Adrienne was great to work with! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and super helpful. My green card application has been "pending" for multiple years and there were plans to go on a family vacation. However, it had been so long that even my extension had expired as well.
My partner and I met with Adrienne for the hour consultation. She convinced me while this application was being considered applying for citizenship might be worth it, so I could vote, and additionally not have to deal with these travel logistics in the future. I had spent weeks and months trying to get a call to get an appointment and nothing was happening and I was getting extremely frustrated.
It was coming down to the wire, and I required an ADIT stamp in my passport to travel. I went into the office, chatting with someone on the US Immigration website, called - all to no avail.
Adrienne was able to call the office and get the name of the supervisor on duty. She called and let me know if I could go down to the immigration office that day and ask for Officer ____ (I don't remember his name), I could get a stamp and be on my way.
Sure enough we went in, asked for the supervisor and he took us back. It took a total of 5 minutes, he took my expired card, put in a stamp in my passport and I was good to go.
If it wasn't for Adrienne I never would have been able to go on my family vacation. She was as sincere as she was helpful.

After spending the night in jail, I was assigned a public defender who was entirely unfamiliar with my case. Unfortunately, not only was this public defender incompetent, but he also lacked the appropriate credentials to handle a case of such seriousness.
I was facing a minimum of five years in prison, and my bail was set at $60,000. The public defender made no effort to fight for me. He didn't attempt to have my bail reduced or identify any weaknesses in the case against me. Instead, he simply agreed with the prosecutor and judge, and I was sent back to jail.
After three nights in jail, my family informed me that they had hired a criminal defense attorney named Paul Moraski, who would be visiting me in a couple of days.
True to their word, Paul arrived at the jail two days later. I was escorted by a correctional officer to meet him. From the moment we met, I knew Paul was the right lawyer for me. One of the best decisions I've made was to consult Romanovsky Law. I cannot recommend Greg and Livia highly enough for helping me with my EB2 NIW case. After two other attorneys in Boston hesitated to take on my complex case, Greg and Livia accepted it after detailed consideration. They handled everything with exceptional care, expertise, and efficiency.
When I first consulted Greg, I already had an open EB2 NIW case and was facing the requirement to commit five years of work in an underserved area before my family and I could be granted permanent residency. However, I learned that USCIS allows previous experience (which I had) to count toward this five-year rule. Greg carefully reviewed the situation, and after doing his own research and consulting with his colleagues, he determined that we could proceed with this approach. That gave me a tremendous amount of hope.
We worked together to collect all the necessary documents and evidence, and Greg submitted an addendum to my I-485. Do yourself a favor and work with Rachel. I recently obtained US citizenship, and Rachel has been so helpful all along the way. Besides being a delight to work with, she is brilliant and highly knowledgeable about immigration laws and system. I was impressed to see my citizenship application filed in only two days after sending all the information and files needed for the application. One of the other benefits of working with Rachel is her expertise across different domains besides immigration law, which is very useful in making sure your application is prepared properly and that you receive the best counsel.
Another impressive part was how well she prepared me for the citizenship interview. She was extremely detailed with her guidance, and everything she said would be covered was covered exactly in the order she said it would be covered. Of course, you’ll still need to do your part and prepare your documents right for her to submit in your application, study for the Civics test, etc., but working with Rachel gives true peace of mind and top-notch counsel.

Rachel represented us in a criminal case that extended over 5 1/2 years. During this time the prosecution was disinterested in examining the facts or dropping the case that was rife with dubious and conflicting testimony.

Stefanie Fisher is a VERY good lawyer. I found her by chance on the internet and I must say I was not disappointed at all. She defended my sister's case with intelligence, integrity and she genuinely cared. My sister's case ended well and Stefanie Fisher was able to get deportation lifted, and is now assisting with getting permanent residency reinstated. Stefanie is very transparent and is not afraid to say, "I don't know" but she will do the research necessary to attain accurate information. She is also a no-nonsense lawyer, so she expects you to do your part; That is, I believe, a major component to the success of a case. Stefanie expects that from her clients and by doing so there is total buy in on both parties.

As an artist, we get taken advantaged of a lot. Not so with Attorney Bogle! I hired Attorney Bogle to do my O-1 Artist Visa. I listened and did everything she told me to do, and it was successful. A couple years later, I hired her to do my EB-1 Green Card Application. Attorney Bogle told me all the reasons why it was a difficult case with my facts, but with her expertise, she built a strong case. Still, she told me to expect a RFE.
