I contacted Joshua originally back in 2016 about a matter. He walked me through the process and met every goal he said he would. All I had to do was follow his lead. He is extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know the answer to any question I could throw at him. His office was very organized and nobody ever missed a beat. After being denied the ability to make a firearm purchase, I looked around for legal help. Joshua’s name came up a lot so I called his office and scheduled a consultation call. The bureaucracy thought they could try to take away my 2nd amendment rights because of some bogus charges brought against me due to local police trying to save themselves from embarrassment. Joshua was able to author a very specific and detailed letter to the state police that got my firearm rights restored. As far as I'm concerned there are no other 2A rights lawyers in the state that compare to Joshua and his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was dumbfounded how quick and easy it was to make an appointment as well; other lawyers I called didn't even answer nor return my call after leaving a voicemail. I only wish we had lawyers with as much experience and proficiency on my side of the state.

After years of not getting anywhere with another lawyer. I spoke with McKenzie, and he assured we would get past points of friction regarding my divorce. McKenzie called me and asked me what I was trying to do or what I needed to settle. He was very thorough and precise in his questions towards, and he seemed genuine and empathetic told him we had been separated for 3 years and I did not want anything except to be divorced. After much push back from the opposing counsel, McKenzie fought for me and ensured I didn’t give anything else up. When the MSA was received it was exactly what I needed and wanted to move forward with the divorce. In just a matter of time, I had my final MSA and my divorce was finalized. I spent money on an attorney prior and she never fought for me or asked what I needed. Every time I asked, she told me that we would talk after, and we never did. McKenzie on the other hand was extremely transparent and notified me right away about the negotiation process with opposing counsel. He showed me what a lawyer should do for a client, and I will definitely be recommending him to people in need of a lawyer.

I consulted with, and ultimately hired Mr. Jeremy Snyder and his team at Military Law. He represented me throughout an investigation and ultimately a general court martial. I have retained T for over 15 years or so. I'd like to think I can judge an attorney's quality. Through the years, I have worked and been friends with numerous attorneys who are considered excellent by their own peers....including Harvard Law, major Wall St firms and Europe in many facets of the practice. Further, my father was in the judiciary and I think I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. If someone asks me who my attorney is (although I use several for various specialties,) I say Theresa. T has gone above and beyond so many times for friends and myself. If I chose one special quality in addition to her utter competency and professionalism it is TRUST. I have known T's family since I was a child and law is in their blood. Just good people. We have all heard the nefarious remarks about attorney's and their kinship to sharks. T couldn't be farther from this stigma. I sat with Theresa this week to discuss some business matters and it was more like having coffee with a friend. No rush. I have walked courthouses with Theresa, and, it is obvious she is well known and well respected by the many walking the halls. And, the bonus is Autumn and Jen are the best! I noted the comments by the person (since disproven) which said she did not return calls, etc. Hello? Have you ever worked with an atty before? An atty does not call back unless they have something to tell you. Think about it.....legal wheels turn slow...it saves you billing for wasted phone time . A unique thing with T's staff is they are "up-to-speed" at all times....I can't tell you how many times I have called with a question and they dealt with it in a 30-second call. You won't get that with most attorneys. The office is run like a family....just what you want when dealing with nerve-wracking issues. Professional, classy, thorough....pals. Recommended unequivocally.

Harry saved the day! I initiated what I thought would be a simple commercial property transaction and quickly realized that I needed legal representation. The other parties were not cooperative and my best interest was not a priority. We hired Mr. Cook for what we thought would be a small case. Unfortunately it did not turn out that way. The case involved an educational institution and we are thankful for Mr. Cook’s knowledge, assertiveness when necessary, and calm demeanor when necessary. Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being. A year ago, I found myself in a tough position. I had just gotten a DUI, and as a member of the armed forces I was notified that my security clearance would be under review. Joe did a great job with my case. He fought for me, and won. I was falsely charged with a crime that could have affected my employment, drivers license, and financial aid for school. I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Attorney Matt Rudzki solicited me by mail after I had moved into my new home in August. He had indicated in a well written letter that he felt that my home assessment may be too high and that we could discuss whether we wanted to appeal. I called matt and he was very upfront about what he thought we may be able to do to save money on my real estate and school taxes. He was very upfront about his compensation and worked with me to determine which compensation structure would likely benefit me most. He researched comparable properties and attended a hearing on my behalf. He followed up with each phase of this process and indicated that he would request a reduction in my assessment with both the municipality and the school district. He was successful in receiving an adjustment for this current year but also in future years that will result in refunds this year as well as reduced adjusted bills for next year and likely many years to come. The cost of his services was less than my first years refunds and my future savings annually is quite significant. I am so pleased with his professional, his follow up and his cost structure, that I have and will continue to refer him to neighbors and friends. I know it can be a scary thing to enter into a business relationship with an attorney because of the unknown. If you're looking up lawyers, chances are you know you need a lawyer, but you can't commit just yet because you don't care, or you just think your situation is a lost cause. That's where I was, but the more I read her background, and history of the entire firm, I committed to it.
After the consultation, it confirmed that not only did I need a lawyer, but that I needed her. She took ownership of the entire thing. She was genuinely offended by not only the claim, but the entire premise of the poor leadership and investigatory process I had to deal with.
