Attorney Ronald Tomasko represented me on my lengthy Workers' Compensation case. Ron is well versed and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being. A year ago, I found myself in a tough position. I had just gotten a DUI, and as a member of the armed forces I was notified that my security clearance would be under review. My job in the military is my sole source of income, and if I lost my security clearance, rightfully so I would lose my position. I was told that I had thirty days to provide a rebuttal, so I had to act fast. I knew I needed a lawyer with an extensive background in security clearance law. I did some research, and within a few days I had found Mr. Ciuca. Once I contacted Tony and explained my situation, he wasted no time at all. Within a week, he helped me gather all of the paperwork I needed and provided me with an outline of how he was going to draft my rebuttal to the security clearance review board. Soon after, he authored a rebuttal letter for me, and after a day or two, I submitted my final response to the review board. A few months later, I was notified that I would be able to keep my security clearance. I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Tony. He was right there with me every step of the way, and wasted no time. His speedy and well drafted response helped to save my career, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. Mr. Sembrot managed to suppress some charges while lowering others and secured me a very sweet deal with the DA. Although we never made it to trial(because it wasn't necessary), I have full confidence in this mans ability to represent me.

Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Linda is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was very persistent about checking the footprint of the property during inspection and thank goodness as the deed of record was incorrect and needed to be amended. Attorney Matt Rudzki solicited me by mail after I had moved into my new home in August. He had indicated in a well written letter that he felt that my home assessment may be too high and that we could discuss whether we wanted to appeal. I called matt and he was very upfront about what he thought we may be able to do to save money on my real estate and school taxes. He was very upfront about his compensation and worked with me to determine which compensation structure would likely benefit me most. He researched comparable properties and attended a hearing on my behalf. He followed up with each phase of this process and indicated that he would request a reduction in my assessment with both the municipality and the school district. He was successful in receiving an adjustment for this current year but also in future years that will result in refunds this year as well as reduced adjusted bills for next year and likely many years to come. The cost of his services was less than my first years refunds and my future savings annually is quite significant. I am so pleased with his professional, his follow up and his cost structure, that I have and will continue to refer him to neighbors and friends. I know it can be a scary thing to enter into a business relationship with an attorney because of the unknown. My experience with matt has changed that opinion greatly and look forward to working with him again in the future. Isolation may not have stopped immediately at work, but feeling alone and unheard quickly changed the second I began communicating with Jaclyn.
She fought tirelessly, even when I just had nothing left in the tank.
If you're looking up lawyers, chances are you know you need a lawyer, but you can't commit just yet because you don't care, or you just think your situation is a lost cause. That's where I was, but the more I read her background, and history of the entire firm, I committed to it.
After the consultation, it confirmed that not only did I need a lawyer, but that I needed her. She took ownership of the entire thing. She was genuinely offended by not only the claim, but the entire premise of the poor leadership and investigatory process I had to deal with. Once I hired her, she got right to work, informed all parties to include legal, investigatory, and leadership that anything regarding legal matters would need to be directed towards her.
She crosses all t's and dots all i's. When the cards were stacked against me, she picked and poked at each of those cards and 1 by 1 exploited them until the prosecution had nothing left except what they started with, a false claim with no factual substance.
