Mr. Singer was an appointed lawyer for my son, a mentally ill prison inmate. He pulled out all stops to help my son get transferred to a prison closer to me and my wife so that we can visit him more. Mr. Singer is now a judge and he still returns my calls, though he is no longer able to represent our son. I pray for my son's early release so that he can receive better mental treatment than that available through the corrections system.

Mr SInger helped me resolve a battle I was having for many years with my neighbor. This was a real estate issue where my trees had grown and were encroaching on the neighbor's side and dropping stuff into their pool. We went to mediation and Singer worked out a good settlement for me and the trees were allowed to stay ant not be cut down!

Brian has been helping me since 2001. I was in the military and had 2 DUI's in a years time. Not only did he defend me and help me resolve it he gave me some great advice. A few years later, I had to return to San Diego to deal with an issue and Brian helped me again with spectacular results. I now find myself seeking financial licenses and once again Brian has gone out of his way on 2 different occasions to ensure my previous woes didn't stop me from achieving my goals. I think Brian is a great attorney and an even better man. As a professional, who works with many attorneys I'd recommend Brian and his team over everyone I know.

I was in the market for a lawyer to help me clear my arrest record for a DUI that the D.A never filled charges, but the arrest was still on my record. I was all set to meet with another lawyer the day after I gave Brian a call, but I was referred to Brian from another lawyer contact that I picked up from my job. Called his office, got him on the phone, explained my situation, he told me exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. I wanted to set up a face to face meeting or we could have just corresponded via snail mail. I chose the face to face option.
I went to the previously scheduled meeting with the other lawyer. The other lawyer said what Brian proposed to do could not be done and was going to charge me 85 percent more then what Brian quoted. I thanked him for his time and went to my meeting with Brian.
When I met with Brian it was painless, I peppered him with questions about wether I was legally entitled to the remedy he was seeking. He said that I was, a direct contradiction of the previous lawyer that I talked to. After signing things that allowed Brian to represent me I again asked him when I could expect a result of the remedy he was seeking with SDPD. He gave me a one month turnaround. I walked out of his office reassured. And only spending a tiny fraction of what the other lawyer was quoting me.
The month came and I got a letter from Brian with what he had promised from SDPD. He also requested that my arrest be sealed and destroyed. This was the same process that the other lawyer was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. I called Brian and got him on the phone right away, asked how much the extra motion was going to cost. He told me not to worry and will discuss any extra fees dependent on how SDPD responded to the request to seal and destroy. Again this was a request that the first lawyer said that SDPD usually never grants. Brian on the other hand told me to wait it out for their response. He again gave me a one month deadline for them to respond.
Before the one month deadline I got another letter from Brian indicating that SDPD had agreed to seal and destroy the record of the arrest. I can not thank Brian enough, I can legally and honestly answer any question about wether I have ever been arrested with a resounding NO. Do your research first and talk to Brian and see what he says. I trust him 100 percent.

I would recommend Richard to anyone! He took over a case for a personal injury because another lawyer was not treating us right. Richard is amazing. I can usually get him to call back right away, unless he is in court and responds to every email I send. He is prompt with delivery of updates and sends copies of any contact to all parties involved with the case. He is very dependable and easy to talk to about things. Really is a pleasure to have someone who actually believes in you to represent you. I have nothing but good things to say.

I have used Richard Fahey for several different concerns, including a dispute arising out of a construction project. He is also very knowledgeable in working with agencies pertaining to social services. Richard is an extremely honest individual. Prior to retaining him, he listened to my problems and attempted to help me via several phone calls without charge. After it was evident that I needed to retain an attorney, he has always displayed the utmost in professionalism. Richard is versed in a wide variety of subjects, however should he need additional resources, he meticulously researches the area in question. He is able to be assertive when necessary and has excellent writing skills. In aquiring the information necessary to represent me, he was meticulous in ensuring that he received all the important facts prior to our hearing. I would recommend him highly.

