I worked with Attorney Natalia Asbill-Bearor on a simple severance negotiation with a former employer and had a horrible experience. I often couldn't tell whose side she was on and there were many times where I felt like she was talking down to me or misleading me altogether. I didn't find her services to provide much value and felt disrespected throughout the entirety of the few months we worked together. When you're dealing with a duplicitous and unethical employer, the last thing you need is an attorney who doesn't seem trustworthy either. If I could go back in time, I would not have hired Natalia, just based on how awful it felt to work with her. My experience was nothing like the reviews I read prior to engaging with Natalia.

I had a paid consultation with Natalia and the time and information she extended was worth far more than the financial investment of the consultation. I needed review of a potential situation with my employer. Natalia provided balanced information, steps to consider, and some broader/experienced understanding of these situations and what some of the options would be if I needed to pursue them. Hired Gay 12/19/2019, prolonged case for billing purposes. Missed deadlines and was never available. Had to review case notes over and over again. Billed me to correct her mistakes. Filed multiple unnecessary motions. Amended complaint over and over then dropped us after paying over 130K and having to go on contingency. My case never progress and I am starting all over from the beginning after 3 years. Filed a complaint with the CA Bar Association.

They no me real good caught the lady trying to steal $70,000 plus more I got those emails going back an forth letting her till she realized we got her. I was referred to Larry pilgrim from a friend for my first offense dui. I highly recommend Larry to anyone in need of a lawyer. My experience talking to lawyers about my dui before Larry wasn't so good, they made me feel worse. Once I talked to Larry, he answered every question I had and also gave me all the information I needed which put me at ease. My first time meeting him was comforting and stress relieving.
Larry fought for the lowest slap on the wrist for me, and he got it. Yesterday was the last court date for my case, and I am unbelievably happy with the outcome.
If you have a low response time with Larry, don't let it bother you. He has his own life to live on top of all his work. I assure you he will take care of you and make your situation the best possible as he did for me.

This man met with me once to quickly take my credit card ( money.) I never received any fee agreement from him- although I asked several times, and in several ways ( texts, emails phone calls, etc.) When I finally did reach him, he said he had not done anything on my case, as, in his opinion, there was nothing (yet) to do. I asked for a full refund and have never received it.

We went for a consultation on a Saturday and after that we told him we will think about it and get some more opinions Lerry got all upset and very emotional because we saw him on a Saturday. First of all he tried to overcharge he said $8500 then he came down to $5000 immediately. Larry, you are in a business and not everyone will get service from you. He wanted us to do ALL the work even though it was a weak case. Forget him as your lawyer, don’t even waste your time.
