Best Competent lawyer out of Houston, Texas. I had a very hard, rare, and complex case with over 10 arrest 4 felonies, still persuade the judge I deserve a seconds chance at Cancelation of Removal for certain Permanent Residents. Very Honest Straight forward Attorney very rare for a lawyer, I dealt with tons of them thru out my criminal career. Never had one tell me truth but this gentleman. I owe this man my life, I have been America since I was 9 months old, and the government (DHS) was trying to deport me to somewhere I never been, very scary to me life changing event in my life. Mr. Williamson help me stay here and get my Green Card back reinstated. We won our case before the Immigration Judge, the Government (DHS) Appealed the judge's decision to BIA. Peter Helped me win Again Before the Board of Immigrations Appeal. Very intelligent guy, a lot experience with immigration law, removal proceedings, and deportations hearings. A lot of attorneys have bar licenses but they do not have any idea how to fight cases before the EOIR Courts because all they do is paper work. I-485, I-130 etc. Which doesn't involve anything to do with Immigration courts. Mr Williamson knows INA Law like the back of his hand, very good memory , judgment and demeanor. I will recommend this guy to my brother, mother and neighbors. Over a period of time, I have paid approximately $30,000 in legal fees. My case is one of those that you really think only a miracle can save you. This was true until I was referred to Mary. Since being appointed to the bench as an Immigration Judge, Ms. Lisa Luis has demonstrated an immense ability to navigate through the very complex immigration laws. ability of the knowledge the law, and how it applies to the particular facts of each case. I was helped by her back when with the da's office. She was a consummate professional which has carried over to the Federal Bench. The United States got a good one in her.
Word of advice: If you are lucky to present your case in front of her, do come prepared to proceed.

We hired Mr. Mcferren at the last minute before a jury trial. It was a lengthy trial that resulted in the termination of parental rights for 1 mother and 2 fathers. All were unfit parents. The babies are brothers and only 1 and 2 years of age. Mr. Mcferren read every document that was presented to him quickly and accurately. He then defended these babies with the strongest arm of the law. Justice was definitely done in this case. I have never known of another attorney with such heart felt compassion and deep concerns for their cases. He also helped us financially. To my own surprise I was actually charged less than the normal fee. He knew we were having a hard time financially and has gone beyond any expectations to not cause more of a hardship on my family. I highly recomment Mr. Eric Meferren as an attorney to accomplish any goal he sets out to make, and to win any case he accepts. I will not hesitate to use him in the future for anything necessary.

Indrani was my immigration lawyer. She helped me get my green card thru employment (she helped me get an H-1B visa (work visa) first, then helped me change my status to permanent resident and get my green card).
I studied and graduated in the US. I opted for an F-1 Optional Practical Training visa (OPT) that only granted me one year of work after graduating. I found a job and wanted to stay in the US, so in my search for an immigration lawyer, I was referred to Indrani by a friend.
From the moment I first scheduled a consultation with her, she was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the entire process.
She was very easy to work with, and always had an answer for any question or concerns. She explained in detail (and in an easy way to understand) how the process worked, what was required, how long or fast it would take, and all of the possible outcomes, and how to overcome it.
She also worked with my employer and explained to them what they needed to do in order for me to get my green card.
There were some complications towards the end due to my employer having a tough business year, but Indrani was able to review everything and put together a great strategy that worked for both my employer and myself to keep the process moving.
She was always on top of my case, always checking up on me, and always looking up for mine and my employer's best interests. She was also always available any time I needed her, or at the very least, she would let me know in advance when she wasn't going to be available, but always had a backup or another fellow attorney available for me to contact in case I needed anything.
Also, everyone in the office where she works, Graves & Graves, were very helpful and very friendly. I had a lot of simple questions that I am sure they get asked all the time everyday, but they were always treating me like I was the first person to ask them, and were very patient, calm, professional, reassuring, and polite. Even when I had to go to their office, everyone treated me like family, asked if I needed anything, and were always making sure I felt comfortable.
Like the title, I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I definitely recommend her to anyone, she and her coworkers will work miracles for you!

Son Vu Tran helped me sue a contractor who ripped my family off. He turned a nightmare situation into a cakewalk. Opposing counsel warned us the contractor was a judgment-proof deadbeat, but through some diligent research, Mr. Tran tracked down some assets which the defendant didn't want to lose.
