I was originally introduced to Alisha through a referral, and I am SO thankful I was. Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. Everything in relation to my license ended up working out and Sam played a huge role in ensuring that this was the outcome. I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. As many of you Veterans may know the claims process can be long and arduous and even painful at times. I had been wrestling with the VA and their claims process for many years before throwing my hands in the air. I saw a Facebook ad for Cameron firm, and at that point, I had all but given up. I kept seeing their Facebook ad come up, and I’m not sure what made me dig a little deeper, but I decided to read some of the comments that were below, and the feedback was so great I decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I put my case in the hands of Jamie Kolpein, and Cameron firm. The result was more than I could ever of hope for. for some reason the process goes better when you have attorneys adept at wrestling the VA for you. If you’re sitting on the fence as to whether you should let them represent you, don’t. The little bit that comes out of your claim proceeds far outweighs, the pain and frustration that you will go through without them on your side.

LONG STORY SHORT - Do not waste your time if you have denied VA claims. Best attorney. Mary Brown-Edokpayi at Veteran's Appeal took my claims and now I have TDIU. I received benefits after the wrongful denials. I have been fighting for my VA. Disability from 2018. I would recommend all veteran to seek Mary Brown-Edokpayi for assistance with disability claims.

Like many Veterans, I filed a claim with the VA for a host of illnesses, to include two bouts of kidney cancer, which resulted in the removal of half of my right kidney and complete removal of my left. As a result, I have been on daily dialysis for the past two + years. After receiving the VA rejection letter, I spoke with an old Air Force buddy and close friend who several years ago also filed and was rejected. He told me that after fighting the VA for nearly five years, he reached out to Attorney Eagle. Attorney Eagle took his case and began the appeal process which resulted in a 100 % service connected ruling from the VA. I put off calling her and my buddy kept pestering me to pick up the phone and to give her a call. Finally, I quit stalling and gave her a call. I knew within the first minute of speaking with her that she was a fighter and that her mission in life is helping Veterans like my buddy and I to get the benefits we deserved. We talked for a good 30 minutes and then I heard her say “You have a case “. That’s all I needed to hear. I served in United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. I was stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam from 1971-1973, as fuel specialist. During that time, I was exposed to many different toxic chemicals including Agent Orange. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and then two years later with thyroid cancer, the residual effects dramatically affected not only me but my family. After speaking with a representative for the Missouri Veterans Commission, I submitted a claim for exposure to Agent Orange. That claim was immediately denied. After this denial, the representative suggested I seek legal representation and was given the name of Katrina Eagle, Esq. Veterans Law Attorney. Little did I know then the dedication, tenacity and compassion this woman would show me for the next ten years! Over the course of the last ten years, numerous denials, frustrations and moments of utter disappointment and lack of the energy to continue this fight occurred, however Katrina was always there never wavering in her support and encouragement to not give up the fight. The Board of Veterans Affairs (BVA) denied our claims several times, the cases were then submitted to the US Courts of Appeals not once but twice and both times the Courts sent them back to the BVA for review. Thanks to Katrina and Jim Radogna’s continued support, knowledge and empathy for me, I am now at 100% disability. Never could I have imagined this outcome and will forever be thankful for their continuous support and encouragement to never give up the fight!

I am speechless when It comes to how much Mr. Brodsky is able to help. He did alot more then we asked when it came to my brothers court hearing, my brother was fighting 26 felony charges in 2005 with felony priors, with the help of this wonderful man he did no prison time, we had hope in him getting better with rehab because of his drug addiction in which Mr. Brodsky was able to get him an alternative sentence to get our brother the help he needed. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone.
I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life. Only Mr. Brodsky was passionate enough to understand that and help me to fight the charges and got rid of them completely. Not just Mr. Brodksy, other attorneys who assisted in my case all showed the same compassion which is wonderful to see now a days.

I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky.
Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others.
His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble. Even though technically he is defending only me, he always acted in the best interests of both of us, which I could defintely say is not how any other attorneys would have done.
Ultimately he was able get the charges dismissed which is very important for us. We couldn't afford to have a case like that as it would have haunted us for the rest of our lives. We were very glad to have chosen Mr. Brodsky to represent us. We would forever be grateful to Mr. Stephen Brodsky. Mr Southcott was an EXCELLENT attorney for me. I was facing felony robbery with a prison prior and I pled to restitution and a misdemeanor theft. No jail and easy probation. He was a sheriffs deputy for 20 years before becoming an attorney so he knows the system very well. The are basura I just recommended this service the case a year ago and it’s still waiting. Mi friend said I’m waiting and waiting and the said the lost the paper work I don’t know and it looks like this one is like a scam so him pay in full so they can make more faster service but still I don’t don’t get any results. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. After struggling to get an initial consult without being charged hundreds of dollars, I finally got proper attention to focus on my problem. However, once into the meeting, the head of the firm constantly answered his phone and left the room, which was unprofessional and rude. He then brought in an inexperienced attorney that came wrong advice on multiple legal issues.
