I don't know where to begin . But Josh is a miracle maker and a gift from God. After waiting for over a year and half for my son, who was under Administritave,to be issued a visa , the consulate called him to bring in his passport only after Josh filed a writ of mandamus. Only one week after Josh filed in the lawsuit.
I cannot beleive it. HE IS AN ANGEL.
As soon as I signed with their office, the lawsuit was filed, same day. SAME DAY !!!! One week later the consulate called !!!!!!!

I am very great full being connected with Anish, he is knowledgable, experience and professional attorney. My wife had received a 221g when she went for visa stamping, we are worried about the same. But Anish, helped us by asking the pin pointed questions and collecting answers to create a case for us. It’s only document submission for us as per 221g, but he had created a document bunch which helped my wife to get her visa stamped. He mentioned while in free consultation that, for my wife’s 221g response I don’t need to hire him and I can submit the required document by my own. I highly recommend Anish as an immigration attorney. In the past I was represented by a couple of incompetent & unknowledgeable attorneys who wasted precious time which ultimately forced me to change my legal status several times. After my OPT application was denied due to an error made by the university, I was forced to leave the country and returned to the US after I found my job.
I was looking for a knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney that was solely specialized in immigration law and found Anish through the California Bar Association. During our consultation Anish explained clearly what my options are for applying for a Green Card, what the process is like, and what a realistic timeline would look like. He also answered all my questions and once I left the consultation, I felt confident that he is the right attorney.
Once he took my case, he worked diligently on it and was always available to answer any questions that I had and gave me updates on any of the forms that were submitted and eventually approved. When the time came for the Green Card interview Anish prepared me well, especially for potential questions about the more problematic areas of my immigration history (changing visas, denied OPT, staying in US for several months without a visa before leaving, being denied a visa etc.).
On the day of the interview, he came with me and my father to the interview and was able to guide me through the interview and help me when the officer wasn’t knowledgeable about certain immigration laws and was trying to make a case for a denial. He calmly explained to the officer the law and the officer decided to delay the decision on my Green Card. I became worried at first but Anish quickly tried to find a solution as we were leaving the building. In the meantime, I was considering my options in the case that my Green Card application gets denied.
Fortunately, after several weeks of waiting Anish informed me that my Green Card application was approved. I am very thankful and grateful to Anish for everything that he did for me on this case. If you’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, competent, and professional immigration attorney, Anish is the one to choose and I highly recommend him!

My immigration case was very complicated to a point where not many attorneys were interested in taking it. Mr.Piibe was the 4th attorney for me and the last one. He was very attentive to all the issues in the case, took very personable approach, made me feel he cared for me and the case, and not just another "case in the box". He took a deeper dive into it and worked very hard. He made sure the case was well prepared. I've been in the US since I was about 2. My parents applied and became residents along with my brothers and sisters. I've had a green card ever since, never really thought about it or ever considered becoming a citizen. Sure enough, a couple years back I got into a fight, I pleaded to a charge which basically got me transfered to ICE when completing my sentence. My family went to David and hired him. I found that with the conviction I plead to, I would be a mandatory detainee without an option to stay in the country. End result was that they went to the criminal court fixed it so I could apply for an application called 42a which the judge granted. I was released from custody and no more courts. After I was releaser from immigration, we went back to the criminal court and have been doing some classes and caltrans which I believe will help me lower my criminal charge. This experience really sucked but it was a wake up call. I'm blessed to have had this second opportunity at life here in the US with my family, thanks to David. I'm hoping to become a citizen in a year and a half when I am eligible. I am very grateful to my attorney for being there for me and not taking advantage of my family.

I was referred to Raul Gomez and Associates. In the fall of 2010. At that time I had been working on Irma’s immigration petition since January of 2006. We had already been to the US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico three times and we had been denied the Visa on each of those three occasions. We had been working with another Los Angeles based attorney who after the first trip and negated attempt at the Visa, decided he no longer wanted to handle our case due to its low probability of success. We met with another immigration attorney who, after reviewing the existing case, told us that we had absolutely no chance of obtaining the visa; that the best we could do is to live our lives and in ten years or so to try again. It was at this point that I began making plans to move to Mexico to start a life with Irma in her country, where at least I would be welcome as an immigrant.
However, in a last ditch effort and as one might expect, with somewhat low expectations, I met with Mr. Gomez in December of 2010. After discussing our situation and his brief review of our case Mr. Gomez told me that he felt his firm could build a better case, one that should work and as he put it “after all, sooner or later they have to give her the Visa”. He was professional, courteous, personable and generous with his time. He gave us the first glimmer of hope we´d had since beginning the process in 2006 and it was all I needed. Later that night I called Irma, who was living in Tijuana, and I told her of the meeting. We both agreed that with this lawyer we had a chance.
Throughout 2011 and 2012 I visited the law office several times and worked with his staff in an effort to provide the necessary documentation and information to build the case. His staff was caring, professional and interested in our case and the difficulty of our situation. Over time I sensed that our efforts would be successful, which turned out to be an accurate premonition.
After two more visits to Ciudad Juarez in 2012, Irma was granted her Visa on 10/29/2012, and arrived at our house in Burbank on Halloween day 10/31/2012. I will never forget the feeling of joy, elation and relief I felt; nor the look on Irma’s face when she arrived that day. A seven year long effort had finally culminated in her obtaining her US Resident Visa and we were to embark on a new phase of our lives.
Irma and I owe a great deal of the life we now lead to Raul Gomez and his associates. Their dedication and hard work helped us immeasurably and I believe our lives would be very different today if not for them. We offer our sincere gratitude to Mr. Gomez and his entire firm, with a special thanks to Nora Garcia for being so kind and attentive.
