Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Paul was very knowledgeable through the entire process, he explained things to us in detail and kept my family in the loop the entire way during my sons case. We couldnt afford to retain a lawyer, but Paul worked with us on payment plans! Paul was very professional in and outside of court and is also a very sharp dresser! I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great defense lawyer!

Adrienne was great to work with! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and super helpful. My green card application has been "pending" for multiple years and there were plans to go on a family vacation. However, it had been so long that even my extension had expired as well.
My partner and I met with Adrienne for the hour consultation. She convinced me while this application was being considered applying for citizenship might be worth it, so I could vote, and additionally not have to deal with these travel logistics in the future. I had spent weeks and months trying to get a call to get an appointment and nothing was happening and I was getting extremely frustrated.
It was coming down to the wire, and I required an ADIT stamp in my passport to travel. I went into the office, chatting with someone on the US Immigration website, called - all to no avail.
Adrienne was able to call the office and get the name of the supervisor on duty. She called and let me know if I could go down to the immigration office that day and ask for Officer ____ (I don't remember his name), I could get a stamp and be on my way.
Sure enough we went in, asked for the supervisor and he took us back. It took a total of 5 minutes, he took my expired card, put in a stamp in my passport and I was good to go.
If it wasn't for Adrienne I never would have been able to go on my family vacation. She was as sincere as she was helpful.

Do yourself a favor and work with Rachel. I recently obtained US citizenship, and Rachel has been so helpful all along the way. Besides being a delight to work with, she is brilliant and highly knowledgeable about immigration laws and system. I was impressed to see my citizenship application filed in only two days after sending all the information and files needed for the application. One of the other benefits of working with Rachel is her expertise across different domains besides immigration law, which is very useful in making sure your application is prepared properly and that you receive the best counsel.
Another impressive part was how well she prepared me for the citizenship interview. She was extremely detailed with her guidance, and everything she said would be covered was covered exactly in the order she said it would be covered. Of course, you’ll still need to do your part and prepare your documents right for her to submit in your application, study for the Civics test, etc., but working with Rachel gives true peace of mind and top-notch counsel.
I was lucky that on the day of my interview, I was able to get sworn in as a citizen in the same building. Rachel walked with me to the swearing-in ceremony and even took a picture with the US flag as I became a citizen. A memory to last a lifetime. I highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel represented us in a criminal case that extended over 5 1/2 years. During this time the prosecution was disinterested in examining the facts or dropping the case that was rife with dubious and conflicting testimony.
Rachel took the time to peel the layers back exposing the predisposed rush to judgement. Her skill as a lawyer and empathy as a person allowed us to dismantle the web of accusations and expose them as false.
It was an especially trying case for ourselves and Rachel. We never gave up and Rachel provided logical and caring advice throughout the ordeal.

I can't thank Greg enough for his exceptional support and expertise throughout an incredibly challenging time for my family. My wife’s H4 visa application had been stuck in administrative processing for over a year, leaving her and our newborn trapped in a heavily sanctioned country, with no way forme to help them financially or in any other capacity. Despite our repeated appeals to the US Consulate, Department of State, Senator Ed Markey, and even the White House, our case was ignored. That’s when we reached out to Greg.
From the start, Greg's professionalism and empathy shone through. He carefully reviewed our situation and suggested filing a Mandamus lawsuit to force the Consulate to take action on my wife's visa. It felt like a last resort, but Greg's confidence and wisdom gave us hope. I found Edward after searching the list of best lawyers in Boston and he proved to be one for my highly contentious long stretched divorce case. Every year Boston magazine publishes the results for top attorneys in Boston from different legal specialties, from business and criminal law to family and employment law. If there are top 100 attorneys; Edward Wayland would be voted as the top 10 WORST attorneys in Boston. I'm very grateful I had made the right decision to terminate him for ineffectiveness of his counsel. About few years ago, To today's day, I never regretted (terminating) firing Edward Wayland.
He almost ruined my life and my freedom. lack of communication, Failure to exercise diligence, ineffectiveness of his counsel, and Incompetence, Incompetence, and Incompetence. I'm in the process of filing a complaint against him to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseer; Attorney and Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP), I think he should get his license suspended or revoked. Joy is the best! Direct, knowledgeable, empathetic, and fairly priced. We had run out of options as no one else would take our case. Travis has been very patient with our case for the over 3 years it took to bring to resolution. A complex case that included a class action piece that Travis identified early on, he gave the opposing counsel every opportunity to do the right thing but they weren’t capable of seeing that. Stefanie Fisher is a VERY good lawyer. I found her by chance on the internet and I must say I was not disappointed at all. She defended my sister's case with intelligence, integrity and she genuinely cared. My sister's case ended well and Stefanie Fisher was able to get deportation lifted, and is now assisting with getting permanent residency reinstated. Stefanie is very transparent and is not afraid to say, "I don't know" but she will do the research necessary to attain accurate information. She is also a no-nonsense lawyer, so she expects you to do your part; That is, I believe, a major component to the success of a case. Stefanie expects that from her clients and by doing so there is total buy in on both parties.