Patrick and Samantha did a fantastic job of prioritizing and getting the best possible outcome for what became a long and arduous case mainly due to COVID. I consulted with Patrick in September of 2019 and he walked me through what my options were and how things would look like to get my matter handled.
While navigating the court and DMV systems, the pandemic hit and everything became a waiting game. Fast forward to 2022, wanting to get the matter settled and a very determined district attorney, we ended up in trial and Patrick and Samantha showed up prepared and optimistic, guiding me through everything.
In the end, we received the outcome we were hoping for.
Throughout the almost three years of us working on this case, they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time.
Any other attorney could have easily racked up a mountain of fees for the extended duration of this ordeal, however Patrick was honest and open throughout his legal obligation to me.

Simply put - I owe Patrick so much I can't make a Google review that really covers it. I went in for a simple issue that should have just gone away, but he treated it very seriously. He had to fight uphill with the City Attorney and fought for me to get what justice required. He advocated for me at every turn and walked me through the problems we were dealing with.

They sent the dealer I bought a car from a demand letter without my knowledge and I don’t even know how he got my information I don’t know how this is legal. I only found out from the dealership. Kasra Sadr was doing all of this behind my back trying to get money from the dealer I bought a car from. I never knew this lawyer before I got notification about a demand letter sent on MY BEHALF?? WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely INSANE! What a low thing to do. There is nothing wrong with my car and I have NO IDEA how he got my information. Then he tried to convince me to sue the dealership and that I could “make a lot of money” since my car has been in an accident according to the auto check. But I already knew this when I bought the car and literally signed for it so there was NO POINT in trying to sue them for something I already knew about at the time of the purchase. He not only violated my privacy by getting my information, but also tried to get me to falsely sue the dealership when they did nothing wrong and disclosed everything to me. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. I was uncomfortable from the first time I walked into the office. I felt like I was in the middle where they just grind out bankruptcies. I was not happy about filing a bankruptcy but it needed to be done. In the meantime things went from bad to worse my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. When I told them I really wanted to go with a different firm one of their employees told me that they would keep me in court to use all the money. I was talking about small claims court. She was almost yelling at me. I’m thinking about making a complaint with the state attorney board. But I warn you right now stay away from them. I am shortly going to be 74 years old. And the way she yelled at me it was almost elder abuse. I believe their shysters. And due to my failing health. I’ve been delayed and filing a small claims court. To my knowledge you cannot be represented by an attorney in small claims court. But apparently their employee thought differently. Beware

Contacted him in 2019 . Filed my claim then it got pushed back for a signature which I thought it was mine . He said the “VA is full of crap” . This was my first go around so I let him handle it . Waited it out but then close to a year VA said it was never filed . VSO told me it was his lack of a simple signature signature . How lame is this? Plus the friend who referred me said Andrew did the same to them. Put me almost 2 years behind . Go to anyone else besides this guy!!!

Got through the basic steps of the process (which I could’ve done myself) and then once it came time for him to actually fight for me (seeing how he was supposed to be representing me like any good attorney does) he said “ok pay me what we agreed upon and oh if you want we have a year to appeal if you aren’t happy so I can do that” but wanted his money first. Then when I challenged them on it and claimed the put one over on me they said “I don’t think I would’ve told you one thing on the phone and then something different in the contract. Like yes, I understand I didn’t read the contract as much as I should’ve and that’s 100% on me but the issue is that they didn’t fight for me AT ALL. They just took the first VA decision and said “ok cool pay up”. They should’ve came to me with the results and said “do you want us to appeal this and do our jobs as your
Representation?”
Oh and to top it off they are SUPER unprofessional. I was told they would call me today at noon, so we can talk everything out and instead they chose to message me this morning and withdraw from representing me and claimed I obviously just have a history of not reading anything and I obviously just must’ve heard them wrong on the phone calls we had because it’s scripted and there’s no way they went off script (even though we had multiple conversations about families and told jokes and had some normal conversations not just filled with legal talks). They seemed like really cool dudes but their goal is to do the bare minimum and get paid before really doing their job and fighting for you. Unprofessional and lazy.

