recap and was prompt with answering questions and proving advice. I came in needing a lawyer and left with someone who felt like a friend or family member. His understanding of the laws and your needs exceeded my expectations. In June of 2022, I filed for divorce on a Pro Se basis simply because I could not afford an attorney. After a year of handling everything on my own I knew I couldn't go any further because my Ex-husband was manipulating, lying and coming against me to get Alimony. I had used Mr Tedeschi for my personal Bankruptcy, and referred him to my friend Mr MacDonald who had tickets from Arizona from 1980 !!!! They wanted well over $2000 for a parking ticket!
Mr Tedeschi was able to contact the municipal Court out there in Arizona and have them come to a reasonable agreement.
Mr MacDonald was so happy with the quick service and remedy!

I had the good fortune of having Ciro as my attorney. I had never met him before I appeared before the judge for the first time on a bitter divorce false arrest - on a alleged domestic violence charge. Ciro, arrived on time. Sat with me in the hallway of the court house. Listened, and my accuser kept trying to say that I had assaulted her. He called her bluff after consulting with her attorney and she backed down on the spot! I could have served real time for something I never did! This lawyer, is extremely great at what he does! Just Awesome!!!
I had an issue with my license as it wasn't going through the registration process and I thought, it is suspended and got nervous as anyone would. After looking up few numbers and reaching through Lawyers.com, was able to connect with Mr.Verrastro who initiated the call and even after I missed his call, he picked up my call and listened to the issue with extreme patience.
After listening to the problem and current situation, Mr. Verrastro took few seconds to figure out the potential problem and advised me to go to DMV and speak to them. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a busy person allocating this much time and propose a solution as well.
Five Stars ***** and a huge recommendation for anyone who needs help with legal matters.