I filed my claim twice with the VA and my claim was lost twice. After that I contacted Andrew and told him my problems I was having navigating the VA claim process. At that point I didn't feel comfortable dealing with the VA without proper representation. Once I signed on with McKeown Law they took over my entire claim, the only thing I had to do was go to the appointments. I ended up with a much higher rating thanks to Andrew than I could have ever done on my own. It is worth the money to let McKeown Law fill out the paperwork correctly the first time for me. My back pay was way higher than the small fee they asked for. Now I getting compensated more monthly for the rest of my life. I was referral and I have referred several veterans since. My advice is this is not process you want to do yourself, you need somebody fighting for you.

Terry S. Allen permitted a volunteer law clerk, who was only a part-time volunteer for the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, to present oral arguments at my felony preliminary hearing. Additionally, he failed to object to hearsay testimony when he allowed a police officer, testifyingunder Proposition 115, to recount double hearsay statements made to him by a reporting party. This reporting party had not personally witnessed the alleged offense but merely relayed information provided by the alleged victim to the police.
Terry S. Allen's failure to provide the minimum standard of competent legal representation directly resulted in me being bound over to Superior Court.

Terry Allen is untrustworthy and has proven himself to be a criminal. He allowed my innocent brother to remain in San Bernardino County Jail for over three years, despite knowing he was wrongfully accused by the District Attorney's office.
My family has spent over $50,000 on his services, only for him to delay the case while my brother suffered. In the end, my brother was pressured into pleading to a charge that wasn't even part of his original case. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with the State Bar for attorney malpractice.
Please, do not make the same mistake we did. Terry Scott Allen is not someone who should be practicing law. He has no business holding a state bar license.

My experience with attorney Terry S Allen was nothing short of a nightmare. He consistently misled me about critical aspects of my case, starting with falsely claiming the prosecution hadn't provided him with discovery. All he seemed to do was repeatedly waive time, allowing my situation to worsen. Shockingly, he even waived my rights without my knowledge, leading to my misdemeanor being needlessly elevated to a felony.
During my preliminary hearing, he shockingly refused to question officers' hearsay, claiming it was not allowed, which is patently false. His incompetence became glaringly apparent when he failed to inform me that he had accepted the prosecution's elevation of charges without a fight.
Even after I fired him over three weeks ago, he has yet to inform the court of his removal as my attorney, leaving me in legal limbo. His excuse of having murder trials to handle whenever he waived time was clearly a lie designed to cover up his lack of interest in my case.
Terry S Allen portrays himself as an experienced trial attorney, but my experience suggests otherwise. Despite knowing the prosecution's case was weak, he showed no intention of mounting a defense. He was paid $12,000 only to receive gross negligence in return.
In summary, steer clear of Terry S Allen if you value your rights and your money. He is a fraud who will gladly take your money without any intention of providing adequate legal representation. His incompetence and dishonesty make him unfit to practice law
effectively.

Had a Exhibition of Speed ticket that was considered a "misdemeanor" and I did not take it seriously. I eventually came to conclusion that I needed to hire an attorney. Having Pablo being my first attorney was quite a good experience. He explained everything we had to do to accomplish what was best for me and how to get out of my ticket. He is good over phone and over email. The final outcome was that I got out of my ticket. I was so relieved and satisfied with my experience with Pablo. Attorney Fabian was so great I can't say enough to express our happiness. He and his office staff handled every aspect of our case with honest, personal, and professional service. We only had to meet with Attorney Fabian once and then everything else was handled over the phone or email. The price was very reasonable and he was able to get all charges dropped. The coolest thing is that they set up a private account that updates whenever anything changes. The whole experience was amazing!

I received a ticket while visiting in town due to my father having a stroke. My nephew told me to contact him as he has helped him before.
